MOORE, OK — A family’s night at the movies on Valentine’s Day turned into a horror show when a husband and father was beaten to death outside a cinema by police officers.

Things had not gone smoothly for the Rodriguez family — who reside in Norman, OK — due to a dispute which took place between Mrs. Nair Rodriguez and her 19-year-old daughter, Luinahi. Mrs. Rodriguez says her daughter had been lying to her so she slapped her during the argument, which took place outside the Warren Theater during the early hours of February 15th.

A bystander reported the incident and got the government involved. A bad situation would soon turn horribly worse.

Mrs. Rodriguez had stormed away from her daughter, upset at what had happened. Luis went after her to calm her down. That’s when several Moore Police officers approached.

Luinahi and Nair both witnessed what happened next. They say Luis, age 44, tried to bypass the officers as they were attempting to ask him for identification. Luis didn’t want his wife to drive away while she was angry, so he continued towards her.

That’s when Mr. Rodriguez was taken down, and beaten to death by five officers. His family witnessed him getting pummeled with fists, knees, and pepper spray until he was bloody and lifeless.

“Five guys got on top of him, beating him ruthlessly. On the head– just pow, pow, pow. Even with knees,” Luinahi tearfully explained.

Mrs. Rodriguez pulled out a cell phone to record the incident. “I’m recording because this is too much,” she says.

Her video began after the brutal beating was over, and only captured the moments when Luis was already on the ground, being pressed into the cement by five men, and then loaded onto a stretcher.

Even though the man is on the ground, motionless, officers tell him to “calm down,” as he suffers under the weight of several police officers. They handcuff him with ease and slowly roll him over, revealing his battered appearance. He cannot sit up under his own strength.

“Papa? Are you OK?” asks his wife of 22 years. Then a stretcher rolls out and the gravity of the situation sets in. “Is he OK?! He doesn’t move! You killed him! You killed my husband!”

Well said. Perhaps in the very near dystopian future, everything will be captured by surveillance and stored forever on video everyone has access to. A fully documented and shared facebuuk life.

Should anything happen that isn’t digitally captured, such an event will be dismissed as not actually occurring, regardless of the number of corroborating witnesses to the fact.

This article you referenced was amazing.

One thing is kind of confusing though. Don’t many critics of the PTB say that The Wizard of Oz is used in Illuminati MK?

If so, why use an expose of the Illuminati MK to carry out MK?

      Am I missing something here?

      • Very few can read such secret literary secret messages. For most, the Wizard of Oz only stupefies.

“the Tin Man, or T.I.N. man ( also identified as; Tax payer Identification Number”) was a hollow man of metal, a “vessel,” a “vehicle”, newly created commercial code words for the straw man.

Just like the Scarecrow, the Tin Man had no brain and no heart. Both were “artificial persons.” One definitional meanings of the word “tin” is “counterfeit.” The Tin Man represented the mechanical and heartless aspect of commerce and commercial law.”

For you and me, that evokes a great body of common learning we’ve each engaged in. For the masses of men, crickets.

The famous eye and pyramid, for example, mean zero. Zilch. They only have meaning because Masons and other groups have assigned it. There is no closed secret world of symbols that has magic in it.

A symbol is a word, term, sign, shape. It’s injected with meaning by a group, a consensus is adapted regarding the symbol. People think in terms of symbols. They think they understand what they’re doing, but they don’t.

People fear the power of certain “bad” symbols and attach themselves to the power of other “good” symbols. They become servants of the symbols they internalize.

You could make a picture of a sun emanating three rays and invent a whole mythology around it. Some people would react when they saw it. They would feel fear or anger or excitement. It’s a con.

If you took this even further and created a whole set of symbols, dozens of them, and made up meanings for them, and worked with this game, you would eventually experience an interesting kind of liberation. You would see, to a greater extent, how arbitrary symbols are, how people trap themselves in “internal symbolic spaces.”

The whole point of frozen symbols is to enclose consciousness.

Imagine a picture of an eyeball hovering in a forest. A tear is dropping from the eye. The literal mind is looking for specific meaning. The literal mind wants an answer. It can’t find one.

The eyeball and the forest and the tear don’t add up. They provoke all sorts of associations, but no particular meaning, and the literal mind is frustrated.

So then you come along and assign a meaning. You say, “Well, this symbol was first painted on masks in 834 BC by an ancient cult of pyramid builders. The eye and the tear stand for the tragedy caused by lack of faith in eternal life.

When you’ve assigned specific meaning to the symbol. The literal mind breathes a sigh of relief. It has an answer. It can suck up that meaning and take it in and accept it.

And now you can embellish the story and sell it to the literal mind. You can make that symbol into an object of fear and repulsion, if that’s the reaction you want to provoke in your audience, or you can make the symbol into an object of victory that stands for redemption.

You can twist and turn the symbol any way you want to.
The literal mind wants an answer to the mystery, a solution, and you provided it.

We’re talking about a very primitive form of art. When people operate at this level, buying symbols and their assigned meanings, it’s an indication they can’t appreciate or fathom more complex art.

They can’t read and fathom a novel or watch a stage play. That’s too much. There isn’t a clear one-to-one connecting pipeline between symbol and meaning, and so they’re confused. They’re frustrated.

I remember sitting in a movie theater watching a crime drama. The cops arrested the wrong man and framed him for a killing. A guy sitting next to me blew his top. He started telling his girl friend about how the cops were railroading this suspect and how bad the cops were, how the suspect was a victim of police brutality.

Well, yes. That was, in fact, the whole point of the movie. The movie was showing the audience how the police operated to create a false scenario and frame an innocent man. That’s what the movie was saying.

But this guy couldn’t get to that level. He thought the movie was actually on the cops’ side. He thought the movie was praising the arrest of the wrong man.

The literal mind at work. In the same way, people accept the meanings that are assigned to symbols, and they react to those meanings in a reflex fashion.

In truth, symbols are open. They have no intrinsic meaning. People can inject any meaning they want to.

But when they’re trapped in a layer of symbolic thinking, they can’t see that. They’re determined to accept the already-assigned meaning and react to it. Which is an invitation to propagandists.

Worse yet, it’s a fixation that artificially defines the limits of mind. Symbols form a matrix-shell inside which minds live. Until final the minds suffocate and die.

In case you hadn’t noticed, lunatic school officials have been punishing students for symbols of guns. Pop tarts chewed into the shape of a gun. Screen savers showing a picture of a gun. T-shirts with a message supporting the 2nd Amendment.

Then there are widening definitions of so-called hate speech. People want to ban the word “bossy.” They want to take any bland utterance and analyze it for possible “hate content.”

Among other things, this is puerile symbol-addiction.

A story about someone burning an American flag receives far more coverage and more reaction than a statement that the federal government violated the Constitution in a hundred new ways today.

Presidents are symbols. That is, the public reacts to the meanings broadly assigned to their images. The last time I looked, Americans in Kansas and Ohio weren’t sitting in the Oval Office having long conversations with Presidents.

Neither, I dare say, are Americans sitting down and talking with Satan. They’re reacting to meanings assigned to images of Satan painted by others.

Artists are in a unique position. They can make and unmake symbols at will. They can imbue symbols with meaning and then change the meanings or destroy the symbols. They don’t have to live under the dome of consensus symbols and their assigned meanings.

There are people who will argue that some symbols have “inherent meaning.” As if “the universe” sits around and writes down descriptions in a book, which is irrefutable.
Even if this were true, why must people accept those meanings?

Some symbols point to things that actually exist. Other symbols are fabricated with the intent of referring to fictions as if they were real. In both cases, the symbols are cooked and plumped up with meanings to impart a reaction.

I suppose God is the most widespread symbol on Earth. But instead of standing back and allowing the individual to decide what, if anything, it means to him, priest classes move in and organize religions to tell their stories, to embellish and codify the meaning of that symbol. And then to fight and kill to defend it.

Here is the symbol-maker’s proposition: “I’ll give you a symbol and tell you what it means and what it refers to. Then I want you to accept it, yes, but also to imbue it with feeling and awe and power. Give that power to the symbol. Make that investment. It’s your duty. Don’t vary or quibble.”

Maybe in The Lord of the Flies, to take another novel, the children were the great Colonial powers meeting on the island of Britain. The annoying Piggy with ass-mar might have been Germany.

Piggy the German With Four Eyes

“It’s too bad for the boys that they don’t listen, since Piggy has some pretty good ideas—like that the beast isn’t real. He believes in science, saying “Life is scientific, in a year or two when the war is over, they’ll be traveling to Mars and back” (

We see more than once that “Piggy’s glasses flashed” as if they’re an essential part of him—which they are. And this integral part of a character whose focus is science and technology, is used to introduce as a character, the achievements of science and technology.

While the boys revert to their primitive and animal ways, the glasses become a symbol of the opposite sort of transformation: advancement, discovery, innovation.

After all, without Piggy the German’s glasses, the boys never would have been able to start a fire.

Thanks to Piggy the German, we get the sense that, while the author doesn’t think preworldwar civilization is quite all it’s cracked up to be, it’s much better than wha we have today. A bunch running around with painted faces and slaughtering weaker nations like pigs.”

        • Dear Tor,

“But this guy couldn’t get to that level. He thought the movie was actually on the cops’ side. He thought the movie was praising the arrest of the wrong man.”

Thanks! I’ve witnessed this mentality first hand myself.

Back in 2004, ROC president Chen Shui-bian stole the election and got an illegal second term. Many of us who opposed him, took to the streets.

One day, I waved an upside down ROC flag as a gesture of protest. The implication was that the nation had been subverted, turned upside down.

One “comrade” became apoplectic. He sputtered that I was insulting the republic.

I and others who understood what my gesture meant tried to explain to him that it was a sign of protest. It did not mean that we did not support our country (country defined as social and economic system), but merely opposed its current illegitimate government. (Yes, all governments are illegitimate. But this one was doubly illegitimate.)

He wouldn’t have any of it. He was in such a rage. He was hysterical. He simply could not hear anything anyone said. He was “beyond reason.”

Such is the stage of evolution mankind is in.

          Re: Wizard of Oz

I think I’ve sorted out my own take on it.

          1. The novel itself, as written by Frank Baum, was a good thing. Well intended. But it has been misused by others, i.e., the Illuminati, who have subverted and misused it.

          2. Vigilante Citizen is usually right when he picks apart the Illuminati. But sometimes innocents get rounded up and lined up against the wall and shot along with the guilty. VC includes Carl Jung, Madam Blavatsky, Frank Baum among the “evildoers.” Mistake.

As always, one must always rely on one’s own discretion. Never on “experts.” The experts are only experts if they are congruent with reality.

I completely rely on the “experts” within my circle of trust.

Example: When driving, should my wife yell – “Stop the car.” I would immediately and violently even, bring the car to the most immediate halt I could mechanically induce.

This action is automatic, based on a long history of years of trust and deep confidence in her sound judgment.

She is indeed a local expert, an internalized integral component of my “fight or flight response.” I would make no attempts of independent investigation or intellectual comprehension to determine what danger or reason she has for her interjection.

I consider her an expert on avoiding obstacles. In a similar fashion, I consider you an trusted expert on avoiding malthoughts and statistcraft.

            http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-22686500

Some of that is our evolutionary heritage, says Dr Nouchine Hadjikhani of Harvard University. Humans are “prewired” to detect faces from birth, she says.

“A classic example is the Stone Age guy standing there, scratching his beard, wondering whether that rustling in the bushes really is a sabre-toothed tiger. You’re much more likely to survive if you assume it’s a sabre-toothed tiger and get the hell out of there – otherwise you may end up as lunch.”

      • {7} Yes, truly They are the Masters of much, if not Masters of all.

        – My response is to try disassociate the disassociators. To control the controllers with the very controls they’ve constructed for use on their subjects.

“Dorothy Gale is looking for a place where there is no trouble, which is a place “over the rainbow.” To escape pain, Dorothy’s alters go over the rainbow. (See also: Alice In Wonderland Programming successfully “going through the looking glass”).

  5. The Advanced Psychopathy of Dominators

These violent heroes. These dominators. Were all submissives first. No matter how many mundanes they bark at. How many they threaten to fine or incarcerate. How many they actual write up. Lock up. Beat up. They will always remain submissives to dominance.

They are not “Strong.” They are not “Powerful.” They are Submissives it must be properly understood. All “Dominators” were Submissives first, and Submissives to dominance they will always remain.

    Dominators
    http://r1wolbbaltimore.files.wordpress.com/2011/11/baltimore-city-police.jpg

    Mundane Psychopaths

These consenters. These submissives to authority. These submissives to dominance. Are also Psychopaths. Their rational minds are wholly absent. They are quite literally the Walkers in The Walking Dead. Their bodies continue to function. But their minds are absent.

They are able to continue to exist. But in an unthinking, far diminished manner. They need advertisers, entertainers, authority figures, or their fellow consenters to give them instructions on what it is they need to do, and how they need to do it.

These Mundane Psychopaths are completely conditioned to needing outside commands to accomplish anything. They need constant feedback that they are doing the right thing. They seek authority. They witness authority. Then they reflect authority.

They re-enact the episodes of authority they have previously consumed. They are truly Zombified. They laterally project authority in every direction to all they encounter. Like in the show, they tend to aggregate and then move in packs as they rigidly stagger through their corpse-like existence.

These Zombies are not full of life. They morosely shuffle from chair to chair. And stare sullenly into the electronic abyss. At night they lie prostrate on a slab in a darkened room. And sleep the sleep of the dead, and dream that they’re still alive.

These zombies have a sharp eye for anyone who is not totally dead like them. They immediately notice anyone around them who is not woodenly still like their fellow zombies. A noisy kid, a spirited voice, anything outside of what they consider the Undead Normal will get their withering glance. Will set them in motion, making sure the lifelike behavior be stopped.

These Walking Dead people become fully engaged with the Physical Control of others. Controlling others makes them feel Alive, and no other Drug will do the trick. These Consenters to the Authority are Submissives to Dominance. They are the bottom to the government’s top.

They are Incapable of standing up to Dominance. They are audiences. They are customers. They are buyers of trinkets. They are death eaters. They are citizen corpses.

Their membership in a Zombie Community makes them feel “Strong.” They feel sorry for foreign Zombies who belong to less successful Zombie Communities. Because they are Zombies, it never dawns on them, that not everyone needs or wants to be part of a Zombie Collective.

What does it mean, consent of the governed?

Consent is a vital element in all psychological play, and consent can be granted in many ways. Some employ a written form known as a “Dungeon negotiation form”, for others a simple verbal commitment is sufficient. Consent can be limited both in duration and content.

The people that like government, even when it has serious negative consequences, are also people who would like to get beaten with a riding crop by their representatives.

They like it when they’re told they’re not allowed to smoke somewhere. That they’re not allowed to drive without a seatbelt.

They like it when their government tells them they’ve been a very bad boy. Because they, know it’s true, they’ll really been a very bad boy.

I was just reading about some health perspectives and was amazed at the similarities with things such as the WTC issue and economics.

“Someone somewhere says she isn’t vaccinating her kids? Boom. The talking heads go to work.

“Oh my God! That’s terrible! This mother obviously doesn’t care about her children and the safety of other children!”

The thing is, the talking TV heads know as much about vaccines as a dead duck on Jupiter knows. Nothing. They seem to occupy a position of authority owing to the fact that they’re on television. And that’s it.

As for the venal doctors the talking heads bring on to back them up, there is a different bottom line: these doctors won’t engage in a real protracted public debate about vaccines. They’ll just pontificate like aristocrat-nobles talking down to their serfs.

How doctors make fake diagnoses for diseases

“To say that a positive antibody test means a patient has a certain disease is fatuous, wrong, and absurd. Yet, that is what doctors do every day. […] For example, in my last article about hepatitis C, I mentioned Nick Regush, the late ABC News medical reporter, and his discovery that the so-called virus reputed to cause hepatitis C had never been properly isolated.

      Not properly isolated=never really discovered.

Doctors and researchers, in a stunning display of incompetence and/or dishonesty, are misdiagnosing patients every hour of every day. They are using tests that don’t work. They are misinterpreting the meaning of the tests they run. They are lying.

And the general public blithely accepts these false diagnoses.” …

      • mister Helot,

It’s nice to have fans. And enemies. And teachers. Nice to have reply-ers, really, as long as they grasp even some aspect of the article topic. Or any other sideshow topic one of us have inserted like a joke snake in our Mom’s last jar of cancer cure medicine.

I may clash with some, or let my goat get gotten, and lose focus and tempo.

But in your case, I’ve really enjoyed riding all of your trains of thought, Helot, and seeing where they lead. I wish I’d remember to add half as much fun ingredients to my standard commentary recipe as you do.

My many years have been but a circle from one childhood to another; the least I can do is to thoroughly enjoy the long sweeping arc of my probably pointless life story, right?

I only hope I don’t spawn any Lizzie from The Walking Dead anti-gurus. To be clear, I often preach before I learn to practice. Or preach things, I’ve not yet been able to practice.

        • Dear Tor,

The Grove episode of The Walking Dead that just aired was great, wasn’t it? A real shocker.

Definitely one of the best shows on TV, with enormous relevance to our SHTF situation under regimes ready to topple any minute.

There aren’t many good shows on TV. TV is indeed a “vast wasteland.” Worse, much of it is Illuminati Mind Kontrol.

But there are a handful of exceptions. TWD is one, as even columnists at LRC have noted. So is Game of Thrones. One character is almost explicitly libertarian. The barbarian queen Daenerys Targaryen.

Themes of Liberty in Game of Thrones
By Ilya Somin on November 29, 2011 12:21 am in Science Fiction/Fantasy

Blogger Amber Taylor has a fascinating Institute for Humane Studies podcast on themes of liberty in George R.R. Martin’s Game of Thrones fantasy series (which has now also been turned into an HBO series). Amber previously wrote about Game of Thrones for a symposium in the Atlantic. I agree with most of Amber’s points, but I’m not entirely convinced that the Starks are more favorable to liberty than their enemies, the Lannisters. There doesn’t seem to be more than a modest difference in the way the two sides treat the common people who come under their control. By contrast, I think Amber is right to suggest that Daenerys Targaryen is a quasi-libertarian heroine, with her devotion to the abolition of slavery and the promotion of freedom more generally (which, however, as Amber notes, coexists with a devotion to the divine right of “legitimate” kings). I commented on the series here.

Mang, Tor – please – don’t call me mister, I’m not that old, …yet.
            Or, maybe I am? That’s just…

And dang, you flatter me. Not to say I’m not flattered every time I get a reply on this board from everyone (except from Clover) during my, yes, probably pointless life story.

Tor wrote, “I often preach before I learn to practice. Or preach things, I’ve not yet been able to practice.”

            P.s.

Bevin & Tor, everything I know about Zombies I learned from 1970’s flicks like the film, The Night of the Living Dead, and I stopped watching such films long long ago. I don’t know anything about The Walking Dead except from what I’ve read here.
The more things change, the more they stay the same?

Also, my better half watches that Game of Thrones show, … it’s entertaining, in bits and pieces, here and there, of what I catch (minus the chick flick parts and some of the warmongering) on DVD where you can watch it straight throughout the season.
RE: Daenerys Targaryen. Yeah, I got that. That was nice to see.

Personally, every time I post, I want it to be my last.
So far, it’s been a no-go every stinkin’ time.

            Maybe this time, eh?

          • {1} Re: TWD Carol Kills Lizzie Episode

In my mind, that latest TWD episode of the girl not being mentally competent to wield deadly force could potentially be leveraged to move the series from an asset of the SHTF worldview to a hindrance.

If true, this is yet another illustration of why “public consumer goods”, such as this television series for global consumption, are vastly inferior to privately held goods that you or your phyle control.

Reddit sounds interesting. I’ll look into it.

Also, it seems to me that YT videos reach a much larger audience than web pages.

TV is not inherently evil, if by TV one means the medium, anymore than paper is evil.

It only becomes evil if the words printed on it are evil. Hate literature for example.

Or in the case of TV, Illuminati Monarch mind control programming.

Same with TV. If TV showed the same content as LRC or EPA, it would hardly be evil.

    • Dear Tor,

      Exactly right.

Randian apostate (partial) Nathaniel Branden was the first person to clue me in on how psychology, both individual and social, was more fundamental than political ideology.

Psychology is a more decisive determinant of political results than mere ideology. Psychology comes from the heart and the guts.

Ideology on the other hand, is comparatively weak, and is merely a “head trip.”

A libertarian society requires a society in which individual self-reliance is the psychological norm.

Otherwise, if the society consists overwhelmingly of sheeple, they will collectively overpower the tiny minority of individualists and collectively impose the democratic dictatorships that we have the world over today.

      • {5} The only living Objectivists who still matter, are the Atlas Society Minority and The Branden Separatists, as far as I’m concerned. Those Anti-Rand NeoCon Hijackers should think about pouring themselves a glass of Hemlock and joining their Altruistic Philosophical Father – Socrates.

        • Dear Tor,

          I agree.

I did a lot of psychology workshops (“intensives”) with Branden.

He really regretted his contribution to the harshly judgmental, almost inquisitional atmosphere of Orthodox Objectivism.

Much of his later work was devoted to damage control. He accepted “libertarianism” and even “mysticism,” properly understood.

I learned a lot from him.

As for internet slowness, it’s everywhere; I’m a performance engineer, and the dumb fuckers I see running the show are getting EXPONENTIALLY WORSE by the day.
Finance degrees in charge of security, for example; or our, “We’re not a software development company,” asshats dictating that we will write things in Java and then use Google Web Toolshit to convert it into a “responsive” (my words, quotes for irony) application.
Precise example, reason for the quotes:
We have three grids on the main page.
GWT has a event for every mouse movement across every cell.
Javascript (what the java byte code is translated to) runs on the client machine, is VERY chatty, and is SINGLE THREADED, meaning it can do one thing at a time.

Even a kindergartner can do THAT math. 17 rows * 15 cells * 1 event each * 3 tables = 765 calls. That’s for the application’s HOME SCREEN. for gaphic representation, check Yahoo mail or GMail. Same appearrance, only three grids, and each cell in those grids fires an event.

It’s not just at my current “home,” either. Yahoo mail? Some 30-year-old iPhoney fan is running the show, had them completely rebuild the GUI and apps.
They suck – slow, unreliable, useless in IE9. Same with Yahoo groups. Features like search? Gone. God forbid you’re looking for something, you can’t find anything.

It LOOKS pwetty. But the functionality, it’s JUST. NOT. THERE.

What happens to a product – even an enshrined product – that fails to perform? Loses market share! FAST!

But since this is all (I’m certain) part of Big Sister’s UberPanties of Doom protecting our people for the terrorist pedophiles of parakistan….

Everything you do in your browser can be tracked. Getting in between without someone’s notice is FAR harder. IE is THE target for viruses and trojans and clickjacks – it is PART OF the operating system, even now. Firefox and Chrome are both more secure; they run int heir own little space. Firefox allows you to add goodies like noScript and AdAware, FREE. IE? Doesn’t even allow developer tools to see WTF is going on in there.

Add in the “BRIGHT SHINY NEW” aspect of GWT (allowing imbeciles to be first to market with crapware that “looks pwetty”) and the number of calls these systems make? Instead of 3-5 (usually) HTML calls, you have 50 calls, staggered across a few seconds, for pieces of this, and fragments of that, and an image here, and ads, ads, ads, ads, ads, ads EVERYWHERE…. And video is playing by deafult, and there’s audio sent by default, and the javascript changes the page layout (IE, it re-writes the page on the fly – blockign every other action on the page while it re-writes things, and repositions the objects – single-threaded, remember) – It’s a DISASTER. Like a Duckboat (WW2 Duck, amphibious truck, half boat, half truck, maneuvered like a drunken sow i’m told, and light on its feet like a charging rhino… Managed to stay dry inside, provided you weren’t near the water… Etc.) Yeah, it’s like adding wings to it so the duckboat can fly, too.

So it can maneuver in the air like a drunk, blindfolded, deaf salmon.

Sorry, I was goign to continue and realized I’m ranting like a lunatic.
Suffice it to say, the whole internet is being INTENTIONALLY fucked. Like putting a speed limiter in a drag racer, the “new technologies” are AIMED AT destroying the whole PURPOSE of the net: No more free and easy communications across distance. Get back to being isolated (easily controllable) communal places (megacities) where EVERYONE lives together (note: they don’t WORK, there won’t be JOBS there – at least, no legal ones) and each magalopolis will have its own ideology, taught crammed into young brains when they are unable to understand what’s being done to them – and they’ll remain Bolsheviks forever, even after the evidence is slicing their eyes out.

Prevent communication. Prevent spread of ideas. Make everyone a government serf. Make everyone LOVE Big Sister (won’t be “brother”). And make them all worship the all-seeing eye (TV, 1984 reference, not Illuminati.)

This path NEVER ends well…. We can only decide who might be standing after.

Java has been acting up on my PC a lot. I wonder?

          • Dear Boothe,

            I loved the Collins books!

There’s a website called “Vigilant Citizen” that critiques the Illuminati and the NWO. Mostly it does a good job.

It has posted an analysis of THG.

            http://vigilantcitizen.com/moviesandtv/the-hunger-games-a-glimpse-at-the-new-world-order/

Is The Hunger Games attempting to warn an apathetic youth of the danger of allowing the current system to devolve into a totalitarian nightmare? Or is it simply programming it to perceive the coming of a New World Order as an inevitability? That question is up for debate.

The author appears to be a “moderate Christian.” Many of his readers however, seem to be considerably more fundamentalist.

I mostly agree with his critiques of the Illuminati and the NWO. But I disagree with some of those whom he tars with the same brush. For example, he wrongly and unfairly lumps Carl Jung and New Age psychology in with the Illuminati and the NWO.

His articles often provide a useful reference point. One need not of course swallow his frame of reference whole hog. As with anything, one can and should pick and choose. One’s own heart and mind should be the final arbiter.

          • Almost forgot.

The Vigilant Citizen sometimes confuses cautionary tales with “predictive programming” designed to pre-condition the masses to the NWO.

Needless to say, this is a serious mistake. Yes, the two can look similar. After all, if one is going to write a cautionary tale, how can one do it without making it look somewhat like “predictive programming?”

            One has to exercise judgment.

I say THG is emphatically NOT “predictive programming.” It is a clear case of an Orwellian cautionary tale.

Until and unless evidence emerges that Collins is an Illuminati shill, that is my conclusion.

          • Yeah Bevin – I am already a follower of VC’s work; have been for a couple of years at least. He does a great job of exposing the mind control behind “our” popular entertainment and media. It’s fascinating stuff, yet delightfully depressing all at the same time! 🙂

  6. Dear Boothe,

There is no video of Clover I could locate using IP Location.

There is this single photo of him which I’ve verified was uploaded from his IP a few years ago.
    Clover's Fat Ass

    • Dear Tor,

Aside from astonishment seeing Jabba the Hut surfing the Net, did you notice the hardware?

Been a while since I’ve seen a CRT PC monitor, or even a beige PC case!

    • Clover – You certainly don’t care…about what really happened; the truth, that is. You’re too concerned about defending the cops apparently because…well…they’re cops; not about what’s right and wrong. FYI: The game wardens were capitalizing on their official positions and uniforms by “moonlighting” as security guards at the theater. If they were “civilian” security guards, the one that “initiated contact”, Chad Strang, would be charged with aggravated assault and manslaughter or as an accessory at the very least. Instead, because they wear the robes and medallions of office they are effectively exempt from the same laws that apply to the rest of us. And apparently they’re even exempt from administrative leave, unlike the “real” cops involved in this. This whole mess goes against the basic American principle of equal protection under the law and, your favorite, innocent until proven guilty. It doesn’t matter what you try to claim “didn’t happen” because the actual take down and subsequent “compliance techniques” weren’t on the video. The fact remains that Luis Rodriguez (by your own assertion, a presumed innocent man) is now dead at the hands of the police. No trial, no jury, no conviction; just dead. Period.

And no Clover, if I saw a woman smack her teenage daughter and the police stood by and watched, I would applaud them for minding their own business. Now, if the cops stood by while a couple of gang-bangers beat the girl and dragged her into an SUV, I would have an issue with that. But the fact of the matter is the cops would be under no legal obligation to help her. That really is a fact jack! If they did come to her aid they would probably be commended for going above and beyond the call of duty. Just because you are under the false assumption (or present yourself as such, I suspect you know differently) that the police are “required” to step doesn’t make it so. But since you are probably a desk jockey cop, a social worker or some other form of non-productive tax-feeder, your primary mission here is propaganda and disinformation and that explains your ridiculous stance. That’s fine, because you bring up issues that (A) promote discussion and refutation, while (B) making yourself look like an onager.

Nowadays it would be more likely to be the cops beating the girl up and kidnapping her rather than “real” thugs, but I digress. Back in the late eighties I was coming out of a 7-11 store in Ocean View when a biker and his “ol’ lady” got into a fight on the sidewalk. There were some cops leaving the bar parking lot across the street and one of them stopped to watch the happy couple before he got in his car. I was standing by my truck observing along with my buddy who was in the truck. She slapped him, he slapped her back. I looked at the cop, he looked at me. We both turned back to them. By then the biker had her by the hair, she was kicking him in the shins and they were both loudly cussing each other. I looked at the cop, he looked at me and we looked back at the ongoing mating ritual. The girl was kicking, scratching and slapping at Mr. Biker. He slapped her back and off they went still cussing, around the corner and out of sight. I looked at the cop. He looked at me and just shook his head in disgust; he nodded farewell, then wisely got in his car and left.

When I got in my truck my buddy turned to me and asked “Did you see that!?” I said “Sure did.” He said “That cop didn’t do anything. Can you believe that!?” I responded “That’s the smartest thing he could have done. Any cop will tell you that if you wade into the middle of a ‘domestic’ like that they will both turn on you. He knew that was biker foreplay, they’d go home, make up and screw like two wild animals.” We left, and we didn’t call 911 or try to intervene. It wasn’t any of our business, nor the cop’s. We all knew it. If those two off duty game wardens and the three cops in Moore, Oklahoma had simply stood back, monitored the situation and let the Rodriguez family calm down, get in their car and go home, Luis Rodriguez would still be alive, they would still be on duty, Luinahi would still have her daddy and Nair would still have her husband. Instead, they start barking orders like they’re in Afghanistan or Iraq, demand compliance from one of employers (you know, a taxpayer, one they are supposed to “serve and protect”), and then whether it was intentional or not manage to kill him. So they succeed in permanently removing a father from a two parent home (a modern rarity) as well as eliminating a skilled and productive member of society. All in a night’s work, huh Clover?

I find it very interesting that you keep harping on my “needing help” and calling me a liar. You do realize that in the former Soviet states, when one raised issues about the iron fist of government, they were often declared “insane” and institutionalized. It’s not at all unusual for a tyrannical government to call its detractors “crazy” and “lunatics” so they can lock them up. After all, evil people never want their acts scrutinized, documented and publicized. But you already know all of this, it just doesn’t go along with your owners’ agenda. Another thing that I’ve found to be true is that people who routinely lie (like cops) assume everyone else does this too and accuse others of the same based on their own bad behavior. Once again Clover; you are pitiable because you refuse to see the simplest truths.

      • Clover has to laugh at that one Boothe :-). No one was victimized Boothe? When should I come over to belt you across the head Boothe?

The mother said she hit the daughter Boothe. Last I knew, it was not legal to hit anyone Boothe. It is just another example of the criminal family involved here Boothe.

You say it was fine to hit the daughter in the head and it was fine for the father to be aggressive toward the police. Yes the guy should not be dead but his wife should have been put in jail Boothe.

You see Boothe I get a thrill thinking about defenseless people being put in cages. In exactly the same way a serial killer likes torching small animals.

That is why I come here to comment and see you all riled up Boothe. You might outperform me in regular life Boothe. But I know I will never be caged like you will Boothe. You can’t beat me at my favorite game. Dungeons and Red Dragons. I’m a second hand cannibal Boothe.

I just love sadism and masochism you libertarians don’t get it. Nothing is more exciting to me than the idea of a mother locked in a cage and being raped for her crimes Boothe. Violent justice, righteous pain, and unheard cries for mercy are the sweetest most intoxicating elixir there is for me Boothe.

        • Tor,

You’re amazing! That channeling of Clover you just did was virtually perfect, with the sole exception of your use of words too big for the real Clover.

          • Thanks Eric. One thing about Clover, you have to let him digest in the information at his own paste.

In limited doses, I enjoy the naive truth of a short clover thought bubble. If he were a cartoon, I think he’d be Lucy from Peanuts.

I forgot to dumb down like I do everywhere in NV since it is #51 out of 51 states in students’ chance for success.

            http://nypost.com/2014/02/23/students-defend-murry-bergtraum-hs-in-error-filled-letters/

Clover’s posts are a dead ringer for the prose from blended learning students:

Here are examples of Blended Learning Students fiercely defending the socratic rigor of watching vids and then answering short question as a way of taking edumacations:

“What do you get of giving false accusations im one of the students that has blended learning I had a course of English and I passed and and it helped a lot you’re a reported your support to get truth information other than starting rumors . . .”

            Right out of Milton, that.

Another wrote: “To deeply criticize a program that has helped many students especially seniors to graduate I should not see no complaints.”

One student said the online system beats the classroom because “you can digest in the information at your own paste.”

“Reshaping life! People who can say that have never understood a thing about life—they have never felt its breath, its heartbeat—however much they have seen or done. They look on it as a lump of raw material that needs to be processed by them, to be ennobled by their touch. But life is never a material, a substance to be molded. If you want to know, life is the principle of self-renewal, it is constantly renewing and remaking and changing and transfiguring itself, it is infinitely beyond your or my obtuse theories about it. “Man is born to live, not to prepare for life.”

“I don’t think I could love you so much if you had nothing to complain of and nothing to regret. I don’t like people who have never fallen or stumbled. Their virtue is lifeless and of little value. Life hasn’t revealed it’s beauty to them.”

“And now listen carefully. You in others-this is your soul. This is what you are. This is what your consciousness has breathed and lived on and enjoyed throughout your life-your soul, your immortality, your life in others. And what now? You have always been in others and you will remain in others. And what does it matter to you if later on that is called your memory? This will be you-the you that enters the future and becomes a part of it.”

“Don’t be upset. Don’t listen to me. I only meant that I am jealous of a dark, unconscious element, something irrational, unfathomable. I am jealous of the drops of sweat on your skin, of the germs in the air you breathe which could get into your blood and poison you. I know this must seem obscure and confused, but I can’t say it more clearly. I love you madly, irrationally, infinitely.”

        • Awesome Tor! But be careful; going into character as Clover too often could cause permamany rbramage adn you culd bcame lissdexic…

      • Dear Boothe,

Yet another outrageous incident of LEO sadism that our COP-rophiliac Clover will rationalize away.

        http://www.policestateusa.com/2014/man-arrested-drinking-iced-tea/

FAYETTEVILLE, NC — A man drinking canned iced tea in a parking lot was accosted by a plainclothes beverage cop who demanded to inspect his drink. He was placed in handcuffs and arrested. Even though the man was innocent and was only drinking tea, prosecutors are still trying to set him up with probation and community service.

      • Boothe, nit-picking but precise language should be maintained:
“FYI: The game wardens were capitalizing on their official positions and uniforms by “moonlighting” as security guards at the theater. If they were “civilian” security guards, the one that “initiated contact”, Chad Strang, would be charged with aggravated assault and manslaughter or as an accessory at the very least. Instead, because they wear the robes and medallions of office they are effectively exempt from the same laws that apply to the rest of us.

The italicized section, robes and medallions of office, is inaccurate. They wear the robes and medallions of the STATE, which is the problem.
The Fish and Game service doesn’t confer on them any special power; it’s the STATE that does. 😉

It is the state that can be undone, too.

        “You do not belong here.
We will remove you. Piece by piece if necessary.”

I think we should follow that strategy with the state. Make it a “Lady or the tiger” puzzle, only – they get to choose a porcupine or a tiger.
When they step to us, we knock them back a dozen feet, leave them broken and bleeding and trying to figure out what happened.
The rest of the time, we’re just prickly, non-compliant, Gands, making their life as difficult as possible, pushing them towards non-existence (The Official Cops, not John Q. Public – the person, … who works for The Official Cops.)

        Thoughts?

  7. CloverI see Eric. Anything that does not support your promotion of hatred is not allowed here. Do we call you Hitler with the same hatred of the police as Hitler had towards the Jews? If life here is so miserable here then either leave or kill yourself. We are always going to have police in our society so get the hell out of here. We do not need any more promotion of killing police or others like friends of yours do.

      • I see Eric. I see Eric write. Write Eric write.

Clover sees something wrong, Clover will fix it. Fix, Clover, fix.

Eric is preventing my corrections. Eric is evil. Stop Eric stop.

I am making joke. Eric’s nickname is Hitler. It is a funny joke.

Eric didn’t laugh at my funny joke. I thought Hitler and Jews were always good for a laugh. Eric must be miserable.

That is why he doesn’t laugh at my funny joke. Laugh Eric laugh.

Today is a serious day. Today I must ask Eric to leave. Leave Eric leave.

Eric isn’t listening to me. No one is listening. Listen everyone listen.

I am afraid of guns. I want to kill myself. Eric has a gun. I will ask Eric to kill me. Kill Eric kill.

Eric still isn’t listening. The police will listen. They have to listen when you call them at 9-1-1. Listen police listen.

I am glad the police are my friends. Everyone in government are my friends. I am sad for Eric who doesn’t have government friends like I do. So sad, I want to die.
        Die Clover die.

Hello police. I am tired of living. I need you to come and shoot me with your guns. Shoot police shoot.

      • Eric – I’ve spent quite a bit of time the past few years trying to decipher “cloverese.” This one is baffling indeed, but I’ll try. You post an article documenting an unnecessary homicide committed by the police, so to clover this obviously means you hate the police. Clover goes on to imply, in the form of question, that we should call you Hitler since by posting this article you are obviously a “cop hater” in the same vain that Hitler was a “Jew hater.” Never mind that it was the Nazi police that helped round up the Jews because “it was the law” back there and then; more ugly truth. But in clover’s distorted perception of things publishing the truth equals “cop hating” which equals “Jew hating” so you must be Hitler. Simple enough for even the clover mind to comprehend (wow!).

Then he/she/it makes the cloverian logical jump that you must be miserable “here” because you are a “cop hater” since you dare expose the ugly truth of what Amerikan police are now routinely doing to the public. Therefore, since clover has clearly established that Eric Peters is a “miserable cop hater” to his/her/its satisfaction, you should leave “here” (where ever “here” may be) or commit suicide. You see, you’re spoiling clover’s law and order worldview and are therefore evil and must be destroyed. Makes perfect sense to me (eyes rolling, tongue firmly in cheek).

        • Bothe the fact here is that the police were called because someone belted a young lady in public. A family member. So do we just let anyone hit anyone else in public and let it go? Is that the society that you want?

Police beating? Nothing is shown by the video and by a statement of a bystander that was watching, the police did nothing wrong and the man was aggressive toward the police. It is the police that are the innocent ones here. “unnecessary homicide “? Is that what you call a citizen aggressively going after the police and the police defending themselves? Go do your research on this case if you think it was a police murder. The police were following training to subdue a dangerous person. A family man that was used to fighting others.

There were comments from others here that they and others take joy when a policeman is killed. I have known policemen from my past. I would trust them thousands of times more than any of you cop haters. Clover

Eric is looking for support from extremist people like cop haters and this is how he brings it to his site. Yes there have been other videos that Eric says are police brutality but were actually citizens that were taking the first swing at the cops.
When I was growing up there was no fighting with the cops when they showed up but now with your libertarian ideals cops now have a bulls eye on them. Yes, our society has changed for the worse and you want to continue the downturn of your society.

            • If it’s merely a fistfight between two men? Certainly. If it becomes a beatdown, then other men should step in to stop the fight.

Again, you want to Straw Man it.

There would be chaos without armed, costumed men about!

              Nonsense.

Violence of that sort is a cultural expression more than anything else. A function of social norms. We have a lot of open violence today because social inhibitions against acting out violently have been undermined; people (not all, but enough of them) have less self-control and are emotionally immature.

Consider the so-called Wild West. It actually was not very “wild” at all – nothing like the shoot ’em ups presented in movies. People – mostly – behaved. And did so without professional law enforcement.

          • The Wild West not that “wild”, no kidding. This just in; if you try to fight a gang the way Jackie Chan does in his movies then you will probably die.

        • OK Boothe, You are right. Eric is not exactly like Hitler. He is more like the KKK. The wife had a very long video of herself at the scene. She was a witness. She never once during that video said that the police beat her husband but Eric, the promoter of police hatred said the police beat the man to death. Tell me again why that is not trying to promote hatred with false statements?Clover

          • Clover, you never cease to amaze and amuse. Eric is an individual, the KKK is an organization. Let me explain the difference…oh never mind… Let’s suffice it to say that from everything I’ve read by him, Eric is probably one of the most open minded and receptive individuals I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. The KKK members I’ve encountered over the years tend to be extremely close minded and dogmatic. Eric doesn’t seem to have any patience with liars, thieves and the wantonly violent, badged or otherwise. And he doesn’t espouse violence in any other vein than self defence. I agree with him in that respect. He doesn’t appear to “hate cops” either clover. He doesn’t want to see violence committed against them. He merely seems to find the behavior of too many cops despicable and so do I.

We expect the police to at least be held to the same standards and laws as rest of the populace. Aren’t you familiar with the concept of equal protection under the law? Given their position of authority and the official sanction for the use of lethal force, in a (so-called) free society where the rights of the people are supposed to be sacrosanct, it is wholly reasonable to hold the police to a higher standard than the general populace. How you equate a train of thought like that to Hitler or the KKK is beyond me. You better check what you’ve been smoking. I think you got a little more than you paid for in that last batch…

Incidentally clover, the deceased man’s daughter did state that she watched her father being beaten to death by the police. She also said she recorded the event with her phone and the police took it. No. Surely not. No wait, here it is: http://www.news9.com/story/24735856/family-says-moore-police-beat-father-to-death

She must be lying clover, after all she is…you know…(whispering) Hispanic, right clover? I think the real issue is that you clover are a closet racist and a bigot. You probably feel like most of these people being abused at the hands of the authorities had it coming because…well…they don’t look like you. Then you impute your own shortcomings and inadequacies to others around you. It is like your aversion to private firearms ownership; you have no self control so you assume no one does either. So therefore no one besides the military and the police can ever really be trusted to carry a gun. You lead me to believe that you have a very limited and inaccurate perception of the world. You are indeed pitiable.

          • Sorry Boothe but there is no help for you. The facts that we know: A lengthy video is available to everyone with the wife speaking the whole time. She did not mention a beating once. Then there is a video of the police in action. At no time during that video did the police show anything but extremely professional behavior. What facts do you show us? A girl that is looking for money so she said there was a beating by the police. Which one would you believe? The actual facts shown at the time or someone wanting a big payout of public money? Clover
Police haters believe what they want to.
You say that Eric is open minded and looking for the truth. I am also. The facts shown says nothing to me that there were out of control police killers. What facts do you have that show differently? I am waiting ———-. Should we run our courts and trials the way that you and Eric do on this site? The fact is there are articles that talk about independent witnesses and they said the police acted professionally. What facts would you believe?

          • Clover – Five cops dog-piled Mr. Rodrigez and beat him to death. You say they acted professionally. Witnesses say he attempted to bypass police to stop his wife from driving away angry. You’re telling me that’s a capital crime? Instead of trying to use minimal force to subdue a man that had done nothing to them, they pummel him until his face is unrecognizable and he quits breathing. then they take his wife and daughter’s cell phones and any potentially incriminating evidence. Why?

What do bystanders cell phones have to do with it if the cops weren’t doing anything wrong? Does obstruction of justice or destroying evidence ring a bell with you? And then the “authorities” won’t let the family see his body? Is that what passes for professional behavior in police departments these days? I’ll grant you that’s professional behavior alright; if you’re a hit man or enforcer for the mob. Sorry clover, back when I was younger I watched the police step back and let domestic disputes like this one burn out on their own. They didn’t wade into the middle of it for the very reason that they would escalate the situation.

Nowadays police all over Amerika routinely escalate situations like this one until someone dies. That’s not keeping the peace or protecting the public. That’s nothing more than military occupation and “comply or die.” If YOU want to roll over every time a cop barks an order at you (presumably you are a taxpayer and consequently the cop’s employer), expose your soft white underbelly and piss yourself, go ahead. I say we all get together, expose the deeds of evil men to the light of truth and shame them back into decent behavior. Cops are people clover. And people all too often behave badly and dishonestly. Cops aren’t exempt. Wake up.

If you and I had stepped in and done the same thing those cops did to Luis Rodrigrez we’d be vacationing at Hotel Graybar right now, and rightfully so. The fact that the police can do the same thing, go on paid administrative leave (i.e. vacation), destroy evidence, have their defense paid for with tax money and all to often walk away Scot free impugns this system and its supporters, like you. The concept is called equal protection under the law and we’re supposed to have that in this country. We’re not supposed to have any class of people that can commit crimes against their fellow citizens and get a free pass because of their robes and medallions of office.

Some day clover, you may find yourself in a similar situation like my son did. He was guilty of driving a black pick up truck and committed the heinous crime of picking his wife up from work. The Springfield police were questioning a tearful woman on the side of the road when he pulled into the parking lot. He didn’t think anything of it, got out of his truck, found a Glock pointed at his face and the cop “took him down.” After cuffing him, searching his vehicle without a warrant or even probable cause, they finally checked his I.D. and determined they had the wrong guy. They didn’t run his plates, ask his name or even ask for an I.D. They just threatened him with lethal force and roughed him up because the woman they were talking to said she was afraid of her boyfriend and he was driving a black truck.

My son just happened by at the wrong time and had he reached for his phone to document this crime against his person, they probably would have shot him and then done what cops often do; covered it up. If that’s the kind of society you want to live in clover, I hope YOU, and not the rest of us, get a double dose of it.

          • Boothe, I fell victim to it (though not as severely) because I committed the crime of walking home with my dinner while wearing a blue shirt.

The sketchiest of details now make a person a suspect.

          • Nice Boothe. Where do people like you come from?

You say “Witnesses say he attempted to bypass police to stop his wife from driving away angry.” Where id you get that from? How would someone watching know what the intentions of the huge man were? How do you know that the guy was not going after the wife to pummel her for hitting his daughter?

Then you say “they pummel him until his face is unrecognizable and he quits breathing” His face looked like it does in other videos. Where did you come up with pummeling? The wife did not say that. Wouldn’t you think she would when she was there? My guess is that he had a hear attack with his huge size and trying to wrestle the police. There there is the blood you are talking about. The policeman says it was his blood. he was bleeding.Clover
Then you say they take away the wife’s and the daughter’s cell phones. For one the only phone that took a video was the wife’s. We all have seen that video. Is there one fact that you got right?
Then you say the authorities did not let them see the body? The fact is the body was moved and they did not have it where they asked to see it. Another fact that you are wrong on.
Then you say evidence was destroyed. What evidence. Clover

Cop haters like you make up all the facts that you want. By the way facts are supposed to be the truth not something you want to make up. Again if it was me that was in this situation I would not have fought back and no struggle would have happened. Guys like you do not understand that. Hatred makes you blind of what actually happens.

          • Boothe here are some quotes from lawyers involved:

Brady Henderson is the legal director for the Oklahoma chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union.

Henderson said, “In Oklahoma, the only time that you can really, it can be argued, okay, you have to show a driver’s license, for instance, is if you’re behind the wheel.”

Henderson warns residents that doesn’t give you the right to defy officers if they’re conducting an investigation.

Attorney Scott Adams is representing Officer Minard.

Adams said, “If an officer in an investigation has reasonable suspicion to believe that you’re involved in some sort of a crime, they absolutely have the right to ask for your ID and it is mandatory that you comply with it.”

Adams says officers didn’t initially know who was involved in the domestic situation when they were called out.

He also says he’s viewed surveillance video from the Warren Theatre that shows the encounter from start to finish.

He claims it shows nothing inappropriate from officers, but does show Luis Rodriguez acting combative.

Adams said, “I can assure you this, no one of any law enforcement that was out there that night did anything that I think is criminally wrong or even ethically wrong.”

          • Clover – First off, I read several different accounts of the Moore, Okla. incident from various other sources before I commented here. Perhaps you should do the same. Frankly, I wasn’t there and neither were you. So at this point all the public has to go on is what has been shown by the news outlets. As far as what the lawyers say…well there’s a reason “lawyer” and “liar” sound so much alike. But that’s not the point clover. The point is Mr. Rodriguez is dead and the cops that did it are still very much alive and well. No amount of money (from the taxpayers) is going to bring that girl’s daddy back. But in light of the fact that Mr. Rodriguez was apparently not committing a crime and died at the hands of “public servants”, the family is certainly entitled to some compensation. I’ll guarantee you you’d being suing if this had happened to you and your family unless you’re totally demented. Perhaps you can explain what two fish and wildlife officers (i.e. game wardens) were doing in the middle of it. Three supposedly well trained and “professional” cops couldn’t subdue one unarmed civilian? No clover, they are most likely cop wannabe’s that just couldn’t wait to jump in and kick some ass. It’s the same mindset I’ve heard from many a testosterone drenched young man who was admittedly joining the military to “kill some rag-heads.”

No clover, apparently Mr. Rodriguez didn’t just roll over and pee on himself when the cops started barking orders, so they-showed-him didn’t they?. It doesn’t matter if he ultimately died of a heart attack, suffocated on his own blood or suffered severe head trauma from being repeatedly kneed into the pavement by “professionals.” He died at the hands of those we pay to supposedly protect and serve the public. That shouldn’t have happened. Because we dare to point that out and expect accountability from public officials, you come on this board and engage in name calling. Wonderful debating technique by the way. It speaks volumes about you. Are you a cop clover?

No clover; I don’t hate cops. I have known and even been related to various good men over the years who also happened to be cops. The best and the brightest saw how bad the system is, couldn’t in good conscience go along to get along and quit. A couple of others I’ve known were highly principled, but so brainwashed through prior military service that they had become institutionalized. Both men could see how flawed and corrupt the system is and had become quite cynical, but were going to “stick it out” until retirement. One of them was a former Marine who was so by the book that when his wife got a speeding ticket, he made her go to court, face the judge and pay the fine. Men with principles that strong are rare indeed, cop or otherwise. But when they are dogmatic and jaded (having heard every lie under the sun over the years), they are just as dangerous as the unprincipled cops. Why? Well because “the law is the law” and they will enforce it regardless of whether or not the law itself is flawed. In fact they can be even more dangerous, because they enforce the law with the full approval of their own consciences.

Clover I don’t hate cops. I don’t hate poisonous snakes either. I just do everything I can to avoid interacting with either of them, since nothing good will usually come of it. And if I see a pit viper lurking along the trail, I make it a point to warn the other hikers. I certainly wouldn’t pay to reestablish large populations of rattlesnakes and copperheads in the parks. Consequently, I don’t want to pay for this metastasizing police state we now live under just so misguided people like you can falsely “feel” safe. Until we can reduce the number of enforcers on the public payroll and hence the threat to public safety they all too often represent, it is incumbent upon us to expose what the corrupt cops are doing. So thanks once again for raising points we can respond to so the other members of the audience can judge our rationale and conclusions for themselves.

          • CloverBoothe you and I are definitely different. I would not sue the public for a family member of mine starting a fight with the police. Yes if you have 5 people trying to hold down a violent person then there is no need to pummel them as you say and it did not happen. I truly believe there was no pummeling involved in this case. You can not prove otherwise because it did not happen. If a large overweight man decides to fight with the police and he has a heart attack I believe the family should get nothing. If you want to send them a thousand bucks of your own money then go for it but they are not getting any of mine.

          • CloverOne thing I left off Boothe. I probably read all the articles that you did on this subject. You did a good job of repeating the statements of people that were not there and saw the same video that I did. Yes there was such talk as pummeling and face is unrecognizable etc all of which were not facts shown in the video. Try repeating facts sometime rather than visiting extremist web site articles that are 90% made up to help promote their extremist views.

          • Clover – I’ve never seen you in a video (that I know of). Does that mean you don’t exist? If you’re “large and overweight” does that give the cops a free pass to “take you down” because you don’t immediately hand over your I.D.? Does a lack of video evidence if you are the victim of a violent crime mean it never actually happened? Do you consider everyone who disagrees with your worldview an “extremist”? Does it occur to you that the civil rights laws (i.e. Title 42) are there because the cops do act unlawfully and if a jury decides they did, that’s compensable? Clover, when you see yourself as the only one who’s right and all the rest of us are wrong, you will find the real problem in the nearest mirror.

          • Boothe in our country you are innocent until proven guilty right? Why is it you are ready to lynch the police when you have not stated a single fact? Clover
According to reports the large man and one policeman went down. The man was larger than any of the cops. Would you not say he is guilty then?
Then you bring up dog pile. Where in the video or witness statements did you come up with that? I know, it was from one of your fellow cop haters that made it up. What I saw was 5 guys were not putting all their weight on the guy but holding him down with their limbs.
Boothe if the police are guilty of pummeling someone or other illegal activity I am all for locking them up. I saw none of it in this case. I did read that this video was clear evidence of pummeling the guy. Tell me why in the video I did not see it? Tell me Boothe if one cop in the USA did something wrong should they all be hung? I know of a citizen that once killed a person. Does that mean you are guilty also? Tell me where is your logic? Does hatred overpower common sense?
I read one article on one of your extremist web sites that said ”
Report: Cops Continued Beating Dead, Unarmed Suspect “. Tell me Boothe where did that come from? It was obvious from the video the police were not beating the guy. It is also a fact that he was still breathing when he left the scene. Tell me Boothe, where are your facts at? Are you capable of stating one?

          • Okay Clover – Here are the facts. You weren’t there and neither was I. Your “I didn’t see it in the video” assertion is of a piece with the corrupt cop that I had to deal with when he was covering for as well as extorting money from my criminal neighbor (a “confidential informant”) with his “No pictures, no proof” statement. When we came up with the pictures, he wanted the original video tapes, but didn’t have the authority to take them. So he gave my wife some video tapes to use and the first one tangled up in our camcorder. It wasn’t until later we found out how dirty this cop was.

By the way, that cop ended up in jail, because he was a crook and finally through our efforts and other members of the community he was convicted of theft. Some cops are crooks and you know it’s a fact. But I don’t hate all cops nor do I trust all cops. It’s your assertion that I’m a hater. You don’t know me, so get over it. Some firemen are rotten too, and some priests and some janitors. Being a cop doesn’t make one exempt from being dirty either. If anything it gives evil men the aegis of the state to protect them from prosecution that much longer. If the cops involved in this are indeed innocent, then they stand a better chance of being cleared than Joe Average would.

And if you are so naive you believe that “innocent until proven guilty” is a tenet of this present system or ever has been, you are seriously deluded. Hell clover, you’ve got one dead civilian, five armed “professionals” and people who claim they saw the man being beaten. If it was five civilians alleged to have attacked one cop and the video didn’t show it but the cop’s wife and daughter swore it happened, we can be pretty sure you be arguing that just because it wasn’t captured on video doesn’t mean it didn’t h happen.

I’ve seen enough first hand “real life” evidence of my own to know that the police do more than a little “roadside justice” before the “perp” ever sees a magistrate or a lawyer. But you already know that or you wouldn’t be trying so hard to cover for your own, would you? Keep piling on the manure clover. The bigger the pile the worse it stinks.

I do know is this, before the police intervened, Luis Rodriguez was alive. After they intervened he was dead; no grand jury, trial no conviction of a crime; just three cops, two game wardens and a dead civilian. If you can’t see a problem with THAT then you are the one with major issues. I strongly suspect you are a cop. What are you clover? A mid level desk jockey, like a sergeant or maybe even a captain? Get caught taking a little money or blow in the evidence room did you? Beat up a rich “smart mouth punk ass” kid and now, after the law suit, you’re riding a desk? Maybe boned the mayor’s daughter (or son) and had to retire a little early? Nobody tries this hard to defend a bunch of heavy handed cops besides another dirty cop. You might as well come clean clover; we’re on to you.

          • Boothe go get some help. You say there are bad cops out there along with bad non cops. I agree. Then you say the bad cops get off but then you say the one you knew was sent to jail. Again where is you common sense? Clover
If a large man was stopped by police during an investigation and instead of being allowed to leave the cops tell him to stay. He then starts running around and evading the police. He then has a heart attack. Would you put the cops in jail for murder in such a case?

Boothe I am for the truth. It is obvious that you are not. If I saw any sign the police were beating the guy I would agree with you. It was not there. In fact if you look back at the video the wife thanked the policeman twice. With my logical mind I say that she does not believe the police beat up on her husband or her actions would not have been what they were.

Explain why with your logic why you state that there was a beating and dog pile and a pummeling of the guy? Are you saying it had to happen because the guy is dead? You need mental help.

          • Clover – I’m for the truth too. What do you do for living? Come clean clover. You’re a desk jockey cop aren’t you?

The dirty cop I referred to who went to jail (but only for a very short time) was put there by citizens like my wife and me. But it was with a great deal of difficulty and only by bringing enough publicity to the situation that the “authorities” couldn’t keep ignoring it. We went to the sheriff, the prosecutor, the state police, the attorney general’s office and finally the state auditor, all to no avail; they wouldn’t even investigate. In the meantime, this (known thief) cop falsely imprisoned a man, stole reward money another citizen was offering for information on a theft, extorted money out of the local drug dealer / thief and managed to put our lives in jeopardy in the process! It turned out he had already been fired from a neighboring county’s sheriff’s department for stealing, but not prosecuted. He just moved on to another sheriff’s department and resumed “bidnuss as usual.” The system doesn’t “police” itself very well, it never has and it generally resists outside intervention or even scrutiny. It’s all to often a “good ol’ boys club” and you know that very well, don’t you?

In the Luis Rodriguez case, the victim stopped breathing, he didn’t have a heart attack; it’s a matter of public record so you’re the one making things up. He was taken to the hospital for a CT scan which is usually done for a head injury. It’s what the video does not show that’s the issue here. The police have released a statement to the effect that Mr. Rodriguez assumed a “fighting stance” and they used “several compliance techniques” to get Luis Rodriguez “under control.” We both know what all of that means, don’t we? Turn slightly to the side to go around the cop and you’re “blading your body.” “Compliance techniques” includes things like “taking down” the “suspect” (i.e. body slamming the victim into the pavement), arm twisting, punching, a knee to the back or neck or the head, pepper spray into the face / airway.

You still didn’t address why a game warden, who was in the parking lot for an unrelated matter, confronted this man in the first place. Since when do game wardens have the authority to intervene in a domestic dispute? The really ludicrous part is the cop telling Nair Rodriguez her husband was okay, medical was there. There was no urgency to get this man help, he was dead right then and there and his wife knew it. Sure the official story is that no batons or other “weapons” were used, but fists, elbows and knees make a fine substitute in a pinch, especially if you are a trained “professional.” After all, one can never be too careful when dealing with an electrician and a church volunteer at that, now can they?

But let’s just say that the police “compliance techniques” didn’t include bouncing Mr. Rodriguez’ head off the pavement with a knee (although that is a known “pain compliance technique” that might necessitate a CT scan afterward). Let’s say they merely gave him a sufficient shot of (usually) non-lethal pepper spray that closed off his airway. Is he somehow “less” dead? But again, would they have ordered a CT scan for pepper spray? There’s too much that just doesn’t add up here clover; none the least of which is your overweening support for all things police; unless you are a member of that club. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is handling the matter now. The autopsy should reveal why the paramedics were taking Mr. Rodriguez for a CT scan in the first place, now shouldn’t it? Then the jury will decide who was actually at fault, all of our ruminations about the matter notwithstanding.

          • Boothe there is no help for someone like you. Tell me would a the wife thank the policeman twice if he had just pummeled her husband? Why didn’t you say the cops shot him a dozen times? We have as much proof that that happened as them pummeling him.Clover

I had enough with you. Someone that makes up whatever you feel like and say it must be the truth is impossible to arguer with. Why didn’t you say they kicked him in the gut and stomped on his face? If you are going to make up stories you might as well make them really good!

        • Clover – Once again you prove yourself a liar. If you truly have had it with me, you wouldn’t have responded. 😀 If you’d paid attention to ALL of Nair Rodriguez’ cell phone video, you would have heard her in absolute distress over her husband’s physical condition and the cop lying to her telling her he was alright. I’m not making that up; it’s documented for the whole world to see. When you are married to someone that you really love, there is a close spiritual connection. If something bad happens to that person you can often sense it, even from miles away. Mrs. Rodriguez knew her husband was dying and she was freaking out. You choose to ignore that. You are oblivious to anything that doesn’t comport with your narrow worldview. I strongly suspect you are a compassionless sociopath so none of the foregoing even registers with you. That’s probably why you became a cop. Read Political Ponerology sometime clover and get to know thyself.

Want a little more? How about this: You start out with “someone belted a young lady in public” then go on a few posts later to accuse said “young lady” of being a gold digger because she was horrified that the police beat her daddy to death. The facts according to her and her mama were this “young lady” was lying, so she got slapped. If more children got slapped for lying, and statists like you didn’t try to intervene, we’d have a more honest society. So yes clover, I do want a society that imparts the message to our young that lying, stealing, promiscuity and more heinous transgressions have immediate and unpleasant consequences. Instead, you want the state to be mommy and daddy and come charging in with pepper spray, knees and elbows at taxpayer expense and at the public’s peril. Then when something like this incident happens you make excuses for the cops, who should have backed off and stayed out of it in the first place. This was a family matter and none of their business. By the way, said “young lady” was 19 years old and free to leave that household if she so desired. But since she was living under her parents’ roof after reaching the age of majority, she could reasonably expect to live by their rules or suffer the consequences. I suppose her mama could have called the cops on her…I guess we know how that would have turned out.

Another issue here is the nosy-busybody that dialed 911 and reported Nair Rodriguez instead of minding her own business. This wasn’t an impending axe murder; this was a lying teenager getting some parental feedback for bad behavior. And you can bet Luinahi did not call the police to report her mother because she knew she was in the wrong and had it coming. However, the person did call should be charged as an accessory to the homicide. This just goes to prove Will Grigg’s assertion that there is no situation so bad or human condition so tragic that the police can’t make it worse. And something else everyone should consider is how much Luis Rodriguez resembled William Norman Grigg. Perhaps those young tax feeders thought they were “taking down” their arch nemesis, Will Grigg, at least in effigy, and did so with a vengeance for his long running expository of police abuse and corruption over at Pro Libertate. Have you thought about that?

Oh yeah, and you have still blatantly avoided explaining what a game warden was doing in the middle of a domestic dispute to begin with or why they were even there.

          • Like I said Boothe there is no hope for you. If the police were there watching the daughter being beaten by the mom you would have said those lousy police just stand there and watch someone get murdered. Boothe it does no matter what happened because you would still have found fault with the police. Clover
Boothe, I would have to do some research but it may have been the game warden that called the cops for help with the domestic disturbance. I could care less why they were there. The fact is that they were there and trained so they helped. The more people you have helping in such a case the less chance you will need to pummel them. You just hold them and that is what was obviuos in the video.
So Boothe you say someone should be beaten for not telling the truth? Well then we need to have you beaten. There was no dog pile, there was no pummeling, there was no beating on a dead person. Who should we have beat you? Clover
Then it comes to you saying the policeman lied to the wife. Who cares for one thing? The fact is the man was still breathing by all accounts, medical personal were looking after him. Who really cares if you say the cop was not telling the truth? As far as he knew the guy was still alive and OK. His main purpose was calming down his wife. Do you say he failed at that? You really do have mental problems.

          • No Clover – Eric, Boothe & co. don’t want a police force to exist at all. Hence when someone is beating someone else then no one in blue uniforms turn up.

            • Gil,

I personally do not take issue with peace officers… as opposed to law enforcement. You trot out the straw man of an innocent person taking a beating to defend cops who administer beatings (or threaten to) in order to enforce laws that have nothing to do with anyone being victimized.

          • I have to laugh at that one Eric :-). No one was victimized? When should I come over to belt you across the head? The mother said she hit the daughter. Last I knew, it was not legal to hit anyone. It is just another example of the family involved here. It was fine to hit the daughter in the head and it was fine for the father to be aggressive toward the police. Yes the guy should not be dead but he should have been put in jail.

          • “Hit” needs to be defined, but if you’re talking about a parent to their own child, and the “hit” is not something that’s going to cause any kind of long term harm, I don’t really see the issue, at least not legally speaking. Parents have the right to discipline their own children, even in ways you might personally find distasteful.

As for cops, as the US gets worse and worse I get more and more frustrated… how can a decent person get sucked into such a career? I know at least one, so they do exist, but I can’t fathom why anyone would want to be part of the problem. Usually its the “without cops there’d be anarchy and chaos” line that is just lame.

          • David, tell us why there is a police are the problem? They have not done any harm to me or my family or anyone I know. Yes my family do not go after the police like the guy in the video did.
Police are not worse than they used to be. 99.99% of police do a fine job. It is when you have an incident like this where the so called freedom of speech says it is OK to lie. It is OK to say five policeman dog piled on an innocent guy, pummeled the guy, beat on him while he was dead and on and on that blows the view on policeman far from where the actual facts are. If people were free to lie about you and say what bad things that you do even if it was not true then I doubt if you could keep any job. What I wish could happen is that the police in this case had the ability to sue the asses off the people that posted false lies about this incident. I believe they are far worse than any of the cops that we have.Clover

          • Okay Clover – Using your standard of evidence, where in the video did you see “the guy” going after the police? It’s not in the video so it didn’t happen, right? All we see in the video are five uniforms sitting on the non-moving guy and twisting his arm behind his back. Correct? Where in the video did you see the girl lie to her mother or the mother slap the daughter? It’s not in the video, so it did not happen by your way of thinking. All we see in the video are the cops holding down some poor guy that didn’t even exist prior to that point because he wasn’t in the the video. You are one strange case Clover. I’m very thankful I’m not you (whichever one of you it was that wrote that ridiculous post). You really don’t know that you are mentally defective, do you? ‘Tis so sad.

          • Thank you very much Boothe. You are not backing everything I said. You say there is no proof that the daughter hit her daughter. Well that is an easy one. She said she did and there are I am sure witnesses. The cops were called for a reason and I am sure that from everything that has been said that she did hit her daughter or was covering for someone else. Either way she was breaking the law. Clover
Yes in the video we saw that 5 men were holding down the guy and handcuffing him. Thank you very much for backing me up on everything. There is no proof that they have done anything wrong in your own statements.
Again would the wife have thanked the policeman twice if as you say the had just pummeled the guy, dog piled him and beat on his dead body?
So with all the lies that you have told us who should we have beat you?

          • No Clover, based on your prior asinine assertions, the girl was never smacked (not “belted”), her mother never walked away, the dad never followed, the off duty game warden didn’t “initiate contact” and nothing happened up until we saw “they guy” face down on the ground with five uniforms pinning him down. Not a thing prior to that was on the video, so based on your previous statements, none of it happened. It’s so simple; the county juvenile investigator in Howell County, Missouri explained it to me shortly before he went to jail, “No pictures, no proof.” Of course it didn’t exactly work that way for him…

So, you can’t have it both ways. Either the cops did what they said they did in the “official” statement and used “compliance techniques” on Luis Rodriguez that resulted in respiratory arrest and his needing a CT scan or they didn’t. Since it’s not in the video, you claim it never happened. So nothing prior to that happened either. Your standards clover, not mine. Like I said before, the jury will review the evidence and decide. That is if the insurance company doesn’t settle with the family before it goes to court. This is a made for TV Title 42 lawsuit and justifiably so. Cops need to learn, once again, to stay out of family matters. I think Tor’s right about you Clover, you’re a sadist that likes to see anyone that doesn’t share your worldview suffer. May you reap what you sow abundantly.

          • Yes, “May you reap what you sow abundantly.”

            Also, what Bevin said:

            Dear Clover,

            Jesus Christ!

            Are you still here???

I thought you were “done arguing with Boothe.”

A word comes to mind, I do not say it lightly: Freak.
            Sadistic freak, at that.
            I pity you.

          • CloverBoothe, the things we know as fact:
            1) There was a domestic dispute.
2)The mother said she hit here daughter.
            3) The police were caught on video holding down someone that they said was aggressive towards them.
            4) The wife thanked the policeman twice.
            5) The wife never mentioned that the police beat here husband even though she had all kinds of opportunity to say so if it did happen. Clover
            6) The wife never said the policeman pummeled her husband.
            7) The man was still alive when he was taken by the ambulance and medical trained personnel unless you say dozens of people were involved in a coverup.
            8) Everything you said beyond that was something you or others made up.Clover

          • Clover – As I wrote before; the insurance company will probably settle before the Rodriguez family’s attorney gets this in front of a jury. Nair Rodriguez was suffering from traumatic stress, you know, that which causes “post traumatic stress disorder.” In other words she was in shock and you could hear her freaking out. You choose to ignore that. You just keep going on about her thanking the cops that killed her husband. Have you ever heard of Stockholm Syndrome? The woman was in shock over what happened to her husband. You don’t comprehend that do you? You are apparently devoid of human compassion and therefore you are one sick individual. I will state it again, may you reap what you sow abundantly.

          • Dear Clover,

            Still not gone yet huh?

            The party’s over
It’s time to call it a day
            They’ve burst your pretty balloon
            And taken the moon away
            It’s time to wind up
            The masquerade
            Just make your mind up
            The piper must be paid
            The party’s over
            The candles flicker and dim
You danced and dreamed through the night
            It seemed to be right
            Just being with him
            Now you must wake up
            All dreams must end
            Take off your makeup
            The party’s over
            It’s all over

      • Clover & Boothe.
You both are of course aware that there are new developments?

There are planks in your eye Clover. There is a mote in your eye booth. Come let us each help the other restore the vision of the other. Let us cooperate and socialize in brotherly fraternity on this fine day.

The sacred sacrament of justice is being formed into hosts. Livelihoods are being fed by the bread of fact gathering.

Clowns are getting into cars. Acrobats are on high wires. Tents are filling and spectators are gathering and suckers are being born every minute.

Witnesses are testifying. Suckers are suckling.

The state is the greatest show on earth. The show that must go on.

I will not mock Clover today, because I am unsure how proud either Boothe or I should even be that we deviate from Clover by .005%.

How far back out of the rabbit hole have we ascended? How fully is our suspension of disbelief vis a vis the holy rollering of the great scales of blind justice.

Are we safely out of the hole yet, and calling down to misguided Clover. Or are we merely a rung or two above, him, and neither of us getting any younger as we try to escape?

The gospel of the state is growing that much longer.
There is a mystical protocol and sacred rite of the civil religious state underway, no?

Our eyes are seeing the glory of the coming of the lord. Vengeance and reckoning is afoot.

        • CloverTor you say the police beat the guy? The wife never said that. The wife thanked the one policeman twice in the video! Was he guilty in the beating that you say happened? If you are saying the police beat the guy, give us the description of one of the cops where you say there is any proof of your accusation? Again, the wife did not say the police beat him. Why do you say they did?Clover

          • 4 authority whores and 7 queers ago, Clover joined the Land of Lincoln Central Illinois Submissive Dominants Club. I know this because it’s on his now deleted facebuuk profile. Clover wasn’t always morbidly obese, I wonder what happened?

            – Clover wants the police to sue people like David? Really, David? Why him?

            Clover said to David:
“It is when you have an incident like this where the so called freedom of speech says it is OK to lie. It is OK to say five policeman dog piled on an innocent guy, pummeled the guy, beat on him while he was dead and on and on that blows the view on policeman far from where the actual facts are. If people were free to lie about you and say what bad things that you do even if it was not true then I doubt if you could keep any job.”

            http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lc30jvzzBK1qe0eclo1_500.gif
David what I wish could happen is that the police in this case had the ability to sue the asses off people like you David that post false lies about this incident. Sue your asses long and hard David. Sue them for blowing the views on policeman far from where the actual facts are David.

      • “Hence when someone is beating someone else, any nearby good Samaritan with a gun is free to approach that someone and inform him that either he stops the beating, or he’ll have to shoot him.”

Screaming into your cell phone for help like a school-girl, and then waiting for someone playing dress-up and wearing a gun is not a requirement to defending yourself.

Chuck Connors Defends Himself Against A Man Trying To Collect A $5,000 Bounty On His Life – The Rifleman
        http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6jDA2SugzA0

        • CloverTor i am glad I do not live in your world. Someone gets into an argument in your world and a half a dozen innocent people get shot. This is not the movies we live in. Innocent people get shot in your world. In your world you threaten to shoot someone and some of his friends open up with an automatic taking out anyone in front of them.Clover

        • CloverTor I do have to laugh at your simplistic libertarian ideas. I did see the Rifleman episode you showed a link to. In real life do you think that could ever happen? Do you really think that a gunman would give a guy like Chuck Connors a chance to defend himself? In reality the gunman would have shot Chuck Connors dead a couple of scenes before the scene in the video that you showed a link to. Chuck would have been dead 2 seconds after the guy in black spotted him. In real life a guy that was out to kill you would just go ahead and do it and not spend minutes talking about it first. Chuck owning a rifle would not really matter because he would have been dead before he had a chance to point it at anyone.

      • CloverYes Eric that is going to happen more often. When you say everyone should be carrying a gun in their vehicle there is a greater chance that people will get shot pulling something out of their vehicle that looks like a gun at night and in the distance. That is self defense. I always thought you were supposed to stay in your vehicle until you are told to get out. Why would a so called handicap person be getting out of their vehicle? If there were not so many guns on the street this would never have happened.

        • Actually clover, if there weren’t so many cops on the streets this wouldn’t have happened either. Another thing, no civilian member of the populace has ever forced me under pain of death to pay for their gun. But I am forced through “distraint” under pain of death to pay for the police and their guns. And if I don’t pony up the annual extortion (i.e. real property tax) “voluntarily” so I can “own” my home (i.e. rent it from the county); they will send whom to collect the money? Why the police of course, equipped with guns and other instruments of violence I was forced to pay for to begin with! And if I object to their trespassing and attempted extortion by failing to submit and obey, they will use physical force against me to take the fruits of MY labor (not theirs) which is naked theft. Should I respond in kind (which is my natural right to self-defense) they will send more police until they have enough to get the job done and eventually kill me. As evidenced by the drama of one of their own (allegedly) going feral on them, Christopher Dorner, they won’t hesitate to shoot innocent bystanders along the way either.

As the framers so wisely understood, you handle this problem two ways: Very limited government and by extension very few “peace keepers” (not L.E.O.s), and a well armed populace who understand they are the ones primarily responsible for their own safety and security. It’s a shame people like you, who expect the rest of us to pay for the gun-vernment YOU want, can’t see the error of your ways. Sooner or later clover, there will be a reckoning and the longer it takes the worse it will be. To deny that is to deny history. Folks like you that are willing to prolong the time to correction by maintaining the status quo, going along to get along and “just following orders” deserve the full brunt of it when it comes.

        • ” That is self defense.”

Keep at it Clover. Encourage such “shootings in self-defense.”

Maybe one day YOU”LL be “shot in self-defense” by a LEO.

          • Morning, Bevin!

For Clover, the LEO’s authoritay is absolute – and (corollary) anything less than immediate and abject prostration, the slightest deviation from the LEO’s “lawful orders” – and he is absolutely justified in using lethal force, since that is “self defense” and his “safety” is paramount.

Clover, of course, believes he and his will never be the objects of law enforcement – because he always obeys the law!

            Which may, sadly, be true.

Though he might want to read up on the character of Parsons in Orwell’s 1984.

          • Dear Eric,

“Clover, of course, believes he and his will never be the objects of law enforcement – because he always obeys the law! ”

Definitely. That’s definitely the presumption informing Clover’s survival strategy.

As long as he’s servile enough, as long as he’s ready, willing, and eager to debase himself enough, he figures the LEOs will pat him on the head and say “Good boy!”

Just like they would a dog.

I’m not so sure his approach is necessarily such a sure thing. There is after all, no limit to how arbitrary and brutal authority can become once all constraints are removed.

Even unquestioningly obedient lackeys of megalomaniacal tyrants can easily give offense and wind up squashed like a bug.

  8. These enforcers task is metaphorically to beat all men into submission. Each man so publicly beaten is understood to be everyman. And all everywoman as well. A new world citizen is being beaten into existence from the old.

Men are first beaten into swords, then menswords are beaten into ploughsharemen; ploughsharemen are beaten into consumers who sit in human-confinement-cages and stare at screens. Watchermen eating their preferred slices of state’s bread and choosing their favorite circus telecast.

Watchers of Pixel Men so beaten that all that’s left in them is to hope their favorite pixels will be victorious over their enemy’s pixels. Praying for salvation and deliverance of their pixels. Hoping to see their fantasies come true for latest pixelated heroes currently in fashion. And women so beaten, that that’s all they expect their men to aspire to.

S.C.U.M. Manifesto (S.C.U.M. – Society for Cutting Up Men)

Life in this society being, at best, an utter bore and no aspect of society being at all relevant to women, there remains to civic-minded, responsible, thrill-seeking females only to overthrow the government, eliminate the money system, institute complete automation and destroy the male sex.

It is now technically feasible to reproduce without the aid of males (or, for that matter, females) and to produce only females. We must begin immediately to do so.

Retaining the male has not even the dubious purpose of reproduction. The male is a biological accident: the Y (male) gene is an incomplete X (female) gene, that is, it has an incomplete set of chromosomes…

    http://www.womynkind.org/scum.htm

…In other words, the male is an incomplete female, a walking abortion, aborted at the gene stage. To be male is to be deficient, emotionally limited; maleness is a deficiency disease and males are emotional cripples.

Prior to the institution of automation, to the replacement of males by machines, the male should be of use to the female, wait on her, cater to her slightest whim, obey her every command, be totally subservient to her, exist in perfect obedience to her will, as opposed to the completely warped, degenerate situation we have now of men, not only not only not existing at all, cluttering up the world with their ignominious presence, but being pandered to and groveled before by the mass of females, millions of women piously worshiping the Golden Calf, the dog leading the master on a leash, when in fact the male, short of being a drag queen, is least miserable when his dogginess is recognized — no unrealistic emotional demands are made of him and the completely together female is calling the shots. Rational men want to be squashed, stepped on, crushed and crunched, treated as the curs, the filth that they are, have their repulsiveness confirmed.

The sick, irrational men, those who attempt to defend themselves against their disgustingness, when they see SCUM barreling down on them, will cling in terror to Big Mama with her Big Bouncy Boobies, but Boobies won’t protect them against SCUM; Big Mama will be clinging to Big Daddy, who will be in the corner shitting in his forceful, dynamic pants.

Men who are rational, however, won’t kick or struggle or raise a distressing fuss, but will just sit back, relax, enjoy the show and ride the waves to their demise.

  9. What gets me about this video, is listening to Nair Rodriguez. Women in general are wired to choose from a list of alternatives. As a general rule, they don’t blaze unique trails of individuality.

Women don’t get that oftentimes, two-timing your man to his face or behind his back, will eventually bite you in the ass. From womb to tomb, women are conditioned to be additionally the wife of authority, and not only the wife of their individual husband, whenever certain conditions are met.

This is a fatal conceit. This is a root that must be struck at. These foolish women who think they have two great husbands, find out too late that they instead have no husband at all.

Women look at all the alternatives available, and make what they find to be the most moral, the most beneficial choice considering the options. They don’t see red pill and blue pill. They concern themselves with who is dispensing the pills, and which group of choosers seems “best.”

  12. Crap., Bevin. I think maybe I’m a Hondo-Amish-Indian-Helot? My better half (if is she is that) is Very fearful of guns. I’ve tried and tried to show her how it’s no different than a hammer or a paper weight when it’s unloaded.

    I failed.

I wonder if that’s how eric feels about his chick and, “The Need for Speed” on a motorcycle?

    Should I leave her?

Afraid of guns and is a Ron Paul supporter. And, is a good cook.
But, she’s on the controlling side, far too often. Especially when there’s a gun in the house.

I tell ya, I’m in the worst of worlds.

    • Dear [Fill in the blank] Helot,

She’s a “Ron Paul supporter. And, is a good cook.”

      What? Are you nuts?

These days that’s way more than anyone has a right to expect!

      LOL!

    • Also, has anyone gone to jail for having a mag more than ten rounds, or from having the wrong kind of gun, in Colorado?

Other than that B.S., it seems like a nice destination. Compared to most.

There is no country for me (us) is there? Just about everyone has turned their back on freedom. ..There are no ‘Far Blue Mountains’ to yearn for. That’s why eric yearns for Mars and beyond.

Being by yourself, though, is no great shakes either.

  14. Dear Bevin,

Actually this video reminds me of a different movie:
    Weekend at Bernie’s.
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YXhfv4UYv2I

    – This is the worst one yet. The cold-blooded zombies, they know the guy is dead. But that doesn’t phase them in the least. They keep heartlessly lying and gathering evidence.

Predators toying with their kill, propping up their trophy corpse and smiling with their knives before the dead man’s wife and daughter, with no qualms. There is no vestige of humanity.

Those costumed creatures are things some of us are going to have to organize against, and then kill. For all our sakes. For the future of humanity.

    You killing my husband.

Papa, are you OK, he doesn’t move

He’s OK, they’re going to take care of him. Right now he’s got medical. Medical is going to take care of him.

    Luis, please.

    …so we can swing it.

    I can’t breathe!

    Luis please!

    Calm down sir.

This is a apparent thing, and look how you are treating him. Can somebody explain to me why you came this grade? Please, can someone tell me why you come to this.

Let’s get done with this and we will talk with you.

Luis are you okay? Luis are you okay?

    He’s fine.

Why you came to all this? Please tell me. This, this, this…

We have medical on the way ma’am.

    Keep breathing.

Ok, we understand. Hey ma’am can you do me a favor, real quick.

[Luis Rodriguez Is Being Positioned Upright:]

Okay, I’m gonna get this under control. What I need you to do is – I need a ID from you okay. I understand that there is a domestic here, someone hit someone.

Okay, a crime was committed, it’s a domestic abuse, we came over here to investigate it, he refused to give his ID, [we tried to [get/give] it to], he got combative, that’s why – that’s why he got put in this position. Okay.

Well why he is – is he bleeding?

We’ve got, I’m bleeding, I – that’s me, but I have got medical here, there here to come check him out, make sure he’s okay, but right now I need your ID.

This is incredible, you will see that – that man doesn’t look for trouble at all. AT ALL!

Yes I will give you my ID. I will give you – papa.

We are going to let medical check him out real quick…

I’m trying to – I’m trying to work with you, I’m trying to be polite.

Well I’m recording because this is too much.

Oh my — Papa, is he okay? He doesn’t move. He doesn’t move, you killed him.

    You killing my husband.

They are going to take care of him their medical okay.

I need to – Please somebody tell me that he is alive.

    He’s alive, ma’am.

    He’s alive?

    Yes, ma’am.

    Here. Stay over here

I need to know that he is alive.

They are going to take care of him, he is alive. Well hey listen take a deep breath I need you to look at me okay. Take a deep breath, stand up.

Listen he is okay, medical is going to take care of him okay, that’s why they are here to check on him.

    For sure he is alive?

He said he is breathing, Get your ID focus on me, take some deep breath, medical is here, they are going to take care of him all right.

Is he okay, is he alive? Please somebody tell me he is alive.

    He’s just – he’s good.

We are okay, thank you though. You want me to try to get that for you.

I’ll let you hold your phone, I understand you’re shaking, what I want you to do is …

    http://lybio.net/unarmed-luis-rodriguez-brutal-murder-by-oklahoma-police-officers/news-politics/

    • Dear Tor,

Here was an ordinary, politically oblivious mainstream “citizen.” One who surely never heard of such terms as “libertarianism,” let alone “free market anarchism.”

She surely never imagined that this could ever happen in America, of all places. If anyone of us had chatted with her the day before her husband’s murder in broad daylight by “law enforcement officials,” she would have laughed at the very idea.

One really has to wonder. When will the relentless increase in such incidents finally reach a tipping point, where the CW in mainstream society becomes “Yes, such things do happen in America.” and “Yes, there really is something seriously wrong with America.”

      • Morning, Bevin!

I suspect the tipping point – which may be closer at hand than we realize – will be evident when ordinary people (people like us) realize their lives are in literal peril at the hands of any cop whose path they cross. Once they have this epiphany, many of them will not “submit and obey” – but will take the awful (old word nuance) decision to resist.

Because they – like a Jew in the Third Reich – will have come to realize there’s no longer any advantage to not resisting. That it is better to go down with a fight (and maybe not go down at all, but instead make them go down) than it is to meekly accept one’s fate.

That there is no law anymore – merely (as the ancient Greeks put it) the advantage of the stronger.

        • Dear Eric,

          I think you’re right.

The Myth of Authority is deeply, deeply ingrained. A better term might be “programmed,” into the masses.

I’m not being holier than thou when I say this. Even though I was already a Classical Liberal in college (Adam Smith, John Locke, Jean-Baptiste Say, Thomas Malthus, David Ricardo), it still took me two decades to finally throw off the Myth of Authority altogether, and embrace hardcore anarchism. Pretty humbling in retrospect.

The psychological threshold that must be surmounted is high. Part of my current ability to overcome it, is age. As a boomer, having lived as long as I have, I’ve got less to lose. They can’t take my previous life experiences away from me. So there’s that.

Looked at from another angle, recall the Milgram Experiment.
          http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milgram_experiment

The Milgram experiment on obedience to authority figures was a series of social psychology experiments conducted by Yale University psychologist Stanley Milgram. They measured the willingness of study participants to obey an authority figure who instructed them to perform acts conflicting with their personal conscience.

Nearly everyone in mainstream society flatters himself, and assumes that he would be among the tiny minority who would defy Conventional Wisdom and Political Correctness.

But it’s pretty obvious from their reactions to videos such as Larkin Rose’s “When should you shoot a cop?” that they are the farthest thing from independent men of conscience and would be among the first to kowtow to authoritay.

          http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cElTyqJkMEw

  15. I almost don’t know what to say any more.

How different is this from Amon Goeth getting away with shooting prisoners from his balcony “for sport?”

  16. When I first saw the video footage, I broke my got-damn Bose headphones. This is close to home for me in OK.

This man just wanted to be left alone to deal with a (minor) personal family issue, and all the cops wanted was to escalate the situation. They are predators plain and simple. Brutal, unthinking, simpleminded cowards. I curse them all to a long, drawn out, pain-filled, violent end to their meaningless existence.

        • Yes it does. I can’t believe the counter on the video (one posted in the article) only says just under 13,000 views. I call bullshit on the youtube counter.

          • I can’t swear by it, but I get the impression that some videos that I have seen before were reset way down from where they were.

They were of course highly subversive videos. Those are almost the only ones I watch!

Can’t prove it because I didn’t document it, but I have some sneaking suspicions.

  17. As has been widely reported on the internet for quite some time, cops are murdering civilians all over America, with impunity. I even read recently that more Americans have been murdered by cops, than all of the American military killed in our unconstitutional wars of aggression and imperialism in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Nothing will change until police are held personally financially and criminally responsible for their actions — and if you think that will ever come to pass I have some cheese from the moon to sell you.

  18. a few days ago i read about this and started to watch the video but couldn’t finish.
the only thing worse than trying to watch the video was reading the banter in the comment section of this mainstream media site. the copsucking, justification and statements of them doing their job, they have a difficult job was appauling.
one commenter made the statement that he hates all cops and wishes them dead. he said he cries with joy when he reads a cop has been killed and that he “counts dead cops instead of sheep when tyring to fall asleep”. this comment had more votes for agreement than disagreement.
i don’t know how much longer this will go on but these pigfuks are playing with fire in some cases, pictures of Kiev come to mind.
