6. the MSM is clueless at what is really going down, interest rates are destined to go up crushing home mortgage lenders unless home prices are drastically slashed to keep payments down. Just as home prices went up with lowering rates (ZIRP) the opposite effect will happen, rising rates will force home prices down

Eric, I am listening to the show – you mention why gas is not $2, Trump is exporting our oil – this brought to mind an oil executive who was interviewed on Art Bell decades ago. He said that big oil will manipulate the political situation to keep oil above $100 a barrel (this was 20 years ago).

Those in the know will tell you the problem with oil is the price is way the hell to low. For instance, until recently, a Big Gulp soda drink costs more than a gallon of gas. Wars in the Middle East have always had the effect of reducing oil production capacity. After the Iran revolution, Iran’s oil sales dropped to near zero.

What US based petroleum companies want is high oil prices, and their competition bombed into no production status. Who benefits from the Iran war? Not the M.E. oil producers! But stateside, no one is bombing us, the wells are pumping at full capacity at record high prices.

This makes me wonder about the Neocons, are they are front for energy producers and defense contractors?
