“The Worst Congressman in the History of Our Country”

Ready for another one?

Trump emitted another one of his contra-MAGA screeds yesterday, hailing onetime Never Trumper Lindsey Graham – who Trump says is “doing a fantastic job” – and denouncing Thomas Massie (again), whom Trump describes as “the Worst Congressman in the History of our Country.”

Probably because Massie – like”traitor” Margorie Taylor Greene and “low IQ” Tucker Carlson and “third rate podcaster” Candace Owens – continue to be America First rather than Israel First. Or – in the case of Graham – Raytheon and General Dynamics First.

It’s like the Star Wars saga, isn’t it? Young Anakin Skywalker (Luke’s father) is seduced by the Dark Side of the Force; by the evil Chancellor Palpatine who is really a Sith Lord and a kind of representation in film of “Netanyahu,” the eastern European Zionist who pretends to be semitic. Young Skywalker becomes Darth Vader after betraying his Jedi friends. Just as Trump has become something like that, having betrayed his former friends (as well as all of us).

At least Darth Vader had a sort of sinister elegance. Trump is just sinister – in the way a rabid raccoon frothing and shaking its head on your porch is sinister.

Now we have the interesting spectacle of his wife making a big public statement that she was never friends with or even knew Epstein and his procurer, Ghislaine Maxwell (daughter of Mossad-connected Robert Maxwell) nevermind that fact that there are numerous photos of certain provenance establishing she’s lying. Is she stupid? Or is she desperate? The two often go together – or least, overlap.

Same goes for her husband. It is startling – to say the least – to find Trump not just throwing his most faithful supporters under the bus but backing the bus up and reversing over them. Why? Well, because they aren’t actually his most faithful supporters. They were – and still are – MAGA supporters. The distinction is important.

MGT, for instance, still supports finding out what exactly was going on with regard to Epstein; not just the sex stuff but the treason stuff. The latter being far more consequential than the merely nasty (and criminally mundane) sex stuff. Massie and Tucker have – like MGT – also begun to publicly question what is sometimes styled the “special relationship” between the United States and the little country that is our “greatest ally” in the same general way that a tapeworm is the ally of the person who has one in his guts.

The wheeling about – of Trump – is so extreme that it is difficult to believe it’s happening. It seems as improbable as finding out the Clint Eastwood is actually gay. And yet, it is happening. Trump has – right before our lyin’ eyes – morphed into anti-MAGA while insisting that MAGA is whatever he says it is – and anyone who says otherwise is a “traitor” or “low IQ.” Never before has the putative leader of a movement so excoriated his own followers.

Well, that’s not quite right.

If you root around in history, you can find other examples of this phenomenon. One is the way Hitler turned on his closest early backers, including Ernst Rohm and the Strasser brothers. Rohm was the professional/career officer who helped organize the SA – or brownshirts, which was Hitler’s private army before he became chancellor. Rohm was reportedly among the very few allowed to address Hitler familiarly, using the German du. The Strassers – especially Gregor Strasser – believed in Hitler’s early promises to ameliorate the conditions of working class Germans and was opposed to Hitler’s anti-Jewish race-baiting.

Rohm and Gregor Strasser were both murdered by Hitler’s thugs on what is known to history as the night of the long knives. The message sent was very clear, but if it needed further enunciation or clarification, it was given by Rudolf Hess, the deputy fuhrer – who was among Hitler’s most fervent toadies. He bellowed that The Party is Hitler! Just as Hitler is Germany and Germany is Hitler! It sounds more appropriately virulent in German.

And perhaps, soon, also in English.

  1. The Worst Congressman First Lady in the History of Our Country

Sorry, this is a clickbait headline. Melania isn’t as bad as say, Nancy ‘Just Say No’ Reagan — as far as we know. But matters are looking a little dicey, after the explosive allegations made by her close associate Amanda Ungaro, likewise a ‘fashion model’ [smirk] who was trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein at age 16.

After Melania’s epic blunder of acknowledging her chatty email to Ghislaine Maxwell, the Streisand Effect has kicked in hard. Let me caution that anything sourced from the total flake Henry Makow is highly suspect. But these images of Melania hangin’ out with Jeffrey Epstein are dynamite:

    https://henrymakow.com/melania.png

Savor the one at upper right — Melania putting her heart and soul into pole dancing, only to elicit an ambivalent poker face from JE, who probably sampled a couple of similar such delicacies that very afternoon.

Like her husband Donnie Fubar, who finds himself on the wrong side of a cycle of escalation dominance, poor Melania faces the same corrosive dynamic. They’d better start scouting new quarters, since eviction from the White House probably looms sooner rather than later.

    • In his impotent fury, Donnie Fubar cuts off a big chunk of the global oil, aluminum and fertilizer supply:

‘President Trump said on Sunday that the U.S. Navy will begin blockading ships from entering or exiting the Strait of Hormuz and intercept vessels that have paid tolls to Iran, after marathon talks in Pakistan failed to yield an agreement to end the war.

“Effective immediately, the United States Navy, the Finest in the World, will begin the process of BLOCKADING any and all Ships trying to enter, or leave, the Strait of Hormuz,” the president said in a post on Truth Social on Sunday morning.

‘Mr. Trump also said he has instructed the Navy to “seek and interdict every vessel in International Waters that has paid a toll to Iran,” and that the U.S. would begin “destroying the mines the Iranians laid in the Straits.”

“Any Iranian who fires at us, or at peaceful vessels, will be BLOWN TO HELL!” he added.’

      https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-strait-of-hormuz-blockade-iran/

This is total, nihilistic flakery. Trump is going to end up more hated than Hitler, as he wrecks the global economy.

      • Pay attention, folks: if Amendment XXV, a military coup, or impeachment do not intervene, Trump’s blockade of Iran will drive gas prices beyond $5.00 a gallon (national average) NEXT WEEK.

This is Donnie’s equivalent to Hitler shooting himself in his bunker. It’s a global suicide move. In his fulminating insanity, he has gone feral.

      • Netanyahu has gone Col. Kurtz on this one.

Having realized that, the next move is both unfortunate and obvious. It might even offer a fitting sort of symmetry, if the rumors are true. But no one has enough insight or gumption to give the order, so it won’t happen.

    • This is what Stephen Himmler Miller and Trump are doing to our neighbors (and their former teen ‘model’ victims): “Ungaro left New York and Washington behind. Having settled in Aventura, Florida, with her husband, everything fell apart last June. “Ten police officers stormed into our home, arrested me, and took my son to the police station,” she says. She and her husband, a Brazilian doctor, were arrested and charged with fraud at a cosmetic clinic following anonymous tips. She denies the charges, emphasizing that her deportation from the U.S. prevented her from defending herself. She insists that “the truth will come to light.” They put her in a cell, “with child murderers!” “Me, who has no criminal record. I was terrified,” she recalls.

When Zampolli learned that his ex-girlfriend was being held in custody, he contacted a senior official at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) so that she would remain jailed and be deported, thereby allowing him to secure the custody of their son that he had long sought, according to The New York Times. ICE complied with his request. Zampolli, reached by phone by EL PAÍS, denies any wrongdoing.

Handcuffed at the hands and feet, she was transferred to an immigration detention center in Miami, where she spent three and a half months in complete horror. Her husband, who had a green card (permanent residency permit), was released. “I volunteered to scrub the floors at six in the morning so I wouldn’t go crazy. I spent the whole day crying; I read the Bible from beginning to end,” she says. She helped others, sharing with them her phone credit to make calls. She claims that there were detainees with residency permits, an octogenarian handcuffed in a wheelchair, and a young woman who had just lost a baby and had to wait a long time to receive medical care…

To proceed with the deportation, she was taken to Louisiana. “It was a hall with more than 120 people, the floor was wet, there were no windows, four days without seeing the sun… I came out infested with lice,” she recounts. She landed in Brazil wearing the prison uniform, with nothing, not even a cell phone.
      https://english.elpais.com/usa/2026-04-12/amanda-ungaro-from-sharing-soirees-with-the-trumps-to-being-deported-by-ice.html

Melania’s Epstein past is safe because Amanda’s rec’d her payout/Trump didn’t sign any peace agreement with Iran and this is the sanitized interview which already appeared in the NYT March 20, 2026 (IDK why it appeared then–but as everyone knows as soon as Iran war started the Zio press dropped Epstein, but whenever peace talks begin/Israel is restrained suddenly Epstein scandal reappears.)

Democracy NOW! Headlines March 19, 2026. Fuel Prices Soar as Israeli Strike on Iranian Gas Field Triggers Retaliatory Attacks. The U.S.-Israeli war on Iran entered a new phase Wednesday after Israel bombed Iran’s South Pars gas field, the largest known natural gas reserve in the world. The attack set off huge fires at a refinery and petrochemical facilities that process the majority of Iran’s domestic supply of natural gas. Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps retaliated by attacking energy infrastructure across the Persian Gulf region. Within hours, Iranian missiles caused extensive damage to Qatar’s Ras Laffan facility, which handles nearly 20% of global exports of liquified natural gas. Separate attacks from Iran damaged two refineries in Kuwait, two oil fields in the United Arab Emirates and a Saudi Aramco refinery at the port of Yanbu — a critical oil terminal in the Red Sea far from Iran, on Saudi Arabia’s western coast.

The escalating attacks set off panic in global markets and sent the price of oil skyrocketing as high as $118 a barrel. Several governments in Asia are now rationing fuel, slashing public services and shortening workweeks to conserve energy. Here in the U.S., gasoline prices are now at their highest level since 2023 and are set to climb further.

  2. Iranians: “The atmosphere of American greed in these talks prevented them from being able to reach an agreement or reach a result or progress.”
    https://t.me/DDGeopolitics/181718#

YNET: After collapse of talks: Vance leaves Pakistan. About an hour after announcing the collapse of talks with Iran in Islamabad, U.S. Vice President JD Vance left the Pakistani capital and took off back to Washington.

YNET. Vance: ‘There are flaws in talks with Iran. We didn’t reach a deal – and we’re heading back to the U.S.’ At the end of the third round of talks with Iran, U.S. Vice President JD Vance issued a statement to the media in which he said the talks did not lead to a deal. “We had a number of substantive discussions with the Iranians. That’s the good news,” Vance said. “The bad news is that we didn’t reach a deal, and I think that’s much worse news for Iran than it is bad news for us. So we’re heading back to the U.S. without having reached a deal.” He added: “There are flaws in the talks with Iran, which chose not to accept the U.S. terms. We were quite flexible. We need to get a commitment that Iran will not pursue nuclear weapons. We came here with a very simple offer – and this is our final and best offer.”

    • Why Is America Quietly Modifying Israel Fighter Jets During Fragile Iran Ceasefire? |Trump,Netanyahu. Even as a fragile ceasefire holds with Iran, the United States is quietly reinforcing Israel’s air dominance. A new $11.4 million deal awarded to Lockheed Martin focuses on upgrading Israel’s F-35 Lightning II fleet with advanced, customised software “data loads.” These enhancements—unique to Israel—are expected to improve mission adaptability, targeting precision, and combat survivability. The move signals long-term strategic planning by Washington, suggesting preparations for potential future escalation even as diplomatic efforts continue.

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SXOQo8VmSeo

      • This is a great talk by John Mearsheimer given yesterday. U.S. and Israel have lost the war. He believes Israel is going to nuke Iran and U.S. won’t prevent it.

        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXQLRDDmU6Q

AI: Yes, the F-35A Lightning II is officially certified to carry the B61-12 thermonuclear gravity bomb, making it the first 5th-generation fighter capable of nuclear strike. This capability is specific to the F-35A variant (conventional takeoff) and not the B or C variants, allowing NATO to use these stealth jets for tactical nuclear deterrence.

      • Morning, AJC!

Of course there will be future escalation. The state of Israel- “Bibi,” et al – will never cease aggressing against any other state it regards as an impediment to its agenda. The Iranians are fools for letting Israel gather is breath, even though I think I understand their decision. I think the Iranians are reasonable and are trying to avoid further escalation. This will be their undoing.

        • “The Iranians are fools for letting Israel gather is breath”

Iranians are not worried about Israel. However, they know they cannot destroy Israel without inviting massive retaliation by U.S. and maybe Europe/U.N. U.S. can destroy Iran’s bridges and power plants. U.S. can nuke Iran. Iran cannot do that to the U.S., but promises to destroy Gulf States and to a lesser extent Israel. Iran is fighting the U.S.

I thought Iranians were walking into a trap going to these negotiations, but apparently they were prepared to die for the glory of God. Iranians were rushing to stand around the sites they thought Trump was threatening to bomb as human shields. Sure they are prepared for nuclear bombing also. Any responsible government would seek peace if possible and to mitigate damage as much as possible. Trump accepted their 10 points as a basis for discussion and Israel knew Lebanon was part of the cease fire.
          https://www.ynetnews.com/article/cg1h072o2

What’s incredible to me is the wickedness, perfidy and greed of my own government in conjunction with our “closest ally” Israel. The horror of the Israeli attacks on Lebanon, which Netanyahu brags about–during a ceasefire, Israel commits 100 strikes in 1 minute, their biggest effort since their pager terrorist attack. The greed of Trump and his Jew cronies who are begging to be cut in to the Hormuz toll booth, but if Iran doesn’t cut them in they’re going to create a governing board including all the GCC countries (not going back to free)–meanwhile nothing about who is going to pay for all U.S. and Israel destroyed in Iran and all the lives they wasted including the 170+ school girls. No, if you don’t surrender, U.S. and Israel are going to destroy everything for everybody!

Drudge is now reporting that Turkey is threatening to invade Israel. Now that Iran has shown the way, maybe the dam will break.

      • New software you say? What could possibly go wrong? Maybe I’m the only one that has ever run into trouble with “new software”.

And, the Iranians letting its enemies “reload” for two weeks doesn’t seem like a great move. It’s not like Israel and the U.S. are in retreat.

    • YNET. 4.11.26. London: More than 500 people arrested at pro-Palestinian protest
523 people were arrested during a pro-Palestinian protest in London, the capital of England, which called for lifting the ban on the activities of the Palestine Action organization. This was reported by the local police, who added that the ages of those arrested ranged from 18 to 87.

      • Britain has become an Orwellian dystopia, arguably as unfree as the Soviet Union and East Germany were back in communist days.

It is shocking to witness Britain’s lurch into absolute tyranny. At least the feisty Irish still make a show of fighting back, as with the fellow who whacked an Americlown C-130 with an ax. 🙂

  3. History shows that authoritarian governments like the Nazis, and even more so the Communists, with the killings of their true believers. It seems totally insane, but it happens all the time.

Tensions and symbolism collided in Spain as residents of El Burgo, Málaga, burned and detonated an effigy of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during Easter Sunday celebrations. The act was part of the traditional “Burning of Judas” ritual, a long-standing Holy Week custom where figures symbolizing betrayal or evil are destroyed.

“The seven-meter (23-foot) figure was packed with 14 kilograms (31 pounds) of gunpowder in El Burgo, a small town near the southern city of Malaga, in a decades-old ceremony on April 5, its Mayor Maria Dolores Narvaez told local television.

Where are the diplomatic reprimands of Israel for mass murdering a couple of hundred thousand people?? They’re still doing it as we speak:

      Seyed Mohammad Marandi
      @s_m_marandi

How is this possible? Why are silent Western politicians and journalists so cowardly and evil?

      Jvnior @Jvnior Apr 10

IDF soldiers sniped a girl in her classroom today, in front of her whole class. She was 9.

Her name is Ritaj Rayhan. Please repost this.

      https://x.com/s_m_marandi/status/2043078906949898627

Massacring nine-year-old girls in front of their classmates: this is what Israel stands for. And ‘we’ helped — with a $3.8 billion subsidy, that bought the ammo used to murder her.

Whatever America ever stood for has died and putrefied. We are swirling down the sewer with our depraved Israeli rulers.

      Israel delenda est.

    • Good for them. They are keeping alive ancient European traditions, predating the conversion and kept alive in modified form even after that.

It’s always good to make occasional symbolic purges of evil, regardless of your religion. These Spaniards recognize that. Too few Americans do, especially the brain dead “Evangelicals”.

  5. It is sad when one gets to the point where, whatever Trump says, to believe the exact opposite. Massie is bad according to Trump? That means Massie has a head on his shoulders, brains between his two ears, and knows how to use them. Trump likes Lindsay Graham? Graham never saw a war he did not like, or want the rest of us to pay for and give our lives over (or that of our loved ones).

  6. 1. Get elected President
    2.
    3. Go down in history

This is trump’s 3D chess strategy. Much like the underpants gnomes, Trump claimed to have a plan, but was missing an important piece. So he listens to anyone who will tell him what he wants to hear. Or in his mind might get him on schoolroom walls next to Washington and Ape Lincoln.

The answer is to take away executive power. The best way to do that is through impeachment and the hangin’ tree… probably put the next guy right in line. Too bad if that were to happen the establishment will screw up the message. Instead of “This guy got too big for his britches, violated the law and harmed innocent people,” the message they’ll take from such an event will be “F*** around with the bureaucracy and find out!”

  7. Trump is now a lame duck, so he no longer needs the MAGA crowd, but if Israel has Epstein photos of him with his dick in a 13-year-old girl’s mouth then he still needs to toe the line for Bibi.

That’s probably the best explanation of all of this.

I was never a MAGA true believe and never joined the cult of personality. I always saw Trump as a kind of schmaltzy carnival act. I voted for him based on 1) immigration and anti-tranny/freak policy, and 2) his willingness to call bullshit on the Clintons, Obama, etc.

  8. Trump should not be ‘burning bridges’ with the good MAGA people — I really think they replaced him with a clone.

BTW I just heard on a video the other day that C. Kirk was killed by an exploding microphone — it was supposed to explode downward (I assume to fake being shot by a bullet) but it malfunctioned and exploded upwards, hitting his neck. That explains the video of his shirt puffing up. Also the video said something about it being manufactured in some factory in TN and they blew that factory up killing 16 people just to cover it up. IDK if I have all the info right, I just heard this in a video somewhere, and IDK if it’s true.

  9. I perceive that the bottom line is that there is not enough money in leaving people alone. Nor does that practice satisfy the dark desires of those who seek power and control.

Regarding the difference between Darth Tangelo and Vader: It seemed that Anakin began with a good heart, wanting to help and save people, haunted by nightmares of the deaths of those he loved and driven by the desire to help them escape these fates. But instead of his potential being embraced, he was held back by bureaucracy and dogma, ultimately to be led astray by Palpatine.

I have considerable difficulty in believing that there was ever any true benevolence in Darth Tangelo. Only crude ambition and deception.

  10. I wish every Clowngress critter were a Thomas Massie, and had zero Miss Lindseys. I also sincerely hope that Massie doesn’t have an “accident” and end up like Charlie Kirk, the Mossad seem to have a special skill of eliminating dissidents.

  11. Republicans here in South Carolina are incorrigibly stupid. If only 1 in 7 of them held to the principles they profess, and had voted for Bob Conley in 2008, Graham would be cleaning restrooms and making new friends at an I-26 rest area today.

In 2008 Conley spectacularly snookered the Democrats and narrowly won their primary election. After the primary, when the Democrats got wise to him, they denounced him and largely supported Graham. Of course, the Republicans wouldn’t support Conley because he had apostatized and turned his back on God’s Own Party, that execrable collective to which they have eternally plighted their miserable political troth.

    https://en.everybodywiki.com/Bob_Conley

  12. Bad move to boost Lindsey. Yeah, Lindsey plays well to the majority of MAGA, but they are fickle. If they can drag this into July, they will probably start deserting, or at least asking inconvenient questions.

“…there are numerous photos of certain provenance establishing she’s lying. Is she stupid? Or is she desperate? The two often go together – or least, overlap.”

That’s just silly. There are hundreds of similar pictures of my wife and I with business associates, and I’d bet a grand she didn’t know his name was Frank 5 minutes later, and I never did explain what he did and how it related to me. The business world up into maybe the mid 6 figures is very different than what it is from 7 figures and up. Most internet sleuths have no knowledge of that world, so everything looks sinister.

      • Yeah, I missed it.

I long ago accepted the fact that whatever is in the “Epstein Files” is what the proven anti-Trump hacks at the FBI wanted there. Masterful psyop. Even the free thinkers have no idea they are being played.

        • Yeah, evidently you also missed Melania’s public statement, in which she explicitly acknowledged having written that 10/23/2002 email to Ghislaine, and then lamely attempted to minimize and discount it.

          I’m not an anti-Trump hack — I’m a freaking anti-Trump maestro! 🙂

*hurls another poison-tipped dart into Trump’s tattered portrait*

        • Oh, Steve, you know the Epstein psyop is from Israel (Epstein set Trump up w/her). Israelis don’t want a ceasefire and they’re squeezing Trump — just like they squeezed him to attack Iran. This video was dropped on Sonar21 site under 4/11/26 LJ Post “Iran Negotiating From a Dominant Position… And Melania’s Strange Presser on Epstein,” but it ain’t by the Iranians: wonder what “4080” means (it’s all over the opening of this video) but in the video it says page “4008” ?

          Allegedly

          • Pretty lousy psyop, by definition. The whole point of a psyop is to influence public opinion, which can’t happen if the kompromat is kept secret, under lock and key either at Epstein’s apartment or an FBI storage room. Massie and MTG would be the ones to successfully pull off the psyop, everyone else having bungled it spectacularly.

But an Israeli blackmail scheme? Sure, I’d believe that.

  13. Is Trump trying to say that NEOCONS who LOVE endless war are “MAGA”? Neocons have been running foreign policy for every single president in my adult lifetime (perhaps longer), and the fact that we’ve been involved in endless war for going on 25 years, that alone may
have contributed significantly to the $39 TRILLION (and counting) debt. To me, MAGA would (ideally) be actually putting a stop to endless war, following the Constitution (which the federal government hasn’t done for I don’t know how long), closing down the security/ surveillance state, and closing government agencies that are corrupt or captive agencies of the industries they purportedly regulate.

    • Oh yes, repealing certain taxes like income & property taxes would also “Make America Great Again”, not MORE ENDLESS WAR.

      • OK. How?

Property taxes are not Federal. It’s a state matter. So while I agree, it needs to be pursued at the state level. At least if one wants something Constitutional.

Repeal the 16th Amendment? You know the process. 2/3 of Congress and 3/4 of the states. While I agree that would be great, there have never been the votes for that my entire life. Or my dad’s entire life. Hell, there have never been the votes to simply repeal ObamaCrap.

We can change it, sure, but it means we have to start electing more Massies. Got a plan for that? Anyone here willing to be a Massie?

          • Well Eric,

If property taxes are ever up for a vote and you have a chance to end them in this way, it would be unwise to stay home and hope that those who wished to keep you a perpetual renter would do the same.

          • Nah, I know at best we will have to shoot our way out. I’d just prefer to exhaust all peaceful means first, no matter how unlikely they are to work.

      • Getting rid of income and property tax would be a win for Joe and Jane American. Why bother owning property when the state or Federal government forces you to pay every year for the privilege? One ends up being a forever-renter. When you die, your inheritors pay an inheritance tax. You can never win against such a corrupt system. I probably should not give them any ideas. But….I can see states deciding (in a hypothetical situation) that since such federal taxes are now eliminated, state legislators will simply raise their own state taxes to match what we were paying federally. Thus, the corrupt (and bankrupt) states can squeeze more money out of people, we never come out ahead. States can reason that since we never saw that money to begin with, it is okay to steal from us.

        • Hi Shadow,

Something else that should be repealed entirely is Vaccine Mandates, though the mere mention of repealing such mandates causes people who’ve bought into the vaccine religion to go into hysteria. However, if government can order you (and your children) to take X number of vaccines, who REALLY owns you, you, or the government?

          • Something else that seems to get little to no mention is the fact that vaccine mandates are NOT about “Protecting Public Health”, but instead means TONS of money for Big Pharma regardless of whether people who’ve taken vaccines (COVID or other vaxxes) suffer negative reactions. What better way for a powerful industry like the pharmaceutical industry to make TONS of money than use government to ORDER people to take or use their product?

            • I find it ironic, in that the “My Body My Choice” crowd are suddenly not so “my body/my choice” when it comes to forcing vaccines onto others. Suddenly, their argument is a moot one. “Safe and Effective”, and yet, the CDC admits they have not one double-blind study (a prerequisite to having immunity) to show said jabs are exactly that! But take it anyway, because we said so!

              • Right Shadow? When these people were pushing COVID vaxx mandates for all (despite the jabs being experimental), they acted very much like the authoritarian they constantly accused Trump of being during his 1st time as president. As for the mandates to take an experimental COVID vaxx, their excuses for pushing them crumbled to pieces when it became too obvious those COVID jabs were NOT “Safe and Effective!” However, if they regain power this year or if someone like Gavin Newsom is (s)elected president in 2028, I wouldn’t put it past them to try to push MANDATORY VAXXES FOR ALL! again, particularly under guise of saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaafety, out of spite for RFK Jr, or if there’s another “pandemic”.

          • Again, I agree in principle, but I also hold the principle that an employer should be able to terminate employment for any reason or no reason at all. If he sets the rule that everyone has to get the jab or hit the pavement, he’s the boss.

It is a state power, though. The 10th Amendment makes that plain. I would like to see an amendment to the Federal Constitution stripping that power from the states, reserving it to the people. But like so much else, I don’t see a path to it.

            • Hi Steve,

It was wrong for employers (private and public sectors) to implement mandates for employees to take an experimental COVID jab despite it having been “Fully approved” by the FDA under the Biden regime. I still say there was shady stuff around that process so the Biden regime could try to ram through COVID vaxx mandates until the Supreme Court (thankfully) put a stop to it.

Also, considering that vaccine manufacturers can’t be sued for harms caused by their products thanks to a 40 year old law, if an employee with a company that mandates a particular vaccine such as the COVID vaxx is harmed by taking said vaccine, can that employee SUE their employer? It would be interesting to see if there have been such lawsuits over the past few years, as countless numbers of people have been harmed if not KILLED just by the “Safe and Effective” COVID vaxxes.

              • Probably.

One of my former employers lost a lawsuit, way back in the day, for denying a guy’s sick day because they didn’t believe he was sick. The reason? Because they weren’t doctors & had no expertise/authority in the matter.

So unless they want to practice medicine without a license they can’t really go much farther than encouraging vaccine uptake, or better yet taking another step back & encouraging you to talk to your doctor about it.

Of course your strongest grounds would be to get it in writing, get the shot only because they ordered you to, then suffer some ill effect, document it as attributable to the shot (and nothing else), *then* sue the pants off of them…if you would have gotten it anyway or if you can’t prove it wasn’t due to something else, the employer is probably off the hook…

Having said this, I recently ran across a job posing where in order to even apply, you had to commit blindly to following some unstated vaccination policy. Needless to say I refused and reported the posting as inappropriate.

          • I am not sure that nurses are going to be there for another pandemic. When New York state mandated the jabs in Lowville the maternity wing shut down because so many nurses left rather than get the jab. After the fact many of these hospitals begged the fired nurses to come back. To which, no surprise, they said no.

  14. I remember when Aunt Lindsay was in his first term. An immigration bill, aka Comprehensive Immigration Reform/Path to Citizenship/Amnesty Bill, when the Palmetto State Queen said, “We’re gonna tell the bigots to shut up and get this bill passed.”

He’s nothing more than John McCain’s cabin boy.

  15. Yesterday I explained to a Brit, who thought South Carolina’s senator had a four-year term, that Lindsey Graham in fact is running this year for his fifth six-year term. He first took office in 2003. The next Clowngress convenes in January 2027 — 24 years later.

Sometimes I wonder how South Carolina became the way it is. In parallel with Graham, the state had the ghastly Nimarata Randhawa Haley as governor from 2011 to 2017. This witch actually traveled to Israel in 2024 and wrote ‘Finish Them!‘ on bombs used to mass murder tens of thousands in Gaza – a sentiment which Senator Graham enthusiastically endorses.

How did this state — the site of Fort Sumter, where the so-called Civil War began on April 12, 1861 — become so mindlessly aggressive and bloodthirsty? Wikipedia recalls:

‘The attack on Fort Sumter is generally taken as the beginning of the American Civil War. Certainly it was so taken at the time—citizens of Charleston were celebrating. The First Battle of Fort Sumter began on April 12, 1861, when South Carolina Militia artillery fired from shore on the US Army garrison. These were (both sides agreed) the first shots of the war. The bombardment continued all day, watched by many happy civilians. The fort had been cut off from its supply line and surrendered the next day.’

In Gone With the Wind, Margaret Mitchell described the euphoria which followed in Georgia. At a party attended by Scarlett O’Hara, the Tarleton twins dismissed concerns, saying that war talk spoils parties and that the fighting would be over in weeks.

Well, it just happened again, didn’t it, in Iran? Fake semite Netanyahu led a credulous Trumpy Bear down the garden path, saying that Iran would fold helplessly. But in the wake of this epic misjudgment, Trump and Lindsey Graham only double down, threatening more feckless bombing as Iran throttles the global economy.

One is surprised only that some public-spirited South Carolina citizen doesn’t assault Graham for what he’s done to us. But chances are the rum-soaked old poofter doesn’t go there very often. He’d rather prowl Disney World with a Little Mermaid bubble wand in hand, on the make for young boys. Just don’t call him ‘Short Eyes’!

    • South Carolina has a bad habit of electing people to the Senate and keeps sending them back till they are dead. Strom Thurmond and Fritz Hollings were there forever.

Supposedly Grahams primary is tight so maybe we’ll get lucky. The fact that Trump felt the need to unleash one of his retarded posts attacking the guy might be a good sign.

  16. I am amused every day at the new Trump statements, not really in a good way but I now look forward to how far the crazy has progressed.

Cult members will label it 5D chess, but to normal people it is obviously a sign of the flailing about of a man who has lost control of the narrative and his supporters.

Now, it is possible that he really thinks he is doing a stellar job and all is well. He could be fed fake info by his staff and intel, but if not it is a sign of desperation and/or mental instability.

Either way, it is kind of amazing to watch.

  17. Nitnoid: Anakin Skywalker became Darth Vader, not Luke.

Trump has officially gone off the deep end. Or the mask has finally come off. Whatever. He’s a menace to the country. And, he’ll have lost three generations to the conservative cause (Gen X, Millennials, Gen Z).

I plan on voting in the primary to cast ballots against Trump endorsed candidates. Otherwise am skipping the general election.
