I have given that a great deal of thought. I think the answer is that it begins with no laws save one – violation of which entails the death penalty. The law which must never be transgressed? To suggest or advocate for the taking or infringement of another man’s property (as well as the actual taking or attempted taking/infringement of it).

The first idea that popped into my head was allow free trade, then I thought enforce the Constitution. I think all the wealth of Congress and Trump seized to pay for their crimes against humanity.
Next big idea, let the States regulate themselves, but that is about where I am unable to suggest more since I do not actually know how laws work.
Should schools be regulated by the state, federal or any level of government?
What about guns?
If the US Dollar collapses, should States issue their own currency, how would government pay the sheriff? Should we have sheriffs?
I have to say, I would not know what to do if the nation descends into anarchy and hyperinflation.
I do think the USA has really bad karma from the evil we did in wars – USIsrael bombed schools and hospitals, and killed first responders, etc. Imagine if that happened to us? We funded Israel to level whole towns. My god man, we created such chaos and death what happens to us when the law of karma visits us?
