Have you heard about “COVID Syndrome”? It is the polite term for the pathological hypochondria instilled in people during the “pandemic” – air fingers quote marks to emphasize that it wasn’t one anymore than those drugs they pushed on people were “vaccines” since they did not prevent anyone from getting or spreading “COVID.”

Unless, of course, you are someone who believes a sickness that doesn’t cause death in 99.8 percent of those who catch it constitutes a “pandemic.” If you think it does, then you must agree that there is a “pandemic” of sports injuries.

Anyhow, news broke a few days ago about a German family – two parents and three kids – who’d locked themselves down in a house in Spain for the past four years (since 2021) because they were pathologically afraid of catching “COVID.”

The kids were forced to wear “masks” inside the home, according to news stories. That is to say, inside a house that no outside person entered for the past four years. A reasoning brain might deduce that since everyone inside the house did not have “COVID” they could not catch “COVID” from anyone inside the house and – accordingly – wearing “masks” inside the house would be as ridiculous as placing a diaper on a statue based on the fear it might not make it to the bathroom in time.

The parents of these kids did not think it ridiculous to “mask” their kids for the past fours years. But is that fundamentally any different than thinking it wasn’t ridiculous to “mask” four years ago? Hundreds of millions did. There are still probably at least a few hundred thousand who are still doing it today – four years later. I saw one of them just yesterday – alone in her car, the windows rolled up. She was wearing a “mask” and so clearly believed it is not ridiculous to wear one. I saw another one inside the store. It did not matter to her that everyone else inside the store wasn’t wearing a “mask.” She could see that everyone else was fine. Yet she clearly still believes – italics to make a point that what we are seeing is a manifestation of a pathologically morbid dread of sickness. That is to say, a variant of hypochondria so persistent it will likely never go away absent powerful therapeutic intervention.

Such intervention being the only way to cure the normalization of mental illness that occurred during the “pandemic.” The government and (far worse) medical authorities who knew better deliberately egged on a general panic grossly out-of-proportion to the threat. They normalized irrational – pathological – behavior by requiring people to participate in irrational behavior. This included much more than “mask” wearing. It included fostered fear of other people – from whom one might catch “COVID” – never mind that “mask” you (and they) are forced to wear that they insisted “stopped the spread.” People were also expected – required – to stand far apart and interact with other people behind plexiglass dividers, which were suddenly at every checkout counter in every store in the country, almost as if they’d been stockpiled in anticipation of a need.

This went on for years. You can see what it did to people. To society. The German family in Spain is a symptom not an aberration. They can even be said to have behaved more consistently, at least, than the majority of people who pretended to agree a “pandemic” was afoot. You saw them, too. The ones who made clowns of themselves by agreeing to wear their “mask” to walk to the table at a restaurant – at which point they were allowed to remove their “masks” to eat. The ones who affixed a bandana – which qualified as a “mask” – over their faces, in order to pass muster with the door guard. The ones who still wear their “masks” below their noses.

Is it any wonder, really, that other symptoms of profoundly disordered thinking began to appear en masse right around the same time the government and health authorities did their all to normalize disordered thinking? The “trans” movement – i.e., the pathological idea that one’s sex is a matter of belief and that changed belief is the same as changed sex – and other people are obliged to pretend this isn’t disordered thinking – metastasized in the wake of the normalization of “mask” wearing and related rituals formerly associated with disordered thinking.

It bears thinking about.

When the self-shuttered family was discovered by authorities, the parents begged the authorities to put on “masks” before they took the children outside. They did so – thereby affirming the illness afflicting the parents and (so it seems) the kids.

Astoundingly – given the context – the parents were arrested and charged with domestic violence and child abuse. Why? All they were doing was what everyone else in the world was ordered to do – for years – during the “pandemic.”

Why is doing it consistently now a crime – whereas when one didn’t do these things during the “pandemic” it was regarded as criminal?

No wonder the world’s gone crazy.

And remains crazy.
