Trump FACES PERFECT STORM on DEADLY SATURDAY

the Houthis are still attacking Riyahd oil tanks
“Houthi militants have claimed responsibility for drone and missile attacks on oil tanks near Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport, resulting in visible flames and smoke. ”
These morons think the Saudi East-West pipeline can be repaired when the Houthis are still attacking other oil tanks and pipes. Saudi Arabia as an oil producer is permanently finished until this war is over.
“Saudi Arabia’s share of global oil production, it normally supplies roughly 10–12% of the world’s oil.”
‘What fool buys a $2 million home he cannot insure; what bank will lend?’ — Yukon Jack
Many well-heeled second home buyers pay cash. No lender means no mandatory homeowners insurance.
My modest cabin has no mortgage, so buying fire insurance is at my option. As you say, it’s absurdly costly. Fortunately this been a rainy monsoon, so fire season is over till next year.
My point is why are homes still so expensive when fires are this constant danger. I have a friend who lives out in Ruch, Oregon, he has had to do 3 immediate fire evacuations in the last 2 years. The sheriff shows up and commands him to leave immediately. So we talk about this constantly, and since I motorbike in that area I see hundreds of for sale signs which did not exist 2 years ago, then I check Zillow and see same high prices. Makes no sense to me.
Lots of charts to convince you the housing bubble bust is on, just wait until fuel prices double and mobility becomes a problem:

What’s that country home worth when you can’t afford fuel to commute to town?
where I live country homes are a million dollars and up, but you can not get fire insurance in an area where many fires occur every season
so why are they worth that much, what fools buys a 2 million home he can not insure, what bank with lend?
what happens when interest rates spike to 1970s levels and banks stop lending to risky areas?
