Lincoln and Tillamook Counties on the Oregon Coast have significant tourism industries. If what Bill Meyer said about the shutdown is true, the limited “Summer” season out there is effectively over when the outages begin. In another week or so, the weather usually starts to turn towards Fall in Oregon, and things can be unpleasant on the coast.
