(Reuters) – A secretive U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration unit is funneling information from intelligence intercepts, wiretaps, informants and a massive database of telephone records to authorities across the nation to help them launch criminal investigations of Americans.

  1. With their drones and guns and drones and guns, hurroo, hurroo. The enemies they all have slew ye. Oh my darling dear, Ye look so queer. Johnny I hardly knew ye.

Where are your legs that used to run, hurroo, hurroo
A pig in a sty watching a plasmascreen sun, hurroo, hurroo
Nothing you’ve learnt but to carry a gun. I fear your dancing days are done. Johnny I hardly knew ye.

Where are your eyes that were so mild, hurroo, hurroo
You’re nothing but murderous fears gone wild, hurroo, hurroo. Where are your eyes that were so mild. When my heart you so beguiled. Why did ye run from me and the child. Oh Johnny, I hardly knew ye.

Ye haven’t an arm, ye haven’t a leg, hurroo, hurroo
Ye’re an armless, boneless, chickenless egg, hurroo, hurroo. Ye’ll have to put with a bowl out to beg. Oh Johnny I hardly knew ye.

They’re rolling out the guns again, hurroo, hurroo
My new man gave me a daughter and another son, hurroo, hurroo. Won’t hear your promises. Won’t hear your lies. The day you come for them’s the day you die. Johnny I’m swearing to ye.
