Well, it’s not technically mail. It is junior-high level name-calling emitted by anonymous readers who don’t like something I’ve written, such as my recent Weird Thing article.
The following barrage was emitted by someone who styles himself – herself? – UsingWordsCorrectly. An odd handle, given there is no such word as UsingWordsCorrectly. It is also not a proper noun or pronoun.
Anyhow. 
This person says – among other things – that “Eric still doesn’t understand. Retards be retarded.” An interesting construction coming from a person who styles himself (herself?) UsingWordsCorrectly. “Retards be” being an illiteracy.
There is also “Learn2Browse fuckhead.” Apparently, UsingWordsCorrectly does not know how to use punctuation correctly. A comma is called for, “fuckhead.” Also, “Learn2Browse” is not using words correctly, either. The correct form is “learn to browse.”
The final belles lettres reads: “Eric is a fucking idiot. Eat shit Eric for acting like an hysterical bitch because you don’t know how to use an internet browser.”
Well, according to my AP Style Guide, “The word Internet is considered a proper noun when referring to the global network of interconnected computer networks.” UsingWordsCorrectly missed that one. A pedantic point? Perhaps. But when you style yourself UsingWordsCorrectly, you really ought to do just that.

I would not be surprised if this were a bot on the payroll of feds. They are everywhere pushing violence, vitriol, division, and general chaos – especially amongst those who would dare criticize narratives they currently push.

Yeah, well, APe News also capitalizes ‘Black’ when referring to people of African origin, but not ‘white’ when describing a Caucasian [which is capitalized]. Go figure. APe News stenographers can’t type Shakespeare, but it’s amazing they can type at all.
Nobody capitalizes ‘Internet’ anymore. That is so fuddy-duddy, so schoolmarmish, so thirty years ago. The word internet became generic before this century began, just as Kleenex did in our grandparents’ time.
Wait, I misspoke! The Orange Flake capitalizes Internet, and just about every other Noun when he’s posting Tweets about our Great Country.

They sound like bored trolls. I wouldn’t give them a second thought or attention by writing about them.
You know Eric, I’ve learned much from you when it comes to writing and vocabulary, not to mention vehicles and history. Viz “Belles Lettres”.
My only critique would be that you sometimes could benefit from a proofreader, and though I’d happily volunteer for the task, you usually publish articles at 2 AM or so my time.
I’m not bothered by the occasional typo. In fact, it shows to me that the focus is on substance over form.
When you’re the chief cook and bottle washer, something’s got to give.
Perhaps you need a letter to the editor section of the site. By the looks of the mail you get it will look a lot like 2600 magazine did when I read it years ago with grammar NAZIS complaining about improper use of semi colons and what have you. It may turnout to be a very popular part of our daily reading enjoyment.
Eric, if that’s the best they have, then wear it as a badge of honor.

Fine products of the Dolt Factories, aka public schools. It never ceases to amaze me when I hear broadcasters, college graduates all, making grammatical errors. I would have flunked 9th grade English using such poor structure, yet they have diplomas celebrating their erudition.
Hard to believe he-she-it was will to pay for a stamp. Hang on to the envelope. Not cheap nowadays. I agree with Galt increase your security. There are insane folks out there and you are a target. I also would not acknowledge the letters on your site. You can be sure he-she-it is reading this and will be angered.
