Here’s the clip of last night’s get-together with Gard Goldsmith, host of The Liberty Conspiracy podcast. We talked about the war, the war tax and where things may be headed, among other things:

I agree with you that it is just gobbledygook to keep the American public from knowing what they are doing–sounds “good” for the evening news byte. One interesting thing I heard from Mearsheimer on Chris Hedges show was that 20 million barrels were coming out of Strait of Hormuz daily most of it going to China, but China has reduced demand by 5 million per day and 5 Million were being exported by Saudis through a Red Sea pipeline plus 2 more million by UAE through a pipeline out of Oman. So world was only experiencing an actual shortage of 8 million per day (and there was some relief when Strait was opened during MOU; Iran got a lot out). However, Houthis just put a blockade on Saudi Arabia in the Red Sea and UAE may be closed down in Oman also. So prices could really start spiking.

(AI) U.S. Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) is a staunch supporter of Israel and has been highly active in advocating for U.S. aid, opposing antisemitism, and assisting American citizens during conflicts in the region.
“Key highlights regarding Senator Marshall’s position on Israel include: Evacuation Assistance: Following travel advisories and escalations in the Middle East, Senator Marshall’s office has actively offered assistance to help Kansans and Americans safely evacuate from Israel and other alerted countries in the region.
“Legislative Action: Sen. Marshall introduced the Stand with Israel Act, which aims to cut off U.S. funding to United Nations agencies if they expel, downgrade, or restrict the participation of Israel. He has also co-sponsored the Israel Anti-Boycott Act to oppose the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement.
“Standalone Aid: During previous legislative debates, Marshall strongly advocated that military and financial aid to Israel be treated as separate and distinct from other foreign aid packages (such as aid for Ukraine) to ensure immediate and unconditional support.
“Condemning Rhetoric: He has been vocal on the Senate floor and in national media condemning anti-Israel rhetoric and violence against Jews, demanding stronger, tangible actions rather than “lip service” from the U.S. government.”

“Below is Senator Roger Marshall’s record and public positions on issues important to the Jewish community.
“Senator Marshall opposed the nuclear agreement with Iran and he applauded President Trump’s decision to withdraw from the deal. He said that sanctions relief “allowed the regime to recover economically but their intention to buy time and continue to develop nuclear weapons has remained the same.”
“Sen. Marshall opposes the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement that singularly targets Israel. He cosponsored the Israel Anti-Boycott Act, a legislation that refutes and seeks to actively combat BDS. He cosponsored H. Res. 246 that opposed the delegitimization of Israel and the global Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement targeting Israel.
“Marshall voted for the bipartisan House Resolution 11 that objected the UN Security Council Resolution 2334, which claimed that Israel’s settlements have no legal validity. He supported the decision of the Trump administration to move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem.
“As a Congressman, Marshall cosponsored the United States-Israel Security Assistance Authorization Act, a legislation that supports full funding of security assistance to Israel as outlined in the 2016 U.S.-Israel Memorandum of Understanding.”

“Sen. Roger Marshall’s net worth is estimated at 9 million dollars. He doesn’t understand what losing Medicaid means to a middle class family or those living in poverty.” (b4 senator was an MD OBGYN)
“in an increasingly impoverished state, Roger Marshall owns two homes (one a 300-acre ranch) and has an estimated net worth of 9 million dollars. he also walked out of his town hall after less than an hour of “talking” with residents. all on a $174k yearly salary.
being a public servant sure looks good, don’t it? Kansas.”
(AI) “The controversy surrounding Senator Roger Marshall’s residency centers on his official home in western Kansas and his ownership of a $1.2 million vacation property in Sarasota, Florida. While critics allege he spends the majority of his time in Florida, his office maintains that his primary residence is in Kansas and that the Florida home is strictly used for vacations and visiting family. The discussion over where the Kansas Republican lives involves specific details on both properties and the resulting political scrutiny:The Kansas Cabin: Senator Marshall officially calls a 1,120-square-foot cabin in rural Stafford County, Kansas, his home. The property is on roughly 310 acres of family ranch land and is valued at approximately $124,200.The Florida Home: Marshall owns a three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation house in Sarasota, Florida, valued at $1.2 million. His office states that he uses this property to visit his children and grandchildren over the holidays.Taxpayer-Funded Travel: The controversy escalated when records revealed Marshall took multiple official trips to the Sarasota area during his time in the Senate. Critics raised concerns over the use of taxpayer dollars for these flights. Marshall’s office defended the travel, asserting that the trips were for official Senate duties—such as visiting military bases and attending agriculture meetings—rather than personal vacations.”
Listen to this R-party f*cktard:
“I said from the beginning I hate war,” said Sen. Roger Marshall (R-Kan.). “This is the stupidity of war that we’re living through but yet I think our goal of making sure Iran never has nukes is worth it.
“Keeping my goals in mind, I’ve always had, ‘No nukes for Iran, no boots on the ground, this can’t be a forever war,” he said.
Never mind that his three goals are mutually incompatible. Iran didn’t have nuclear weapons — even had a religious fatwa against them — at least until the US and Israel unilaterally attacked it on Feb. 28. ‘No boots on the ground’ means ‘forever war’ until the US admits it lost and walks the hell away.
America is dying because it’s run by abject fools like Senator Marshall, who fail to understand that: 1. Iran is none of our concern; and 2. the US is bankrupt and has neither the money nor the weapons to rule the freaking world any more.
Our national decay is accelerating, as conventional-thinking, Israel-serving Congress Clowns drive us to ruin. Ritually hurling Senator Marshall into the boiling caldera on the big island in Hawaii might appease the angry gods. 😉
