The change from “peace officers” to “law enforcement” was a result of the “israelization” or “judaizing” of American police departments.
“Escalation of force” has been replaced with “command and control” tactics.
The israeli government offers American police departments “free” trips to israel to “see how its done”.
American police officers are shown “how its done” practicing on both Palestinians and Gazans.
We are all Palestinians, now.
I think it would be a good idea for some libertarians to become cops. Infiltrate and disclose wrongdoing. After all, it’s what they do to us.
I saw a video of Tom Woods addressing “all the Feds in the room” at one of his get togethers. Hilarious. Sad too.

Anyway, I imagine there’s some kind of law similar to Gresham’s law – “bad money drives out good” – at the very least I doubt any libertarian would even make it past the locker room without resigning. Nevermind, the ‘training’.
Besides that, there’s plenty enough disclosure on YouTube already. Yet, mostly crickets.
They is a maybe a difference in going at it with the intention of joining honestly compared to an agent provocateur. All militaries and intelligence outfits knowingly assume cover stories to infiltrate, although they are corrupted by their belief in the Big Lie whereas libertarians are presumably trying to walk a knife edge of being true to the principles (Non-Aggression, don’t lie, steal, cheat, etc.) so being deceptive isn’t in their tool box. Like the saying going, diligently plotting world domination in order to leave you alone. All good movements start with high ideals but are subverted by the taste of power.

I was around when the 55 mph speed limit was instituted; I remember Pres. Nixon making the announcement. It was originally instituted to save fuel; remember, the limit was instituted following the oil embargo of 1973. Nixon said that, by going slower, we could save a ton of fuel and reduce our dependence on OPEC. SO! Safety had nothing to do with the NMSL; it was to save fuel.

I think I could be a cop, but never a traffic cop. There are real crimes which could be dealt with by a smart, functional individual. That individual must have judgement and discernment, ignoring working girls and drug dealers who are literally minding their own business would be the model.
Traffic cops have to be jumped up jr high hall monitors. They shouldn’t ever be allowed free rein to mess with people’s lives based on a rule book.
Or, maybe, a Magnum P.I. type of role?
Either could I. After about one month on the job, my boss would call me in and say, “You haven’t written any tickets”. I’d tell him I didn’t witness anything that deserved one, and I didn’t see anybody who was causing any safety concerns.
