The difference between rural populations and urban/suburban populations is that the rural folks know male bovine organic fertilizer when they smell it.
There was a time when your annual income was an excellent guideline for how much you could afford to pay for your HOME. Now its used as a guideline for how much CAR you can afford. We are definitely moving in the wrong direction.
The future of luxury cars is going to be what the power source is. After the general public is forced into EVs, or bicycles, or walking shoes, the wealthy will pay the necessary carbon credits to buy a gas/diesel powered car. And storage facilities for such fuel, as needed.
