DEMING, N.M. (CBS Las Vegas) — A New Mexico man claims he was anally probed several times by police and medical officials following a traffic stop.

The victim, David Eckert, claims in a federal lawsuit that officers from the Deming Police Department pulled him over after he failed to make a complete stop at a stop sign outside a Walmart this past January.

When Eckert got out of his car, officers indicated that they believed he was in possession of drugs – in his anal cavity.

“They say when he stepped out of his car he was standing in a manner that looked as if he was clinching his buttocks,” Shannon Kennedy, Eckert’s attorney, told KOB-TV.

A judge granted a search warrant to perform an anal cavity search on Eckert shortly after he was taken into custody. KOB reports that a doctor refused to perform the anal cavity search at a Deming emergency room, saying it was “unethical.” Eckert was then transported to Gila Regional Medical Center, where his alleged trauma began.

According to the lawsuit and medical records, Eckert’s abdominal area was x-rayed twice, doctors stuck fingers in his anus twice, he had three enemas inserted anally and had a colonoscopy performed. No drugs were ever found during the search.

“This is like something out of a science fiction film,” Kennedy told KOB. “Anal probing by government officials and public employees?”

Eckert did not consent to any of the searches.

Kennedy said her client has been “absolutely terrified” since the January incident.

“I mean it’s absolutely unimaginable that this could happen in America,” Kennedy told KOB.

Deming Police Chief Brandan Gigante told KOB that his department follows the law.

“We follow the law in every aspect and follow procedures and protocols we have in place,” Gigante said.

Eckert is suing the City of Deming, the Deming Police Department, the Gila Regional Medical Center and deputies from the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Department.

  1. I commented on this in the follow-up article on EPAutos.

My criminal defense lawyer friend thinks there’s zero chance the cops will be held personally responsible.

The taxpayers of New Mexico–not so lucky. They’ll be extorted; and probably a LOT, this is going to be a multi-million payout.

One good thing is that the doctors may never practice medicine again.

However, don’t be too sure–my friend sent a letter to the Texas Board of Medical Examiners to lodge a complaint in the Emmett Flynn case–see his blog post and the reply from the TBME here.

The man was forcibly catheterized, against his will, no medical consent, no medical necessity.

TBME said–“yeah that’s fine. He vas chust followink ordahs

Once again boys and girls, knowing history is a fucking curse. Because I read, and read a lot, and every single empire follows this course; abuses overseas during their endless wars, then bring those abuses home.

Abu Graib and Gitmo are just training grounds. Those “boys” will come home now–and practice their “arts” here, while the sheeple loudly cheer “a little waterboarding” for those awful gun-owning patriots.

On a positive note–the TV series “Revolution” is masterfully showing how crooked mafia governments take over. The “Patriots”, who are supposedly the US government gone to hiding but now returning to re-establish America, are in fact a criminal gang. They torture, false-flag, and lie just like the real US government.

    Highly recommended.

    • If you think you can control yourself after reading dozens of similar accounts–remember it is critical to our strategy not to fire the first shot–read Vin Suprinowycz’s The Ballad of Carl Drega.

I believe in the “don’t fire the first shot” strategy. Problem is, they know it too–and they’ve fired hundreds of first shots. But they’re so clever about it; they use silencers, and pillows, and rubber bullets. No one of their shots is enough to be called “the first shot” by enough people. So they keep firing; and rather than sensitizing the sheep, it dulls them so they accept MORE first shots.

Lately they’ve been so over-the-top that it might become “the first shot”. At the least, they’ve discredited themselves horribly.

But I still think self-defense against even this anal raping would be interpreted by most of the sheep as “cop-killing”.

I thought for a moment we might get a Lexington moment out of the WWII memorial shutdown; pigs killing a few WWII veterans. But they wisely stood down. I’m sure those cops were under strictest orders; they didn’t understand them, but the Psy-Op masters know full well not to provide The Moment we need.

Perhaps the next false flag–it’ll have to be a Big One because their effect is wearing out–will provide it, because they’ve become so incredibly sloppy about covering them up. The Boston Bombing was an absolute circus comic.

I fear the reports of missing nukes from Dyess AFB; but the knowledge is out there, and a nuke false-flag will stink to high heaven. Will the sheeple buy it? Dunno.

  2. Deming, eh? Just had a colonoscopy and let me tell you that this is not an enjoyable procedure! There is always a remote possibility that the probe (light and camera) may cause a puncture of the colon as it has to be pushed around a couple of bends in the gut! Was in Deming many years ago and stayed at a hotel! Good thing I didn’t clench anything!

What on earth were these people thinking?

    • Werner, they were thinking they had a judge who would let them do anything and that’s what they wanted to do to this guy for reasons probably only they and that guy know(I’d bet there’s some history here). Reminds me of Ft. Worth cops who do the same because of the sorry ass judge. They busted a black reverend there a few months ago for some drug. The guy drives a Bentley so they stopped him again for leaving a convenience store without signalling and arrested him again on very suspicious charges. If he’s smart he’ll get another car, a white Camry would be my choice. This is a never ending thing with corrupt judges and they took it as far as it would go without killing him which will be their next move. I’d damned sure move if I were him, lawsuit or not. I imagine the first court will deny his suit he files so he’ll have to appeal to a higher court even to sue them.

  3. The War on (some) Drugs is the root of this unending evil.

Law enforcement feel anything they do is justified, because of the war on some drugs.

All personal rights flew right out the window with the unconstitutional passage of prohibition of any consumable substance.

  4. Dear dom,

This is just mind-boggling on so many levels, one doesn’t even know where to begin.

    Take just one example.

Leave aside the appalling human rights violations for the moment. Just address the matter of official competence.

Are we to understand that every one of the first seven anal probes were conducted with such incompetence that they had to be followed by another one???

    Fucking unbelievable!!!

Obviously this was not about anything but sadistic abuse of power, merely because they could get away with it, and because it would further intimidate the sheeple.

    • @Bevin – They got a warrant from a “judge” (I use the word loosely), and the first doctor they went to refused, saying it is violation of ethics. Apparently a common practice in Deming N.M., with Gila Medical center and Leo the “any smell will do” police dog. I hope he sues the pants off of that little desert city.

      • Dear Gary,

Back in the days when I was still under the spell of the Myth of Authority, the concept of a “judge” replete with black robes, was still impressive.

These days someone says “judge” or “Chief Justice of the Supreme Court” and I think “Yeah, just another scumbag shyster who clawed his way to the top of the shit heap.”

        I think,

“A judge is a law student who marks his own examination papers.”
        — H. L. Mencken

        SCOTUS schmotus.

        • @Bevin – Years ago they deserved some level of respect, but no longer. More evidence of the terminal cancer and 4’th turnings of a now mostly ignorant and immoral nation.

          • Eric, Dom, whoever is in charge of making shirts: Put this quote on a shirt so I can buy it!

“A judge is a shyster who blew a politician”

Perhaps accompany the quote with a picture of a man in black robes, on his knees, with his head being held firmly in place to the crotch of some douchebag in a business suit.

          • Yes, but just wait until “they” remake Robocop… then you’ll have to explain that you mean the “original” Robocop.

            http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1234721/?ref_=nv_sr_1

Its budget is 100 million dollars… who wants to bet a single one of those dollars that it will be a complete steaming pile of propagandist shit? Just like the remake of Total Recall and Judge Dredd (not that the originals were anything super amazing… but for the love of *insert something witty here that isn’t “god”*, can “we” please watch movies with actual original thoughts and not just bullshit remakes or sequels/prequels?)

*Raises hand* I’d bet on that for a dollar.

          • Dear Jacob,

Speaking of movies, I just finished watching an old film, if 2003 can be called old, called “Open Range.” It starred Kevin Costner, Robert Duvall, and Annette Bening.

            http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0316356/

I missed it when it premiered ten years ago. A superb film in so many respects.

Gorgeous cinematography. First rate acting. Artistic unity with strong “spine.”

But perhaps most importantly for those of us here at EPA, an astonishingly libertarian moral and political plot/them, made quite explicit without becoming preachy or “on the nose.”

It bears directly on the question of when it is okay to resist “The Law.” Lauren Paine, the author of the Western novel on which the film was based, essentially answers, “Screw legal. What’s right trumps what’s legal.”

Also, it has one of the best, and longest, gunfights ever staged in a Western film. I would say it was even better than the climactic gunfight in Clint Eastwood’s classic “Unforgiven.”

I urge everyone who hasn’t seen it to do so.

          • I had never heard of “open range” until now, I will definitely check it out. Especially since it has Robert Duvall in it. After recently watching the movie adaptation of the book “The Road” and seeing Duvall’s cameo in it, I just want to soak up everything he is in. And may no one forget his character in “Apocalypse Now”. Amen.

          • Bevin, that is a good film. I’ve seen it a few times, a couple at the least, for reasons that I just like it, the message and the technical direction. It isn’t bs, just real for that time, and it is fairly accurate. It is what it is and that’s the way of life. The shoot out seems accurate enough for a movie, even close for real life. If worse comes to worst, I’m of the mind you do what you have to do to survive.

          • Dear 8sm,

Very gratifying to get confirmation from someone who definitely ought to know about such things.

            Thanks 8sm!

I was pleasantly surprised by “Open Range.” Especially after Costner’s SF film, “The Postman.”

I’ve seen that film quite a few times. I enjoy basking in the post-apocalyptic universe depicted in the film. Just as I do in Zombie Apocalypse films.

But the idea of bring back the US federal gubmint? Talk about your dumb ideas!

            • Morning, Bevin!

The Postman has its moments – I admit to watching it also. Overall, a typically crappy Costner effort. That guy – and Denzel Washington (the black Kevin Costner) are tied for Worst Actor of All Time as far as I’m concerned. They each make William Shatner look like Richard Burton.

          • Hmm guess there’s a nesting comments limit here, no reply button for anything below Ed’s post.

“Open Range” is great, I own the dvd – it’s my go-to film for, ” I need a breath of fresh air/good scenery/simpler times/great acting,” times.

Jacob – if you like Duvall, then see this. It’s part of a “trilogy” that he did to cap his career – there’s another with him that’s about some Chinese girls kidnapped to be sold to a western brothel that is just as good, but longer. I haven’t seen the third one yet, IMDB.com will have the details.

That shootout scene is very refreshing for being a lot more realistic than most Hollywood westerns.

            • Morning, Horse!

I am ashamed to admit I have never seen – or even heard of – this movie.

I will correct that shortly. Thanks for the tip!

          • Dear HB,

            Glad you liked it too!

I’ve got a DVD of it myself. A keeper.

Funny. The novel was written back in the 50s I believe. Yet it’s never been more timely, given the fascistic mercantilistic kleptocracy that Amerika has become.

The way right and wrong and the right to resist rights violations by “The Law” were laid out in the film was dead on.

          • * Also,

Re: climactic shootout in Open Range

In particular, the gun fighting scenes were intentionally filmed in giant wide shots and were praised for their intense realism by a number of critics and yet were the reason the film earned an R Rating.

Kevin Carr of FilmThreat.com said on the gun action in Open Range: “… The action in Open Range is filmed real time, grabbing the audience and showing them that when this kind of stuff happens in real life, it happens faster than you think it would.”[8]

A review on Moviola stated that the film has “one of the most exciting final gunfights ever filmed”.[9]

IGN, USA Today, Total Film and Guns & Ammo all also say the shootout scene is one of the best of all time.[1]

As a lifelong gun nut, the Guns & Ammo endorsement “had me at hello!”

          • Bevin, there is something I can’t quite define about Postman I like. I suppose it’s simply the fact that people have banded together and survived, kept their moral values, etc. that has a certain appeal. Why you would want to repeat past mistakes, obvious failures, eludes me. Are we assuming(yeah, just made an ass of u and me)everyone in the world has a similar fate and is beginning to thrive in their own historical way? I suppose it has something to do with HOW they have adapted by adopting different ways of accomplishing the same/similar goals? It would be easy to dis the entire premise if it weren’t entirely possible. Maybe it’s a zombie movie with real hope. I realize there’s a great deal of sentimentality but isn’t that part of the human condition also?
As far as me knowing about the old west, maybe others have a better handle on it. I know where my folks came from and how we came to be here though. Things weren’t easy and there are some stories I know to be true of how life wasn’t necessarily fair but they had to forge ahead anyway. What were they going to do? Yell “cut”, I want a do over here? My great grandfather on my mother’s mother’s side emigrated from Canada as a 16 year old who had a falling out with his family/father who had emigrated from the highlands of Scotland. They were a fairly wealthy family by the standards of the day bringing their servants/partners in exile I suppose with them. Back then people survived not by being individuals so much as being a family without having blood ties. From what I can glean the servants were actually more like non-kin family with definite roles to play no matter where they were, division of labor as it were. As a 16 year old striking out from home I’m amazed at the sheer ability of someone that age to go forth into the unknown to start an entire family/legacy of his own. Of course in those days you fairly much knew everything you had to know to survive at that age and it was old hat by the time you reached 16, enough so that you could part with family and strike out on your own destiny. My grandfather ended up in Mobeete Tx. having briefly lived in Tishamingo Ok for a bit and then following the trade trail. Mobeete was a buffalo fur trading camp in the day and had to deal with small bands 4-6 Indians for the most part simply trying to survive after the break up of the large tribes. I”m sure you’re aware that Sherman was nothing more or less than a mass murderer who continued to ply his trade on Indians after he burned and rent asunder the old South. I grew up knowing what yankees did and hating them for it. Part of being a Texan in my day was knowing what sort of person came from the yankee north and what they were in essence. Yankee is a bad word in this part of the country to this day although I think the younger generation for the most part has been neglected in accurate history and really don’t have the attitudes of my generation. Sorta like in Postman, things were tough all over but people banded together and made their ways as best they could. Fascinating history there I won’t try to go into in depth. It was what it was for them though and there was either living through it or not. Mainly what I gather it was a time of great transition for everyone. As for shootouts in the new world, I think they’re greatly exaggerated but the main lesson of survival is probably fairly accurate. I was reading a post on a local town’s webpage 2-3 years ago posted by the wife of a local who had come here to visit. It became clear she was a northern yankee since she spoke of how different things were and how nice the people were but she kept hearing people speak of yankees. I had to laugh out loud since she was obviously getting blowback from locals due to her yankeeness. I think she may have caught on to a certain extent but still remained fairly clueless. People here don’t normally speak much of yankees unless there’s a stimulus which, in her case, would have been her presence. I sorta snickered through the post since I can imagine the values she exuded for people to speak of yankees so much. Well, maybe you just have to be southern to understand but I think not down deep. To some degree, we’re still plagued with carpetbaggers….and of course, DC is looked upon with great scorn at least as far as my generation. Interesting history lesson? Hope I didn’t bore everyone or make people think we’re not friendly, a very Texas type of thing we’d be embarrassed about if we thought people thought we weren’t friendly. It’s taking people at face value mainly I suppose that may be our biggest failure in some ways but our best quality in others. It’s a matter of what you believe in and Texans believe everyone is an individual trying their best until the prove otherwise. I hope this rambling made sense in some way.

          • Horse, those are all good flicks. I give them my “seal of approval”. I’m sure everyone was waiting with baited breath for that.

          • Bevin, just getting to your post quoting Guns and Ammo. Did you see what that yankee editor of G&A wrote today? If not go to their website(don’t have a link)and catch it’s entireity with rebuttal. Mind-boggling is all I can say. Don’t miss the comment section. I foresee really bad things for G&A.

          • Dear 8sm,

Ditto on “The Postman.” In fact, I may just watch it again now that it’s come up in conversation.

I was disgusted by the “restoration of the USA” angle, but the rest of the film also had that undefinable attraction for me. I think you correctly identified the key element — hope. The protagonist gave everybody new hope.

Of course we want to be careful about the form that hope comes in. The last thing we who love liberty want is another Bill “Man from Hope” Clinton, or Barack “Change you can believe in” Obama.

But nothing wrong with hope per se.

            Re: Guns and Ammo

Has the magazine gone downhill? I’ve been away from the USSA since ’92. So I’ve lost track of many of the currents back there.

          • @8 – Re: The South
Being a native Californian all I knew was what was taught in school (Yankee propaganda written in our history books). Images of ignorant bubba’s , and the Civil War caused by slavery, which freed the slaves because the South lost. The same can be said of president Lincoln.

Not until I traveled there and spent a short time in Texas, Alabama and Mississippi did I get the rest of the story, which I now believe to be more in line with the truth.

Once again we find bankers money and power when we get to the bottom of the political barrel.

          • Eric –
Don’t blame me, Boss, I’m just chiming in with a thumbs up. LOL.
Also, Denzel/Costner: too apt, though both have some greats.
            And some not-so-greats.
            Open Range is a great.

          • eric, come on now, tell us what you really think about Kevin ha ha. I like most of his movies and think he’s a good actor. Dances With Wolves is a good flick as is The War although it’s a bit schmaltzy. I laugh my ass off watching Waterworld, Dennis Hopper is hilarious. Depth Gauge Guy as the Mariner drops a flare into the hold of the Exxon Valdez still holding crude “Oh, thank god”. I nearly fell out.

            • Hey eight!

I have to give the guy (Costner) a pat for No Way Out. That was superb. But if you watch his subsequent movies, he’s the same guy, basically.

Bevin (see his most recent post) nailed it exactly. Costner is basically a character actor – himself – with limited range. When he tries to be someone other than himself, it comes off as clumsy or corny.

Are you an Elvis fan? If so, I got a movie for ya…. 3,000 Miles to Graceland.

              Epic awfulness!

          • Dear Eric,

Costner is one of those actors with a limited dramatic range, who must be cast in just the right role.

They have to be cast as characters who are basically like themselves. Then all they have to do is act natural, be themselves, and you have an adequate if not stellar performance.

Costner the producer/director, to his credit, knows himself well enough that he usually manages to do just that.

          • Dear 8sm,

            You are right!

            First the NRA. Now G&A.

More confirmation, as if any were needed, that “Minarchism is the embryonic stage of totalitarianism.”

The Myth of Authority must be rejected in toto, no ifs, ands, or buts. The camel’s nose must never be allowed in the tent.

          • * Re: The Postman

I looked up “The Postman” to refresh my memory.

            Guess what?

It was made in 1997, and set in the future — 2013!

We are now living in the universe of “The Postman.”

How do you like them apples?

    • Oh yeah, and believe me there is no excuse for this. Of course, there was no real excuse for the initial stop.

These things will continue until the personal pain, the COST to the aggressors is serious.

The most logical outcome is death or serious injury for the aggressor at the hands of their intended victim….

      • Bevin, I got carpal tunnel syndrome on this post so I’m just gonna post here on ML. Seems like I was looking at Postman on Wiki or something a few years ago and noticed it’s timeline. Well, it ain’t over yet and he might not have been a year or two off. I still say just because it hasn’t happened that’s no reason it can’t/won’t. I got on a rant last night and had an old college friend get a good laugh out of it this morning as he got on a good rant a few weeks back. Here’s something from Wayne Allan Root:

        A GORILLA IN THE ROOM?

        http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wayne_Allyn_Root
        by Wayne Allyn Root
        (Las Vegas Review-Journal, April, 3 2013)

Barack Hussein Obama is no fool. He is not incompetent. On the contrary, he is brilliant.
(Well, maybe not brilliant, but a good faithful evil puppet). He knows exactly what he’s doing. He is purposely overwhelming the U.S. economy to create systemic failure, economic crisis and social chaos thereby destroying capitalism and our country from within. Barack Hussein Obama was my college classmate (Columbia University, class of ’83). He is a devout Muslim; do not be fooled. Look at his czars… Anti-business anti-American.
As Glenn Beck correctly predicted from day one, Barack Hussein Obama is following the plan of Cloward & Piven, two professors at Columbia University. They outlined a plan to socialize America by overwhelming the system with government spending and entitlement demands.

Add up the clues below. Taken individually, they’re alarming. Taken as a whole, it is a brilliant, Machiavellian game plan to turn the United States into a Socialist/Marxist state with a permanent majority that desperately needs government for survival. And can be counted on to always vote for even bigger government. Why not? They have no responsibility to pay for it.

        2.177581161@web122303.mail.ne1.yahoo.com
        Universal Health Care:
The Health Care bill has very little to do with healthcare. It has everything to do with unionizing millions of hospital and healthcare workers as well as adding 15,000 to 20,000 new IRS agents (who will join government employee unions). Obama doesn’t care that giving free healthcare to 30 million Americans will add trillions to the national debt. What he does care about is that it cements the dependence of those 30 million voters to Democrats and big government. Who but a socialist revolutionary would pass this reckless spending bill in the middle of a depression?

        Cap and Trade:
Like healthcare legislation having nothing to do with healthcare, Cap and Trade has nothing to do with global warming. It has everything to do with redistribution of income, government control of the economy, and a criminal payoff to Obama’s biggest contributors. Those powerful and wealthy unions and contributors (like GE, which owns NBC, MSNBC and CNBC) can then be counted on to support everything Obama wants.
They will kick-back hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions to Obama and the Democratic Party to keep them in power. The bonus is that all the new taxes on Americans with bigger cars, bigger homes and businesses helps Obama spread the wealth around.

        Making Puerto Rico a state:
Who’s asking for a 51st state? Who’s asking for millions of new welfare recipients and government entitlement addicts in the middle of a depression? Certainly not American taxpayers! But this has been Barack Hussein Obama’s plan all along. His goal is to add two new Democrat senators, five Democrat congressmen and a million loyal Democratic voters who are dependent on big government. (This will tip the balance of those living off the government to more than those who must pay for it; and we’re done for.)
Legalize 12 million illegal Mexican immigrants:
Just giving these 12 million potential new citizens free healthcare alone could overwhelm the system and bankrupt America. But it adds 12 million reliable new Democrat voters who can be counted on to support big government. Add another few trillion dollars in welfare, aid to dependent children, food stamps, free medical, education, tax credits for the poor, and eventually Social Security.
(see note above re: Puerto Rico)
        Stimulus and bailouts
Where did all that money go? It went to Democrat contributors, organizations (ACORN), and unions including billions of dollars to save or create jobs of government employees across the country.
It went to save GM and Chrysler so that their employees could keep paying union dues. It went to AIG so that Goldman Sachs could be bailed out (after giving Obama almost $1 million in contributions). A staggering $125 billion went to teachers (thereby protecting their union dues).

        3.177581161@web122303.mail.ne1.yahoo.com

All those public employees will vote loyally Democrat to protect their bloated salaries and pensions that are bankrupting America. The country goes broke, future generations face a bleak future, but Obama, the Democrat Party, government, and the unions grow more powerful.
The ends justify the means. Raise taxes on small business owners, high-income earners, and job creators. Put the entire burden on only the top 20 percent of taxpayers, redistribute the income, punish success, and reward those who did nothing to deserve it (except vote for Obama).

Reagan wanted to dramatically cut taxes in order to starve the government. Barack Obama wants to dramatically raise taxes to starve his political opposition. With the acts outlined above, Barack Hussein Obama and his regime have created a vast and rapidly expanding constituency of voters dependent on big government; a vast privileged class of public employees who work for big government; and a government dedicated to destroying capitalism and installing themselves as socialist rulers by overwhelming the system.

Add it up and you’ve got the perfect Marxist scheme all devised by my Columbia University college classmate Barack Hussein Obama using the Cloward-Piven Strategy.

Last point: think about what this designed rule of the rabble will do to anyone successful and everyone receiving this is. What will your lives be like under Communism?
The time to fight this abomination is now.

I hope each of you will share this with your friends….

And here’s my response….and I’ll stay with it today.

It’s actually worse than what he says. BO is doing the bidding of international bankers who will COMPLETELY overtake the entire world. Monsanto and other big pharm are all part of their plan to enslave every man, woman and child on earth. They will only be done when everybody must beg for every meal, every drop of water. Complete mastery of the entire human race, rewarding only those who will serve their needs, think every badge wearing fool in the world, every politician, every banker. It’s here, now. The ultimate way to do it is to create one world but pit every race, every ethnicity, every inhabitant of every country against one another. Divide and conquer. The day all the sheeple realize there is nothing to eat, they’ll be begging, doing anything govt. demands, killing each other or whoever the govt. tells them to, just to get a bite. This ain’t gonna end like our forefathers envisioned unless they saw an apocalypse. Zombieland ain’t too far off.

It would seem some in the hierarchy of the military are realizing this. We see an unprecedented purging of top officers to what end? Notice for the most part it’s the people who realize wars of aggression are just a cover to a real end, world end. Where is the greatest threat to those in control? Military? Which side will we be on? Very puzzling when you don’t know the true intent of any involved. Is the Mad Max scenario that far off? Not a good feeling eh?

Once again, divide and conquer, just for a bite and a drink. We(oldies) are all the first expendables, the first to go because we can see what’s coming. Get rid of the people with a bit of experience and wisdom, the rest will fall in line. Seig Heil!!!!

Doncha just love all those Nazi uniforms the northeast cops wear? Texans just fell for all 9 amendments that are nothing more than more ways to take our money. Who voted for them? Government sheeple, all hail Caesar

Hey, I wrote it last night but I’ll sign it today.

        • Dear 8sm,

          Carpal Tunnel Syndrome indeed!

I think you just broke Tor’s record with this post!

But you know what? I think it was dead on.

That is not an uncommon strategy. Lee Teng-hui, a local Taiwan politician, a former President of the Republic of China government on Taiwan, tried that same strategy here with considerable success.

The guy wanted to destroy the ROC in order to replace it with a “Republic of Taiwan” aligned with Japan against the Mainland Region of China. So he deliberately masterminded a series of constitutional amendments whose real purpose was not to fix problems, but to create a such a mess that it would justify throwing the whole thing out and starting over.

Many suspect Barack Obama is doing the same with ObamaCare. I think they are right.

        • I was under the impression Puerto Rico was a welfare state anyway, as for the background, check out the threatened riots and general Hellishness that was promised if we didn’t feed Puerto Rico off of the govt’s teat .

    • @Mith – Immortal words from Carlin – “It’s a big fucking club, and you ain’t in it.”

A K-9 named Leo alerted that it sniffed drugs on Eckert’s driver’s seat.

And, for the next 14 hours, those police officers, and doctors at the Gila Regional Medical Center performed eight medical procedures including x-rays, rectal finger exams, enemas, and finally a colonoscopy.

According to a federal lawsuit, officers Bobby Orosco and Robert Chavez were two of the officers involved, and they never found drugs inside Eckert.

Our investigation reveals another chapter. Another man, another minor traffic violation, another incident with Leo the K-9 and another example of the violation of a man’s body.

Police reports state deputies stopped Timothy Young because he turned without putting his blinker on.
