Expect to be paying what might as well be called the War Tax very soon – at the pump. It is hard to see how it will help to make America Great Again, but never mind that. It’s 2026 now – and making America great is so 2024.
The war no one except Trump and his puppeteers in Israel (and Israel’s agents here) wanted is only 48 hours old and crude oil prices are already up by nearly 10 percent to more than $71 per barrel. It is likely that the price will rise to $100 – maybe a lot higher than that – if there are “significant and extended supply disruptions.”
Well, the Iranian “regime” – it’s always a regime when the regime in Washington or the one in the Rothschild’s private sanctuary state (which gives sanctuary to kid diddlers, among other such things) decides to attack some other country for not being sufficiently yessa massa – is holding its own, notwithstanding the gale force hurricane of Operation Epstein Fury. It may close the Strait of Hormuz and that’ll do it. It may succeed in doing worse.
And why, again?
I mean why are we doing this, again?
It is entirely understandable why the Iranians are doing what they’re doing – and probably will do. Someone cold cocks you and what do you do? If you’re not out cold, you try to hurt the son-of-a-bitch, however you can. The Iranians just got cold-cocked, in the middle of “peace negotiations” that everyone understands were fraudulent because they were not “negotiations.” The word implies both sides arriving at an acceptable compromise. The Iranians were presented with completely unacceptable demands; i.e., that they accept military castration as the price of “peace.” Meaning they would have to agree to future cold-cocking without any meaningful way to hit back. No sovereign nation that is such a thing agrees to such a thing. Would the self-sainted Rothschild colony agree to such a thing? It has not even agreed to abide by the nuclear non-proliferation agreements other nuclear states have agreed to. Because the Rothschild colony is special. It is self-chosen.
That is why it is psychotic.
These psychopaths blew up at least 100 kids and the Iranians haven’t taken it very well, as people who are not psychopaths might understand. The psychopaths in that sanctuary for kid diddlers have also killed God-only-knows how many kids in Gaza. It has to be in the many thousands as the organs of that sanctuary for kid diddlers admit to having disposed of at least 70,000 people.
We are of course expected to believe they were all AK-toting “Islamic terrorists.” This wheedling has gotten very stale. Almost no one buys what “Bibi” – the avuncular term used for the non-Semite indicted war criminal who talks constantly about “anti-Semitism” – says anymore. He has been saying for nigh on 30 years now that the Iranians are just weeks or maybe months away from putting a together a nuclear weapon.
Well, “Bibi” – I suppose we’re supposed to think of him as a harmless relative, like “Uncle Joe” Stalin – got the war he wanted that is in the interests of no one outside of “Bibi’s” circle.
And now we’re about to get it.
The fill-up that cost $40 last week may soon cost $60 and maybe $80 or even more than that. No doubt our attention will be drawn to the Dow. But regular Americans are going to be feeling it when regular unleaded costs $4 or $5 per gallon and maybe more than that. It will also be more than just that because the cost of oil affects the cost of everything else. It may be that a couple of weeks from now, the $100 we paid for two plastic bags of groceries will seem like it was cheap.
On the other hand, it might serve to kick-start the nearly dead “market” for EVs since they don’t need to be gassed up. Of course, the problem there is electricity costs are likely to soar, too – because the cost of everything is going to soar if the war spreads. And even if it merely doesn’t end. It doesn’t really matter anyhow – because EVs were already beyond the means of most Americans.
Trump put forward a number of “reasons” – all of them obviously absurd. No one buys them. Well, maybe a few do. There are always a few who do. But it is not 2003 anymore and the “enemies of freedom” schtick is right up there with “we’re all in this together.”
Except insofar as we – ordinary people – are going to suffer, at the pump and otherwise. And elsewhere. Blowing up kids and other people in a country that did nothing to us to even plausibly justify what will – it is to be hoped – one day be looked back upon as a war crime – is no trivial matter.
Going broke to pay for gas and everything else will be a small price to pay for our un-agreed-to complicity.
Just try and remember who did this to us.

A good explanation of, ‘Just War Theory’ was put put forth by, Barron Coleman, here in his, ‘Opening Statement’:

The Empire, didn’t.
U.S.: More than 300 Americans returned from Israel, (US TAXPAYER) will cover travel costs. The U.S. State Department announced it is expanding overland transportation options for American citizens seeking to leave Israel and will cover travel costs. According to the statement, more than 300 citizens have returned to the United States from Israel in recent days, and they are part of a larger group of over 9,000 Americans who have safely returned from the Middle East. The administration is organizing evacuation flights from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Jordan, and is assisting citizens in booking tickets for commercial flights in countries where availability exists.

Vote harder!
Voter turnout in the US is around 40% (or lower) in mid-term elections and 50-65% in presidential elections–highest we had in years was 2020 when everyone registered was mailed a ballot (67% on this link but some sites say 65%).

I understand your frustration but not sure what not voting will accomplish. Trump is telling the Iranians to take to the streets–protest can work though sometimes it takes time like with Vietnam/Civil Rights and sometimes you get killed like with MN-ICE/J6/Vietnam.
Why would the Iranians do what he tells them? At least half of America doesn’t…
I agree w/you – the effrontery. I’m just saying we can take to the streets to overturn his war policy. I’ve heard other suggestions to get the money away from the federal gov’t: (1) public funding of elections; (2) no standing army; (3) no federal income, social security, or medicare tax. Election laws need to be changed to allow more people to run/more parties. Gerrymandering needs to be outlawed. Sure there’s other things but who really cares enough to do them?
‘$779,000,000 Burned In Just 24 Hours’: Trump’s Iran War Leaves US With Eye‑Watering Bill
As “Operation Epic Fury” intensifies, the financial cost of the U.S. military campaign against Iran is skyrocketing. Reports indicate that over $779 million was spent in the first 24 hours alone, covering high-stakes fighter jet sorties and the massive mobilization of carrier strike groups. With President Trump suggesting the conflict could last over a month, we dive into the numbers behind the missiles, maintenance, and the long-term economic impact of this erupting Middle East war.

$10M to kill an 86-year old man (and his family/household). Not sure how much Israel wasted this a.m. bombing a meeting of clerics meeting to elect their successor (sure they are trying to get Khamenie’s grand son). So sick of the blood thirsty squandering of our wealth and defense trying to destroy countries for Israel. Heard they are dismantling Asian missile defenses to ship them to the MidEast.
In death valley
Happy Purim! Here’s the photo of Trump headlining Times of Israel today.

“Its too late to talk.” The effeminate sodomites of Israel use their bought and blackmailed sodomite protector to brag about bombing a gathering of CLERICS (is that a military target?: “Israel strikes building where Iran regime clerics were gathering to elect new supreme leader; Trump: ‘Iranians want to talk, I said it’s too late!’” The Assembly of Experts has 88 members, though it is unclear how many of them were at the building at the time of the strike, according to the official.
21 minutes ago. YNET. IDF issues another evacuation warning for industrial area in Tehran. IDF Spokesperson in Persian, Lt. Col. (Res.) Kamal Pinhasi, issued another evacuation warning to residents of Tehran in the industrial area and the Esteqlal neighborhood. “In the coming hours, the IDF will operate in the area, as it has operated in recent days throughout Tehran,” it was stated.
Tucker Carlson is reporting Israel is striking oil facilities in Arab countries (and struck the Saudis yesterday). Oman’s port (Oman was facilitating peace negotiations) which facilitates a lot of oil has been struck and west is blaming it on Iran who said they were not going to hit any oil facilities (since they don’t want their own hit).
Israel wants to do nothing for the Iranians–they’re destroying Iran, the MidEast and the U.S. I always wondered how Armageddon would happen — now I have a good idea.
Hoping gas don’t jump to much so far it has not but I’m figuring it will jump already paying almost $4 per gallon of premium this fucking dickhead has ran the pricing of everything jump so much it’s a killer and I don’t see it getting any better .
@Eric, Yeah, I’m hoping and praying that it does not go to boots. That it remains CIA and Special Forces, plus the Israeli and likely British equivalents.
Woke up in almost a panic last night at the thought that YJ posted a bit ago. That the Ayotollah had some kind of a deadman switch set of orders that would set a bunch of sleeper cells into motion. Imagine even a few Crocus City Halls on American soil. That would unify Americans more than 9/11 did. Muslims would not just be frowned at, they would likely be shot and LEOs in much of the country wouldn’t care. “Just bury the body deep enough that the wild animals don’t dig it up.”
Probably would not quite result in Trump being re-elected, but I could certainly see a war fever that has not been seen since Pearl. Think of it. People willing to accept rationing so our boys can kill more ragheads. They probably accept the use of nukes, but almost indiscriminate use of MOABs would be fine. And more than sufficient.
The few foolish enough to still approve of Biden’s open border policy would probably join the muzzies in shallow graves.
This could spiral out of control so badly that no one has the political capital to oppose it.
Sorry. They probably won’t accept the use of nukes.
Morning, Steve –
Well, the addled oaf just said he hasn’t ruled that – “boots” – out.
And some of us thought it’d be different this time. I’m done voting harder. Imagine if a majority of us just stopped doing that. It’d be damned hard to keep the con going then. I realize it’s unlikely. But I’ll do my part.
Eric,
There are people who actually think that voting Democrat and putting Democrats back in power is the remedy for what we’re seeing from the federal government.
It just goes to show you that too many voters have the memory of a goldfish.
Indeed Shadow, especially after having already lived under 2 awful Democrat presidents whose party also briefly had control of the House AND Senate.
Perhaps you’ve finally learned that “come, sit, vote” was a neat doogy trick all along.
At the moment, it’s got to be bluster. There aren’t the boots and materiel anywhere near close enough to deploy. And I don’t think he’s ready to drag it out the 4-6 months that would take. That gets way too close to midterms.
I think they probably jumped the gun. CIA (supposedly) discovered a meeting with so many key figures that the message read something like, “OMFG! You will never have a better opportunity. Take it or you might as well start pulling back.”
“Woke up in almost a panic last night at the thought that YJ posted a bit ago. That the Ayotollah had some kind of a deadman switch set of orders that would set a bunch of sleeper cells into motion. Imagine even a few Crocus City Halls on American soil. That would unify Americans more than 9/11 did.”
No Iranian was involved in 911–it was a product of your own US Zionist government and some (supposably) Arab terrorists they hired (I wasn’t on the planes; I don’t know who flew them). How dare you keep pushing the idea that US is under any terrorist threat except from Jews who fanatically support the re-establishment of the biblical kingdom of Israel?
You woke up from a nightmare. WE ARE LIVING A NIGHTMARE and the only way out of it is to disarm Israel. Instead of attacking every country in the ME, we should stop supplying Israel with weapons and condition our defense on Israelis staying within their 1948 borders–and giving the Arabs within those borders the same rights as Jews.
Israel is NOT a democracy. An Arab newscaster, Lucy Aharish, who is married to a Jew, is being physically harassed at her home for telling Arabs to “flood the polls.”
2/27/26. Far-right activists harass Arab-Israeli journalist outside her home. At least 20 protesters stood at the entrance of the journalist’s apartment building, shouting slogans such as “Let the IDF win, fuck the Arabs,” and “Inshallah you have a heart attack.”
“We came to deliver you a message. This is the fourth time, and it won’t stop here, inshallah,” the protesters shouted, according to Haaretz.
Aharish has been targeted recently due to her criticism of two Right-wing coalition lawmakers for demeaning the families of Arab homicide victims. She then URGED HER FELLOW ARAB ISRAELIS TO EXERCISE THEIR RIGHT TO VOTE and to demonstrate against government inaction regarding the violent crime in the Arab sector.
Israeli media reported that Thursday night’s protests led to scuffles between police and protesters. Right-wing activists reportedly threw rocks at photographers at the scene.
On Monday, former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett (same guy who wants to attack Turkey next) decried threats made against Aharish and called the protest a “major breach of boundaries.”
“Sending paid thugs to Lucy Aharish’s private home to terrorize her and her family is a dangerous crossing of a red line,” Bennett stated, referencing an incident in which two right-wing activists attempted to intimidate Aharish at her home.”

“No Iranian was involved in 911”
Could you please point to the sentence in which I was unclear enough to give you this impression?
“Instead of attacking every country in the ME, we should stop supplying Israel with weapons…”
Agreed, though you might have noticed that “we” attack very few countries in the ME. Syria and Iraq obviously, but a good share of them were recently attacked by Iran, just for having US bases on their land, though denying the US overflight.
“Israelis staying within their 1948 borders”
That is and should be a complete non-starter. The ’48 borders were forfeit when the Arab League crossed them to invade Israel. That’s been the standard for like forever. Poland was not at fault for Hitler jumping the border. And while I’m sympathetic to the Russian POV that the Ukrainians had to stop killing ethnic Russians within their borders, they jumped the border. If NATO were willing and able to take Moscow, well, OK, that’s no longer a part of Russia.
FAFO has got to be the rule.
“No Iranian was involved in 911” Could you please point to the sentence in which I was unclear enough to give you this impression?
I referenced your entire paragraph of Israeli propaganda (try to follow your own logic): ““Woke up in almost a panic last night at the thought that YJ posted a bit ago. That the Ayotollah had some kind of a deadman switch set of orders that would set a bunch of sleeper cells into motion. Imagine even a few Crocus City Halls on American soil. That would unify Americans more than 9/11 did.”
Drudge had headlines about “sleeper cells” for past two days. But neither of you can cite any Iranian terrorist attack as a foundation. You go on to say Americans would not just frown at Muslims (SMILE AT JEWS or be arrested!) they would shoot them and just bury the body deep enough so an animal wouldn’t dig it up. Then you said, Americans would accept rationing to kill “ragheads” because of these non-existent kill switch Ayatollah sleeper cells you invented out of sheer cloth.
TRUTH: US and Israel have MOSSAD and CIA terrorist cells operating inside Iran. They attacked Iran in June and again in January and for all I know committing terror on the Iranians right now.
You “we attack few countries, syria and Iraq obviously.” What about Yemen, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, Sudan, Nigeria, Somalia, Pakistan, Afghanistan? Since Israel is US proxy, we’ve attacked every country they’ve attacked and threatened every country they’ve threatened.
Iran has attacked US bases, Trump owned hotel(s), hotels CIA and MOSSAD use in ME countries.
You say Israel can keep the land it took in 1948. Sure. If they can keep it fine, but I and the USA are not paying for it. Not fighting for it. Not dying for it. IF ISRAEL WANTS U.S. HELP TO ‘DEFEND ITSELF,’ THEN IT CAN GET THE HELL BACK IN ITS OWN BORDERS. AND NOT ONLY THAT: IT WILL TREAT THE ARABS IN ISRAEL AS EQUAL TO JEWS UNDER THE LAW.
I’m sick of the dehumanizing speech about Muslims and “ragheads” when I can go to jail or be deported for being “anti-zionisit.” I can’t be pro-palestinian because I am hating on jews. Go to hell, you SOBS! Israelis need to be held accountable for their genocide against Palestinians and the whole rest of the Arab world. Everyone in the US who has lied about the vicious war crimes of Israel needs to be tried and executed as collaborators.
I never paid any attention to Drudge, and I’m trying hard not to even accidentally end up with anything from the right or I’ll get innundated with Lindsey.
I honestly thought we were talking middle east countries because your (admittedly probably hyperbolic) post said, “Instead of attacking every country in the ME…” Somalia and Yemen, assuming you are talking recent history, was about shipping lanes. Libya, yeah, if you are going back over a decade. That one was probably petrodollar even.
“You say Israel can keep the land it took in 1948. AND NOT ONLY THAT: IT WILL TREAT THE ARABS IN ISRAEL AS EQUAL TO JEWS UNDER THE LAW.”
I wouldn’t even go that far. Israel can sink or swim on its own, no matter what their policies re: land and Arabs. I am completely uninterested in other people’s squabbles.
“I’m sick of the dehumanizing speech about Muslims and “ragheads” when I can go to jail or be deported for being “anti-zionisit.” I can’t be pro-palestinian because I am hating on jews.”
Oh, come now. I know for a fact I’m not the only one still using “kike”, “heeb”, “yid”, “zionist” and “red sea pedestrian” as epithets, as apart from the last one, I’ve seen them in memes recently.
Getting fired or deplatformed or whatever, yeah, you need to be largely independent. That’s just part of being in hock to someone else for anything you need. They have the right to have nothing to do with you if they don’t like your speech. It’s not equally applied, no, but so what? Since when did libertarians argue for equality?

I am a big critic of the Iranians and their lack of caution. Orange bastard made it clear they were gunning for regime change, yet the Supreme Ayatollah was above ground in the palace with his own blood relatives and commanders:
I asked Goolag Ai: who got killed on with ali khamenei in iran
During the joint U.S.-Israeli strikes on February 28, 2026, which killed Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, several other high-ranking officials and family members were also killed.
According to reports from NPR, The Guardian, and Al Jazeera, the victims included:
Senior Government and Military Officials
Aziz Nasirzadeh: Minister of Defense.
General Mohammad Pakpour: Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
Ali Shamkhani: Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council.
Yahya Hamidi (alias Yahya Hosseini Panjaki): Deputy Minister of Intelligence for Israel affairs.
Jalal Pour Hossein: Head of an espionage division within the Intelligence Ministry.
General Abdolrahim Mousavi: Senior military official.
Approximately 40 other senior Iranian leaders and commanders.
Family Members
Reports from the Fars News Agency and Iran International confirmed several family members died in the strikes on the supreme leader’s compound:
Mansoureh Khojasteh Bagherzadeh: Khamenei’s wife, who died on March 2 from injuries sustained in the attack.
Khamenei’s daughter.
Khamenei’s son-in-law.
Khamenei’s grandson.
Khamenei’s daughter-in-law.
—————–
the high priest of Iran was an idiot
Iran has made some huge mistakes, for one thing, they could of taken out all the attack aircraft with a pre-emptive strike, China had published the exact coordinates of each aircraft. China publically published satellite photos of every single aircraft and labeled each with exact coordinates.
Iran knew the attack was coming, they knew the negotiations were a ruse. How dumb are these people? Aircraft on the tarmac are sitting ducks in a pond. I would of declared war and launched at the same time.
Why would a country of 90 million attack the U.S., 350 million population and still the richest and biggest superpower in the world? Had they followed your advice, the U.N. Security Council would have condemned them and every European country, plus Japan, Australia and Israel would be carpet bombing them now (instead of just two countries), and maybe even planning to invade.
If they successfully carried out the attack you suggest, they might also have been nuked. Isn’t that what Japan did?
Since they’ve been attacked many countries, including China and Russia, can come to their aid and publicly support them. It also puts Israel and the U.S. (particularly) on the defensive–Britain says it doesn’t support “regime change from the heavens.” And France has said attack should not have taken place without discussion at the U.N.
There is no reason for this war to end. There is no reason why China won’t dump US Treasuries, and supply Iran with an endless supply of weapons, missiles, drones, tech.
The Belt and Road to Tehran is the new Ho Chi Min Trail. The game is the same game as Vietnam, Iran will suffer but Iran can outlast the USA, the Amerikan people, 80% against the war already, will soon tire of it.
Trump will be impeached
Massie will win re-election
Trump destroyed the MAGA brand
Trump handed the Demoncraps the next election
The war will go on and on and on until the Uncle Shmule is forced out of the M.E.
and all Arab nations align against ZOG
I agree with pretty much all that. The only quibble is that I doubt China or Russia ever intended to intervene. Their interest was in finding out how their air defenses fare against the F-35 in particular, but also the EA-18 and even the F-22 if it came out to play. I think they were almost desperate to find out whether the CIA simply compromised Venezuela, or if they needed to step up their EA and AA game. The answer is apparently the latter.
Maybe they,re just stupid sandys after all
I heard that Mossad hacked Iranian traffic cameras and was able to track the Supreme Leader’s movements.
Just remember, ZOG can — and will — do the same thing to us with Flock cameras. The government that can take foreign heads of state completely by surprise and kidnap or kill then can do the same to you if you end up in the crosshairs.
>The government that can take foreign heads of state completely by surprise and kidnap or kill then can do the same to you if you end up in the crosshairs.
Yep.
Since the 1970s, all USA telephone billing records have been handled by an israeli company, Amdocs.
Even the White House and other federal agencies communications systems have been compromised by israel, every last one.
According to an article posted over at rense, the top Iranian leadership was having breakfast at the palace.
What the f–k? How dumb can you be?
BTW I said the (fake) negotiations were dragging on because they were trying to get a lock on the supreme leader. Trump even said he knew where he was and I said that is like kicking the brush to get the rabbit to run, so you can pick up a signal to target him.
The good news is the high priest has been removed. It was Khameini who prohibited nukes and long range missiles. (that is extremely stupid also) What Iran needed was nukes to join the club and be in a status like NK. If you have nukes and are willing to use them, your enemy won’t dare.
“Obviously, Israel wants to be the sole owner of nuclear weapons in the Middle East. It is also obvious that Israel intends on destroying and fracturing Iran like Syria, Libya, etc. So, considering that reality, why would Iran not take Israel as an existential threat, and have a rigorous nuclear deterrent? Why would Iran still not pursue nuclear deterrent after seeing ZOG smash all of it’s neighboring states? There is only one reason, the top priest said no. Installed traitor like Trump? I think so. I think the British strategy over Iran was to put a priest in charge to keep Iran weak and vulnerable.
Here is my list of fatal Iranian mistakes in fighting against the child raping-killing cannibalistic ZOG beast:
stopping it’s missile barrages in the 12 day war,
no long range missiles or nukes,
no will to use nukes on it’s enemy Israel,
negotiating with the Orange rapist,
not telling the world in no uncertain terms that Iran is a sovereign nation – then unsign the NNPT, kick out the weapon inspectors who were actually only there to get GPS targeting coordinates,
not securing nukes on loan from North Korea, China, or Russia;
not having the ability to destroy Mar a Lago after Trump destroyed the royal palace.
If you can’t do tit for tat, all you get is tat.”
You forget one important point. Iranians are HUMAN and avoid civilian casualties. JEW$ are NOT HUMAN and have no empathy for us “goyim”…
THAT is the major difference…
Correct
> If you have nukes and are willing to use them, your enemy won’t dare.
No shit, Sherlock.
if you live in a dangerous neighborhood, and have something other people want, which Iran does, you need to arm yourself. End of story.
Gas is going up hourly, I am filling up daily, already got to wait in line, cause so is everyone else. Iran struck Aramco main facility, they shut it down, also hit a natural gas facility.
It looks like the DJIA top is in, Pam Bondi’s Dow is over 50k was one day after the all time high, and will probably go down in the history books.
Brandon Biggs original Trump ear miss prediction may be highly accurate, we could EASILY see the stock tickers spinning down.
What’s to stop Iran taking out Mar a Lago? Not a damn thing.
What’s to stop Iran from shooting a missile or drone into the NYSE? Not a damn thing.
What’s to stop trained Iranian special forces from taking out USA infrastructure worldwide or even stateside? Not a damn thing.
Every refinery is a sitting duck. Every USAF base in Amerika has ZERO air defense.
Aramco was taken out by 1 Shahed 30k suicide drone.
Amerika is a capitalist nation, a target rich environment, anyone with a RPG can walk up to any factory and … Or anyone with a hand held anti-aircraft rocket can sit at the end of the runway and shoot at a jumbo jet taking off.
Have you seen that Chuck Norris movie, the raghead in an unmarked van drives through an upscale neighbor and pops off a 40mm grenade from a M203 launcher through the living room window, and the entire house explodes then burns to the ground.
The point I am making is the Orange pedo rapist in chief has opened Armageddon on us.

“Orange Fuckhead’s fatal mistake was killing the supreme religious leader, then to add icing to the cake, the Ziobastards killed 160 little girls (the very age that Trump liked to rape).
Killing the Imam is like killing the Pope for Catholics. These Satanic godless Jew Neoconvicts don’t understand how religious people think – they eat, breath, and venerate all day long their religious leader. Gas here went up to 3.59 last Wednesday (why?) and held there until Sunday. Now it’s back to 3.05, which is 4 cents less than it was last Tuesday.
Got no idea what’s behind any of it.
Oh, and boneless chicken breasts just $1.49 a pound. I have not seen that since before the Chimp attacked Afghanistan.
Trump to America: eff you
‘President Trump dismissed polls showing low approval among Americans for the U.S. military operation in Iran, saying public sentiment actually reflects otherwise.
“I think that the polling is very good, but I don’t care about polling. I have to do the right thing. I have to do the right thing. This should have been done a long time ago,” Trump said in an interview with the New York Post published on Monday.
‘U.S. Central Command confirmed Monday that a fourth U.S. service member was killed after suffering injuries from Iran’s initial attacks. Trump and other U.S. officials have predicted there will likely be more American casualties as a result of the operation.’

Chasing thousands of Americans out of 14 countries — that’s pretty impressive work for a greasy 4 ft 10 in Cuban dwarf named Little Marco Rubio. /sarc
If I were an American serviceman, I would heed the State Dept.’s warning and yankee go home.
But I’m not. I’m too old and too wise for that.
Eighteen more US troops have been seriously wounded, it was announced today.
And as the Orange Fail and Little Marco asserted, ‘We’ve only just begun.’
Traitorous fiends. Time to reinstitute the revered Vietnam War tradition of fragging. 🙂
The Orange Flake is out of control:
‘“I just got off the phone with President Trump. It was a nine-minute phone interview, and we talked just about the war in Iran. I’m going to share some of it with you right now. The president said, quote, ‘We’re knocking the crap out of them. I think it’s going very well. It’s very powerful.”
‘I asked the president how long he thought this military operation or war might last. He said, quote, “I don’t want to see it go on too long. I always thought it would be four weeks and we’re a little ahead of schedule.”
‘He said, quote, “We haven’t even started hitting them hard. The big wave hasn’t even happened. The big one is coming soon.” — mediaite.com

This week, the Senate and House will vote on War Powers Act resolutions. The vote could tilt narrowly in either direction. This is the time to hound members of Congress with texts and phone calls. Polls show that the majority of Americans oppose this war of choice. They need to hear it from us.
“Poor little israel” is finally getting the fireworks that it deserves, courtesy of Iran. I hope the israelis enjoy the fireworks show that Iran is putting on.
Most people are unaware that almost all countries prepare for war using previous actions and constraints from previous conflicts.
Iran is smart by procuring state-of-the art weaponry from China and Russia, bypassing the USA GPS and using a Chinese version. This allows Iran to “spoof” the American GPS, throwing israeli and USA missiles off course, a VERY smart move.
If Iran doesn’t destroy the israeli cancer first, our present-day problems will continue to exacerbate worldwide.
ZOG must be destroyed. The USA must be freed from the clutches of the israeli lobby.
Interesting how when Israel admits to killing 70,000 (probably more) that’s OK. They were ALL “terrorists” you see, even the five-year-olds.
But when Iran ALLEGEDLY killed 30,000 protestors (sounds line an inflated number, they admitted to a tenth of that), well, THAT’S an outrage and a casas belli for the ZOG to attack them so they can have “freedom.”
You know, they same kind of “freedom” we have — submission to Israel, gun grabs, NSA warrantless surveillance, no-knock SWAT raids, rigged elections, arrests of political candidates, military checkpoints in D.C. in 2020, blacks stabbing white girls to death, the FBI shooting Randy Weaver’s wife in the head, the ATF barbecuing 80 people at Waco…
Agree right down the line. I wish it could be applied universally. It was just never plausible, as nice as it would be. In a violent-ape world, the most violent ape sets the rules.
So Sandy blew its whole load on 30k local protestors ?
Pure genius
But, but, the Dow is at 50,000! Not anymore, and on its way to being a lot less, Pam Blondi definitely called the top with her deranged rant covering up for the pedophiles. Operation Epstein Fury will drive crude oil back to $100/ barrel in no time, which as Eric points out will filter through to the cost of everything. I am sickened by the way these psychopathic monsters revel in the murder of innocents, pretending they are “liberating” them to take over the government of Iran. They have no more capability of doing that than we do of stopping ours from this ongoing crime against humanity. I wish North Korea had smuggled them a couple nukes that they could drop on Tel-Aviv and end this sh*t once and for all.
As much as I despise Trump and want to see him removed from office, would I accept being “liberated” in case Israel assassinates him (which it might well do)?
No, I would not. No one wants to “liberated” by a bitter enemy who has hated our guts for two thousand years, as documented in their vicious Talmud.
What I demand to be liberated from, is being ruled from Jerusalem.

The Dow is only down 67 points. As much as I hate to admit it, Israel and ZOG are running the table and calling the shots right now. Iran is leaderless and paralyzed. The only ZOG aircraft shot down were by “friendly fire,” LOL.
I assumed that Iran would be able to hit back harder than they have but right now it looks like they have a glass jaw.
Yes, it is an illegal war without congressional on behalf of a foreign nation that controls our government. But like it or not, right now Trump is winning bigly.
The problem with Iran is that it seems like all levels of government have been completely compromised by Israeli and US intelligence. They seem to always know where everyone is going to be. Theres a video going around of an interview with former President Ahmadinejad (who they also killed) where he said years ago they set up a commission to root out Mossad spies in the government, but it turned out that most members of it were spies. They have been completely infiltrated.
Can you imagine, Mike, if the DOW crashed down to 20,000? Or even way back when it was 5,000? I remember when it reached 10 it was a joyous occasion for those benefiting from such a number. Some say that will never happen, and others say it can. As crazy as this country is, we may not have long to find out.
Nork nukes on Israel? That would have been terrible. IAEA can identify the country of origin just from the isotope signature. China might not only have stood aside, but been a member of the “coalition of the willing.” They have no interest at all in a world that has set aside its reservations about nukes.

You ignore that we killed their religious head whom many of them love and revere (the way Catholics used to revere the pope), an elderly unarmed man (86), also his daughter, grand-daughter, son-in-law and now his WIFE (US is reporting she died from wounds received “in strikes” on page 99 of the website/paper), but she died from the same strike that killed her husband. “Iranian media says” TOI reports like they do after the war crimes Israel commits in Gaza, West Bank and Lebanon. Netanyahu was pleased as punch (and Trump too and all the US Media) to announce that Khamenei was dead. Where’s the headline for this heinous crime?
“Iranian media says Mansoureh Khojasteh, wife of supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has died. She had been in a coma since Saturday’s strikes on her husband’s office.
Khojasteh, 78, was the only wife of Ali Khamenei. They married in 1964.”

RG, you don’t know what you are talking about. Embassy in Baghdad is under attack. All across Pakistan US facilities are under attack. Not sure what press you are watching but you need to expand — many people in Iran are in mourning just google “iranians mourning khamenei” and click on images (even the Western press has some).
Both are true.
But like in America, one set of protesters tends to be well-behaved, the other tends to burn things down.
It’s the “US Supported” protesters who have been burning things down, stevie blind wonder.

By the time this is over, we will be greeting them as liberators.
What’s the solution? Most people seem to think we just need to elect better politicians. Candidate Trump said all the right things. Then he did the opposite. Like all politicians before him and into the future.
Vote harder next time, assholes. Yes, I blame anyone who participated in this evil game by voting. You participated, and by doing so, you brought legitimacy to their endeavors on your behalf (and mine, thanks). Yeah, I’m in a mood today. Blown up kids seems to put me there.
Learn from this, stop voting, live free, shoot their goons when they come for you, and hope someday someone will round up all of the politicians and dispose of them in a proper, environmentally eco-friendly manner before they incinerate us all.

I am so tired of all of this.I was talking with Bryan Hyde off-air last week and he and I – being in the news business for a long time – were reminiscing about slow news days and even months. Of living in normal times. We got a few months of maybe-it’s-going-to-get-better in early 2025. And it looks like that’s all we’re going to get.
It’s so depressing. Apparently, we are a primitive, warring race. God save us.
Exactly. That’s what being human is. Depending on your beliefs, its been true since the fall or we’ve always been violent apes. We are building a civilization using rotten material. It’s all we have though. Given the reality that the species is into a bit of the old ultra-violence, what is the best we can do?
The stark reality is that unilaterally neutering our ultra-violent just leaves us vulnerable to other societies’ ultra-violent. I don’t know what the answer is, but it’s not sitting around a campfire singing Kum-Ba-Yah.

He wasn’t supposed to be the same one…but he seems awfully prescient.
There is NOT ONE USA media outlet that is reporting honestly on the middle east attack on Iran (which israel started.
One must go to offshore news sources in order to get real truth.
The USA media is still being controlled by israel. Not good.
Rightly so, israel is getting pounded from various countries.
ALL of the USA casualties are being hidden from the American public.
OK I’m prepared to believe that.
Would you care to post a summary and/or a link?
Agreed with all but the bit about foreign sources. If it was ever alive, journalism is dead. Everyone is coloring the news with his bias (in the formal sense, not the derogatory sense) so what we see are a handful of the near infinitude of facts which support some opinion. Everyone is subject to confirmation bias.
I don’t know what the truth is, and I doubt I ever will. I have faith that I might have a better idea of what the truth is tomorrow or next week or next year. There’s nothing wrong with saying, “I don’t know.”
Hi Steve,
Yes, but it is also a fact that the U.S. – that Trump – launched a war against a country that had not attacked this country. A war crime as well as an affront to the Constitution (if anyone cares about that). A war that – purely from a cynical, self-interested view – serves no American interests.
Yet here we are. At war. On account of a president who used to jabber about the perniciousness of all these god-damned wars.
Yes, that’s mostly true. Just like the case in Ukraine, those who supplied arms or money to Ukraine are belligerents against Russia. Iran has aggressed against US. And like Israel, who “started” it depends on when you choose to start the clock.
I agree this action was disproportionate. But would we be better off in a world of “just wars”? Heads I win, tails I get a do-over? I’m undecided.
“Iran has aggressed against U.S.”
Really, Steve? Give the specifics: when and where?
For starters, how about ’79, the embassy in Tehran? From the new Iran’s very beginning, and a little before.
Steve, Unarmed students occupied the embassy because US allowed Shah into US and they perceived US was going to attempt to re-install him in Iran (similar to (!who could believe it!) the current plot reinstall Shah’s son!). AI: The U.S. Embassy in Tehran was attacked on November 4, 1979, because Iranian revolutionary students were enraged by the U.S. government’s decision to allow the deposed Shah, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, into the United States for medical treatment. Militants feared the U.S. was plotting a coup to reinstate the Shah, similar to 1953. The Carter administration permitted the exiled, cancer-stricken Shah into the U.S. on October 22, 1979, which Iranians viewed as a precursor to a CIA-backed plot to reinstall him.
Demand for Extradition: The “Muslim Student Followers of the Imam’s Line” demanded the U.S. return the Shah to Iran to stand trial. (According to Wiki they also demanded US apologize for overthrowing 1953 democratically elected regime)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iran_hostage_crisis
The aggression came from the US and it is still coming from the US.
So now “aggression” includes offering asylum?
It was the 1953 CIA backed coup against Mosaddegh known as Operation Ajax.
But you already know this Zio-Steve. You’re just trying to engage in 4th and 5th Gen Hasbara obfuscation.
But they claimed this was a new government and they had the perfect chance to reset. From here on out, we’ll stay in our lane, you stay in yours. But, no, these “unarmed” (seriously? You don’t remember any of the footage they distributed?) “students” had the stamp of approval from the new head of Iran.
So now unarmed students occupying a building constitute aggression–aren’t you the big defender of J6ers being “unarmed?” How could that be an insurrection But of course the Zionists deport and arrest Palestinians who occupy buildings. Who steve likes is never an aggressor who steve doesn’t like (just like with two year old trump) is always an aggressor. What it comes down to is US and Israel can murder who they please and never be an aggressor. Never is anyone entitled to fight back.
No, my point was that if this is the new libertarian standard, then the Chimp was justified in attacking the Taliban because they refused to extradite Osama Bin Laden.
Hi Steve,
You say Iran aggressed against the U.S. How? When? The last time I remember was ’79, a long time ago – and with cause, too.
It’s been largely through proxies. This was what I got with a quick search for “prox Iran America killed”, and it only scratches the surface.
https://thelawdogfiles.substack.com/p/well-713
If it only scratches the surface, please Steve, tell us about the rest of it. How many casualties have you got so far?
Now consider how US helped Iraq fight Iran during the 1980s–including providing the ingredients for him to make the chem weapons. How many Iranians did we kill? We est 188-200,000 Iranians died in that war. Iranians est 300-500,000.
https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2013/08/26/215733981/new-details-on-how-u-s-helped-saddam-as-he-gassed-iran
If you want to count “proxies,” US supported the Shah. According to AI /Western figures the Shah killed hardly anyone (but still more than you’ve cited in your link):
AI: “Documented and Historical Estimates
-1978–1979 Revolution: A consensus of historians places the number of deaths during the intense protests of the 1979 Revolution (January 1978 – February 1979) between 532 and 2,781.
-Political Executions: Amnesty International estimated that the Shah’s regime carried out at least 300 political executions.
-Total Casualties (1963–1979): Researcher Emadeddin Baghi, who researched for the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs, estimated that 3,164 people were killed in the anti-Shah movement between 1963 and 1979.
-“Black Friday” (September 8, 1978): While early opposition reports claimed thousands were killed in Tehran, modern investigations, including those by the post-revolutionary Foundation of Martyrs, identified roughly 79 to 82 dead
According to those fighting the Shah: he (or the US) killed 60,000.
The same westerners that say Iran killed 30,000 protesters in 2 days in January 2026 and “mass killings” throughout their democratically-run regime say 60,000 is “propaganda.”
Population of Iran is 90 million.
If you look at the reports that Ritter refers to, and Larry links to, it’s true the world’s supplier of terror is not Shia, but Sunni. What neither do, though, is go through line by line. Most terror, Sunni and Shia, is against each other. If that’s the game they like to play, I’m fine with that. Shia terror has much more non-muslim targets.
I think that’s the part that diplomats don’t want to say out loud. Shia are the bigger threat because they commit the kind of terror we care about.
“Trump and Iran looked to be the big liars, and Israel turned out to have been mostly telling the truth.”
Yeah, for 40 years Israel’s been lying that Iran was getting a nuclear weapon any minute–Iran still doesn’t have a nuclear weapon.
Remember Israel’s lies about Iraq?
In their 12 day sneak attack on Iran, Israel never once flew over Iran–all firing was from outside the borders or by spies infiltrated into Iran. Trump lied because he didn’t want a war (he didn’t have the forces assembled or the arsenal). His attack on Iran’s nuclear weapons was pre-arranged with Iran allowed to fire a missile at a US base afterward.
Iran was trying to tell the morons something, but Trump is Epstein blackmailed–and now every US base in the ME has been attacked. Bombs are falling all over Israel–1,854 have already filed claims for property damage (which you’ll probably pay for). Do you think those countries still believe US can defend them?
Do you think Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush2, Obama or Biden couldn’t bomb Khamenei’s compound? Assassination is a cowardly act and it’s against the law! You speak about the precision of hitting the “ENTIRE COMPOUND.” Was Khamenei the only person in the compound? Or is it now the rule of war to kill the man’s family, his servants, his aides, and any other innocent bystander? (THE JEW RULE OF WAR–Exterminate even his animals! WHOEVER WE JEWS SAY IS BAD!) You are a buffoon.
Israel doesn’t want a cohesive and successful Iran: they want a basket case like Lebanon, Libya, Syria and Iraq. They are trying to get Iran to attack Saudi Arabia saying MBS was persuading Trump to attack Iran with Netanyahu. Unfortunately, they have 7 million people and the US has limited resources and limited interest. When the burden becomes too much, the US walks away–just like Vietnam. No more dead children. No more misery. If the Israelis want to conquer the ME, let them do it. They can die for it. They can pay for it, but they got to stop sucking the blood, money and honor of the US.
I’m talking specifically about the war propaganda at the time. After the dust cleared and independents could start matching craters to AARs, most of Israel’s munitions landed where they said they were aimed. Almost all the breathless reportage about apartment buildings and mosques turned out to be either complete fabrication or an Iranian misfire.
And that’s why I’m not putting a lot of credence in anyone’s reporting at this point. It’s all propaganda.
That’s pretty thin, Steve –
Mind, I am not saying the Iranian mullahs are peace loving, wonderful people. I am saying this war is being waged on behalf of the state of Israel and its interests, not America’s.
Why would it not be in America’s interests to give Iranians the chance to select their own government? It’s possible that they choose more of the same, sure, but I don’t think so.
Wouldn’t it be great if we ended up with a secular, highly-educated, very bright people not ruled by a Twelver government committed to world conflagration to bring out the Mahdi?
Steve, if it’s so great, why don’t you go fight and die or get maimed for the rest of your life for it? (There’s 18 critically wounded service men; 3 planes shot down over Kuwait, 4-5 dead Americans.) Why don’t you murder the 157 little girls or the 40 volley ball players because your bomb went astray? Or Khamenei’s wife, daughter and grand-daughter cause that was the order? (probably wouldn’t bother your conscience at all.) Why don’t you get out your cheapskate wallet to pay the $1.5 trillion defense budget? And don’t say a word when another country starts bombing yours (or your own country that bombs other civilians starts bombing you) because it’s in their interest to change your government to one they like (or get rid of you because you’re in their way).
*Rolls eyes*
I don’t think it’s great. I think it was a mistake. But face reality. It’s happened, even though neither of us would have chosen it. I hope for a better future, you obsess about doom.
Re schools and all, I’m just choosing to wait until there’s more information than propaganda. Assuming Russia/Ukraine is any indicator, it takes a couple weeks for the independents to get access to the aerial view, and at that point, we consistently find out both sides were lying.
When actual imagery of Iran finally became available last August, Trump and Iran looked to be the big liars, and Israel turned out to have been mostly telling the truth. Not Hanna-Barbara, just independent bloggers and vloggers matching up the rubble and craters to after action reports.
Oh, and one thing these vloggers demonstrated was how accurate the precision strikes were. Even the released image of Kahmeni’s compound is amazing. It supposedly was 7 separate strikes, and the buildings like the medical center right across the street appears to have light to no damage. The trees on the property line still have their leaves. The compound itself is rubble. That points to some incredible accuracy, and some very professional charge loading.
I will not be at all surprised find out that the school was not hit by US or Israel, but rather an anti-missile that missed. Like we used to see all the time back when Ukraine had anti-missile capability. I’m not calling it now. I’m waiting for the analysis, rather than jumping whenever CNN says jump.
Steve,
You mean give them a chance to accept the puppet acceptable to Israel? The Shah’s son, for instance? What in any event gives us the right to bomb another country – and kill its people – to ” give Iranians the chance to select their own government?”
It’s outrageous. It’s also dishonest.
Sigh. Assuming you are not a believer, nothing gives anyone the right to anything. It’s only a question of what you are willing and able to do. That includes what your own conscience permits you to do.
But that’s the reason I brought up the Liberator. Kidding on the square. In a world packed with ideologues, it’s way too easy to end up with yet another authoritarian ass in charge. Maybe the better answer is one man, one shot.
Hi Steve,
One of the many effronterous aspects of this war is that – once again – it’s a fat old chickenhawk who has launched it. Mr. “bone spurs” dodged the draft when his own ass might have been on the line. And I doubt young Barron will be suiting up to “fight for freedom.” That is to say, for Israel. They are too smart for that; they want cannon fodder from the hills of Appalachia to walk point while they remain safe and far away.
The war prop of June 2025 that I remember is just like the war prop of this war, Israel has already accused Iran of exclusively targeting civilians in Israel. Check out the wiki list of targets. There is a list of israeli targets which are all military plus assassinations–however, that doesn’t say what was actually hit or give the collateral. Only 3 civilian attacks are given–not sure whether they were the target or collateral. However, many of the assassinations occurred in apartment buildings when people were asleep–not only was the target killed, but many/everyone in the building (0 about that on Wiki–just like no-one in the US or Israel mention murdering Khamenei’s wife, daughter and grand-daughter).
When you look at the Iranian targets, the info didn’t come from Iran and doesn’t include anything not publicly reported/censored. Unlike the Israeli list of targets you will get shpiels like this: “A ballistic missile struck a residential building in Bat Yam, which caused “major damage” and resulted in the deaths of nine people and injuries of over 100 others.[6] The missile also caused damage to 61 other buildings in the surrounding area. Around 200 people were injured, according to the MDA, several seriously.[94][95] Five of the civilians killed in Bat Yam were Ukrainian nationals.[96].”
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_attacks_during_the_Twelve-Day_War
Israelis are known liars and expert propagandists. You should watch that purim shpiel video I posted yesterday. If that’s the morality of the future rabbis, what is the morality of the people?
While we pay, all these wars are connected to guess who are making out like bandits! I was checking out the headlines of Jerusalem post and saw this (please check out accompanying photo):

For over 30 years, the ayatollahs have terrorized the Iranian people and spread terror, bloodshed, and violence across the Middle East. They have continually threatened to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth and have supplied lethal weapons to Russia.
The possession of nuclear weapons by Iran would be disastrous for Israel, the Middle East, and the entire world.
The decisive actions of President Trump, together with Israel, will bring peace, stability, and prosperity for the people of the Middle East and freedom for the people of Iran.

YOU not only need a history lesson, but need to get you head out of netanyahu’s and trump’s asses. YOU have a lot to learn
Iran has every right to resist regime change (which for your information occurred in 1953 (yes, 1953) when the Shah of Iran was installed by the USA.
The 1979 “Iran hostage crisis” was a rightful reaction to the forced regime change that took place decades earlier.
Iran’s intent in 1953 was to nationalize its oil resources and take of its citizens, something that the USA and Great Britain could not stand.
How much is israel paying you. $7K per post is still not worth it…
I think you misunderstood, my comment begins, “While WE pay”
Dude, I think he was posting an article he disagrees with.
Hi anarchyst,
I don’t dispute your claim that the Shah was installed by the CIA and MI6, but talking to my Persian clients (they refuse to call themselves Iranian) there was a tremendous amount of freedom (or the illusion of freedom) under the him regime. When he was overthrown in 1979 the Persians that came to university here in the 1970s had to remain here, unable to get back home to their families. The Middle East and most importantly, Persia, is pissed that the USSA and Israel took it upon themselves to invade the region, but no one is upset that Khamenei is dead. Once again, the USSA has destabilized the region, murdered innocent civilians, destroyed homes and infrastructure, and has caused anarchy in the streets of Tehran. There is no guarantee that the new ruler will be just and fair, just that he will be compensated highly until he goes rogue and is assassinated like all before him.
People who advocate regime change in Iran should look in the mirror. The USA suffered regime change brought on by israel on November 22, 1963 with the assassination of the last anti-israel president and has never been the same. Iran has to make its own choices. Iran is none of our business…
Best regards,
I agree. Iran is none of our business.
“no one is upset that Khamenei is dead”
Speak for yourself “raider girl.” I am upset and intend to send a condolence and apology card to the Iranians. It was a heinous, sneaky crime in violation of US and international law. And it didn’t even just kill him but his wife, one daughter & grand daughter (plus others). It dishonors the United States. I don’t agree with a mafia gang/whatever we want is okay style of international relations–I believe in the rule of law. This is the third time Trump has used peace negotiations to cover a sneak attack. I am outraged that rich, unelected Jews, Whitkoff and Kushner, with no experience in diplomacy, no ability to speak for the United States and no accountability to anyone but their Jew Meyer Lansky Epstein gang are conducting U.S. foreign policy–on behalf of that same Jew Meyer Lansky Epstein Gang.
Many Shia Muslims are also very upset. They are attacking the US embassy in Baghdad and consulates across cities in Pakistan. Iran has declared forty days of mourning and I’ve seen many pictures of the grief of the population. It is like when JFK was killed — half the country was not that upset (including Dallas, Texas), but the other half is still talking about it. When the Shah was overthrown there was celebration in the streets also — maybe you should ask your clients if their parents worked for SAVAK.

I also don’t know where you are hearing that there is anarchy in the streets of Tehran. I have heard that to avenge their leader Iran has attacked Israel and every US base in the Middle East. That the USS Abraham Lincoln has retreated. That 3 US planes went down over Kuwait and Iranian planes are flying (Qatar has claimed to have shoot down some of them). France is sending in the Charles De Gaulle. US has announced they are sending more troops (more Americans to die for the Jew Meyer Lansky gang). Saudi oil fields are on fire, a tanker is on fire and the straits of hormuz are closed. Israel has already dropped more bombs than they did in the 12 day war of June and they are expending their defensive missiles at an equally squandering rate (some 9 to 1 and mostly unsuccessfully). But hey they assassinated the Hezbollah political leader (and probably his entire family and apartment building and the four around that)! (but no-one is unhappy according to raider girl and the jews and their supporters who can’t see two fingers in front of their face… OR CAN THEY?
What is the real agenda of Trump (who’s also expending already depleted American munitions like there’s no tomorrow) and the Meyer Lansky gang?
Happy Purim when ALL Amalek is destroyed by the JEWWWWWWS!
This country has gone to I-wrack and I-ruin.
Hi RG,
The Persians you are speaking of are likely the pro-Shah exiles in NoVA who of course want the current regime gone. There are also a concentration of these exiles in Los Angeles as well. While they have a right to their opinions note that they do NOT reflect the opinions of most Iranians. While many are not fans of the current regime, they despise Israel and the US far, far more. Talking to these exiles about the Iranian regime is like talking to the most died in the wool NPR-listening Democrat activist about Trump. Take it with a SERIOUS grain of salt – the size of a boulder.
To be fair to AJC I think he was just quoting the JPost toilet paper, and at the end noted that the writer was a damn UKRAINIAN, not in any way a “Semite”.
The Orange Douchebag, Rubio, Kegsbreath, all of the dual citizens in the administration and CONgress need to be deported to whatever is left of IsraHELL or be guillotined on the National Mall. Personally, I prefer the latter.
Second that MQ,
I’d pay for a front row seat to watch that.
Honest question. Why 1953? Why not 1951, when the Mossedeh gov’t expropriated private property, specifically, all the oil infrastructure? Playing hardball, and not letting them extract enough oil to make it worthwhile? Kinda slimy, but, hey, it’s Iran’s oil. Make them sell the equipment, even at fire sale prices? Again, their oil.
What is it about outright highwayman conduct that some countries get a pass, others do not? Which NAP principle is that?
Victor Suvorov in his book “The Liberators” mentioned that during a training exercise Red Army infantry officers were singing (at night after close of operations for the day and able to drink) “This is a hammer and this is a sickle . And whether you reap or you sow, you’re sure to get f*cked”. (from memory)
That’s where we are now and I don’t think they’ll even use lube this time. As that guy on the internet has pointed out many times in the past “… and then they take you to war”.
“Fun” times ahead.
It feels like Groundhog Day. Everything I despised about Bush, Trump has become. So far this Administration has captured a President of a foreign country and assassinated a supreme leader of another. I am having flashbacks of Libya and Iraq. At the end of the day we ask why. Money, oil to be exact, the same damn playbook time after time.
We know how this will play out, because the game is the same. The defense contractors and oil companies will get richer and the Middle Class will be unable to keep their head above water. Another transfer of wealth to the billionaire class.
Blaming ‘defense contractors and oil companies’ is a time-honored diversion for deflecting attention from Israel. Look, squirrel!
As Eric correctly points out, this is all about Israel. Its strategy since the late 1990s has been to destabilize neighboring countries, with Iran the largest and last on its list.
The foreign lobby AIPAC is spending $221 million in this election cycle to warp our democracy by electing pro-Israel candidates in primaries. Netanyahu visited the US seven times in the past 14 months, including just two weeks before this egregious attack.
So-called ‘ally’ Israel takes, takes, takes from the United States in a wholly one-sided relationship while we (again citing Eric’s essay) pay its odious Judensteuer.
Israel is our misfortune.
Hi Jim,
Do defense contractors and oil companies not make out in times of war? At the end of the day everything is about money.
Right now the USSA invaded and bombed a foreign adversary and the Dow is only down 133 points. Guess who is making bank? Lockheed and Exxon.
Israel maybe our misfortune, but don’t think for a second that the CIA is not calling most of the shots.
Please. Lockheed and Exxon are secondary beneficiaries. Their lobbying efforts are tiny gnats compared to Israel’s massive, elephant-like footprint on politics in all but a handful of Congressional districts.
The CEOs of Lockheed and Exxon do not have the exorbitant privilege of phoning the White House and announcing, ‘Hey, I’m dropping by next week.’ Netanyahu does, and has.
I’m sorry that you apparently can’t be fully candid with us today. But citing the CIA is yet a third diversion, along with ‘defense contractors’ and ‘Big Oil.’ I will say it again: this is all about Israel, and no other entity matters. Open your eyes!
Hi Jim,
I am being candid with you. I am sharing my opinion. Yes, that is very different than yours and most of this forum’s, but that is how I feel.
I wish you all of the best, my friend.
Oil companies are heavily subsidized.
AI: U.S. oil and gas companies receive an estimated
$20.5 billion to over $35 billion annually in direct federal subsidies, tax breaks, and favorable policies. These subsidies often include specialized accounting methods, drilling tax deductions, and reduced royalty rates for public land access. When including broader, indirect, or “implicit” subsidies—such as unpriced environmental and health costs—global estimates are much higher, reaching into the trillions.

In terms of current war: (AI) Based on reports surrounding the U.S.-Israel attacks on Iran in early 2026, the oil industry’s position on conflict with Iran is mixed, driven by a combination of potential profit from price spikes and severe risk to infrastructure.
-Short-Term Profit Gains: As of March 2, 2026, shares for major oil companies like ExxonMobil and Chevron rose due to soaring oil prices (up about 8% to the high $70s/barrel) following the attacks. Higher crude prices generally increase profits for oil producers.
-Long-Term Opportunities: If a war leads to the fall of the current Iranian regime, international oil companies could see a major opportunity to expand production, as Iran has massive, accessible oil reserves.
-Significant Risks: Oil companies also face major risks from a war, including the potential destruction of oil infrastructure in the Gulf states (such as refineries in Saudi Arabia) and the threat of Iran blocking the Strait of Hormuz, which would disrupt global oil supply.
-Market Instability: Shell’s leadership previously warned of a “huge impact on trade” if the conflict disrupts the Strait of Hormuz. While high prices are good for producers, a prolonged, chaotic war could trigger a severe stock market correction, impacting the broader industry.

Aramco halted operations at Saudi Arabia’s largest oil refinery at Ras Tanura after a drone strike in the area. The refinery was shut as a precaution while assessing damage, with a “limited” fire caused by debris from the interception of two drones

Last week Lapid (centrist opposition) directed netanyahu to bomb Iranian oil fields and infrastructure as the way to ensure regime change. (but don’t believe they’ve done that yet)
2/13/26. “Iran war described as ‘biggest opportunity’ at US oil lobby’s DC summit. “Iran holds the biggest promise as well, though they’re the biggest risk, but the biggest opportunity,” McNally proclaimed. “If you can imagine the United States opening an embassy in Tehran, the regime in Tehran reflecting its people – the most pro American population outside of Israel in the Middle East, culturally, commercially adept – historic. If you can imagine our industry going back there, we would get a lot more oil, a lot sooner than we will out of Venezuela.”
According to McNally, who formerly advised President George W. Bush on energy policy, a US regime change war on Iran would be a “terrible day for Moscow, [a] wonderful day for the Iranians, the United States, the oil industry and world peace.”

Thomas Massie: “There’s only one group that’s clearly winning in this war… the Military Industrial Complex. Here’s my $50 billion theory on why we never have peace, regardless of who’s President.” [Why these wars never end just move from Afghanistan to Ukraine to Iran: there’s $50 billion of munitions that need to be blown up a year so stockpile must be replenished at taxpayer expense.]

It’s bad enough that gas prices have been higher the past few years in states that have gone ALL IN with this cliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiimate change/ Net Zero lunacy. But what are the odds that should gas prices go even higher as a result of war with Iran, Democrats running for political office this year will blame it ALL on President Trump, even though most if not all of them have been pushing the demented climate change agenda, which also caused gas prices to go up. And they have the gall to claim they’re running on “Affordability”.
It must be great being a politician. Never mind not having a conscience, morals, or values. They love war, because they get rich (and richer than they deserve) profiting from said wars. And who cares if the price of gasoline goes up because of such a war, and subsequently, groceries and other amenities? They will simply grant themselves a hefty, cost-of-living raise to offset the cost. That WE pay for. It must be great being able to screw Mr. & Ms. Taxpayer not only once, but twice!
President Chump. Where’s that $1.98 gas?
