Hopefully, the scruffy little dictator of Ukraine is lying – or being misquoted. Nonetheless, it is alarming – if you’re among the sane – to read that, supposedly, “US BOOTS ON THE GROUND in Ukraine (is) being discussed.”
The good news is “troop deployment is UP TO THE UNITED STATES.”
This being “good news” in the same way that being told you have cancer – but it hasn’t spread yet – is “good news.”
If you voted for Trump, did you vote to send American troops to . . . Keeeeeeeeeeeeev? That would be bad enough, given that sending American troops (and American tax dollars) to these shithole countries where no American interest are involved – as opposed to the interests of the people who control the government that rules America – is always a bad idea for Americans, who get nothing in return except slain and crippled Americans and higher taxes as well as the well-earned contempt of the people who live in the countries curb-stomped by American troops.
It is much worse, of course, as regards Keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeev – because that means Russia, which is not a shithole country. It is a country that has (according to most estimates) about 5,000 nuclear warheads and the means to deliver them anywhere. London, for instance.
Or Washington, DC.
Not that it would be such a bad thing – as such. If only it were just that nest of corruption. Unfortunately, it would not be contained to just a therapeutic fusion cleansing. There is no plausible scenario for a controlled nuclear conflict because once one goes off, the response will be to let another one off and then another in response to that one. Indeed, unless the “strategic doctrine” of the Cold War has changed – and there are no indications it has changed – once one side detects and confirms a launch by the other side, a massive response is triggered – because if not, then within half an hour, it could be game over for the side that holds back. If London is turned to glass, will the Starmer regime not turn Moscow to glass? Once the nukes start flying in Europe, the idea that it will be contained to Europe is an idea that only a very stupid or very delusional person could take seriously.
And for what? Keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeev?

Of course not. Meaning it isn’t really that they are trying to trigger a war with Russia – even at the risk of triggering a nuclear war. It is that they – Starmer and the other Eurotrash leaders who’ve flooded Europe with hordes of non-Europeans – need a war to deal with the internal problems they’ve created by flooding Europe with hordes of non-Europeans. Britain teeters on the verge of civil war because Britons tire of being replaced. They wax restless – because they correctly sense they face an existential threat. They are not wrong. It is so bad that the British government – which is an occupying government at this point – is rounding up people for daring to say anything other than affirmative about their replacement. The same situation in Germany and other European countries that were European as recently as 20 years ago. 
Starmer and his fellow flooders of Europe with non-Europeans know they have got to do something before it gets out of hand. Meaning, before the people being replaced take matters into their own hands. A war with Russia would serve nicely.
The Eurotrash leaders could declare martial law. They could outlaw the slightest dissent. Most of all, they probably hope that the people on the verge of revolt will forget that they are being replaced by rousing calls to defend their homelands from the evil Russians. The hair in the soup, of course, is that the native people of Europe increasingly sense they no longer have a homeland as it is is being given to hordes of non-Europeans. The burqa and the crescent moon are becoming a more common sight in former European capitals than the Christian cross and English or German or French as the languages of what were once Britain, Germany and France.
It is doubtful the native Britons or French or Germans – the few that remain – will be much excited about fighting Russians for the (putative) sake of Keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeev.
But that doesn’t mean there won’t be a war.
Few Europeans – or Americans – wanted a European war in 1914. Few of them thought that Archduke Franz Ferdinand was worth dying (and killing) for. And yet they were dragged into a world war by a rip tide of events initiated by a small handful of dolts and maniacs. It happened again in 1939. Millions – tens of millions – died. The flower of two generations of European manhood.
It left Europe in the hands of cucks and traitors such as Starmer and Merz and Macron. These goad a man like Putin, a thing as foolish and possibly fatal as a sheep bleating at a wolf.
If it has the vibe of 1914 – and 1939 – all over again, that’s because it does.

Tariffs per se are not the problem — it’s their unpredictability. If you have a container of furniture on the water, and the tariff pops by 25% before it lands in LA/Long Beach, there goes your gross margin. The importer presumably had planned knowing the tariff was planned to increase when they scheduled the container to depart it’s port.
It wasn’t like the tariff was announced 12/31, it was on the board weeks and months ago. Any furniture importer who is blindsided by a 1/1 tariff increase wasn’t paying attention.
The factory owner in NC also planned his business months ago based on this assumption, hopefully to have production up and running in time to gain from this new price increase.
He’ll be hurt now with his margin going away suddenly. Whether he used cash or has loan obligations does not matter, his January revenue is not going to come. He may not sell any furniture at all, so faced instant financial stress.

Welcome to the other half. I’ve often thought of walking away from my job but I’m conflicted because I also feel it’s an important job. Even more now with all the illness and sudden-and-unexpected consequences for people taking the clot shots. We’re down about 30% on staffing due to it and with the uncertainty there’s a hiring freeze that will leave the open positions unfilled for some time. What I do is utilities infrastructure regional coordination, so yeah, I work for the commie electrical distribution system. But I also think pragmatically that I’m not sure if the alternative of Shrugging and letting it fail is better. Most of the people I work with are OK but it’s a government agency so plenty of sloth and incompetence. Luckily those traits tend to overlap with believing authority so the ones using most sick time are usually the least productive. But they’re also warm bodies who I can offload some work to and with them gone there’s a serious increase in bulllshit work I have to do. What they lack in useful skills they make up in skill to push paper around efficiently. Our mandate was get the shot or test/mask, which if that comes back I’m not sure. It might be time to retire early if it roots.

Thanks to having come across the online program The Highwire during COVID and watching it weekly since then, I’ve learned that the whole Vaccine program has been a decades long scam, yet quite profitable for Big Pharma, as they CAN’T be sued for harms caused by their vaccines thanks to a law passed around 40 years ago, and likely had a hand in the ever expanding “Childhood Vaccination schedule” since then. Also, the term “Safe and Effective!” wasn’t just used for COVID vaxxes; it was also used in the past for OTHER vaccines such as the Polio vaccine, but diseases that were common in the 20th century likely disappeared NOT because of vaccines like the medical establishment wants everyone to belieeeeeeeeeeve but because of improved sanitation and hygiene practices. And now I see stories of polio cases NOT because of the unvaxxed, but BECAUSE of vaxxes like oral Polio vaccines.
As for the BS term “Safe and Effective!”, I wouldn’t be surprised if the federal government also used that term for the influenza jab they wanted ALL Americans to take 50 years ago but was actually harmful to who knows how many Americans who DID take it.

I have always had problems with trusting “authorities”. For some reason, I just have a problem with the do what I say because I said it idea.
I remembered several issuances of “death is upon us” warnings in the past, so I wasn’t excited about new thing at the time. Covid made me dig deeper, read research papers, and I quickly found CDC & NIH published papers contradicted what was being publicly stated.
That made me seek out new voices who made sense, urging caution and pushing back on the narrative with facts. I found enough info to suggest to me that there is little benefit of most vaccines that sanitation can’t provide. And the negatives are much greater than anyone cares to address.

How convenient that Mullis died August of 2019 (Pneumonia), and right before the pandemic started. Mullis stated he could make anyone test “positive” for anything, if the CT (Cycle Threshold) was high enough. Most hospitals were jacking the CT up to the 30’s. Anything above 17 (from what I had read) is too high. So no wonder everyone was “positive”. It is a scientific tool (the PCR test), nothing more, but it has since been abused for other purposes. And how convenient Mullis is not around to refute the misuse.

When you think about it, that calls into question basically every shred of forensic DNA evidence, also.
How many cycles would it take to generate a match for a random sample taken from a random person? And how many cycles does the lab run to process, say, a typical murder case?
DNA is quite different from PCR. DNA testing looks for unique genetic patterns and compares them to something else. PCR assumes something is present then processes it repeatedly to see how much shows up, if it doesn’t by about 15-20 cycles, it doesn’t exist. Over 20 cycles there is so much noise in the signal that you can claim the presence of anything. It is most useful for checking the purity of biological samples.

WW3 is, in fact, a bigger problem than immigration, at least in the short term. In the long run, a generation or so, immigration is the more certain path to victory, as you note in your examples about the wonders of diversity in Europe. The good news is that the risk of WW3 is negligible.
Putin doesn’t need nukes. His supersonic missiles are a great plenty, particularly if he keeps a short leash on their targeting. The militarization of police departments is a trend that should not only be stopped, but reversed.
A dangerous slippery slope that has already been crossed is that of police officers being trained to regard the average citizen as the “enemy”.
Every military in the world depersonalizes (dehumanizes) the “enemy”. In a war footing this is a necessary part of combat–getting ordinarily non-violent people to attack the enemy without regard to his humanity.
Problems arise when these tactics are used by civilian police departments. Although military veterans can make good police officers, this “depersonalization” training that they received in the military is not reversed. In fact, in most police departments, this is seen as a “plus”. This results in unnecessary citizen “casualties” often with tragic results.
Qualified immunity assures police departments that questionable and illegal tactics and behavior will be protected from scrutiny.
Add to that, the “israeli model” of policing is the norm for every American police department, trainers being sent to israel to “see how its done”, practicing on Palestinians. True “peacekeeping” has been replaced with “command and control” where the citizenry is “commanded” (ordered) to perform (comply) for the enforcers. Not good…

I have mixed feelings about it. I’d feel a lot better dealing with Officer Friendly backed only by the snub-nose .38 he’s only ever drawn at the range, but Officer Friendly is seriously out-gunned by the gimmigrants and our own domestic cultural enrichers. I don’t think it’s realistic to expect to be able to return to the Officer Friendly model before all our cultural enrichers, foreign, domestic, and those calling the shots in the capitals, are all either deported or swinging from lampposts.
With the demographic that made Officer Friendly possible, I think we’d see a return to that model.

Professional police forces as we know them today were only formed in the post-Civil War era to control the hordes of poor, illiterate urban immigrants the capitalist pigs had brought in for cheap labor. Immigrants bombed Haymarket Square and Wall Street, shot Henry Clay Frick, and kidnapped Lindbergh’s baby. Police were established to protect the upper class capitalists by infringing on the Constitutional rights of the people, particularly gun rights. In New York in 1911, the Irish pimp Tim Sullivan made it a felony to possess a handgun without the permission of the Irish-controlled police. He went insane from syphilis and died shortly thereafter, but the government police still enforce his law to this day and tens of thousands have done hard prison time despite the crystal-clear wording of the Second Amendment.
The police are not your friends, they are a gang of thugs who serve the elites, and they are paid with the taxes of the very people they oppress.
I’d rather the U.S. military be in any country than our own. It makes me nervous having a highly trained, super weaponized standing army in our own backyard with all these dictators chomping at the bit to deploy it in our own backyard (as Trump has already experimented with).
That aside, here’s where I think the Ukraine war experiment is having massive implications for the rest of the world, including for us at home: drone technology. It’s no secret that drone warfare has experienced an exponential leap since the Ukrainians have been using tethered drones and other novel uses for UAVs. It’s one reason why the Pentagon recently announced a $1 billion “Drone Dominance Program” to, in the words of Reuters, “rapidly acquire hundreds of thousands of cheap, small, one-way (kamikaze) drones to field them quickly, learning from conflicts like Ukraine.”
As an aside, I’d like to throw this out there for Eric to possibly consider for a future article: has anyone else noticed the massive increase in police (and possibly military) drones flying around towns and cities across the country in just the last 1-2 years? I see them at night in towns across the South. In my area of coastal NC, I can no longer go for a late-night run on the beach without being followed and closely monitored by these aerial menaces. I’m pretty sure these are police drones, and I’m certain they’ve called the cops on me several times for being what I assume is a “suspicious character” running near an empty housing development in the late hours. (The police have never harassed me but I notice they do conveniently show up with their flashlights shining within a few minutes of the drones spotting me.)
The conspiracy theorist in me sees this development as a potentially massive problem if we ever have another scamdemic. In 2020, I was able to be out and about the beach at night unmolested by police despite a state-wide curfew. I don’t think that would be possible now.
I haven’t seen such drones in my area of Upcountry South Carolina. But according to this May, 2020 article in USA Today, even five years ago police were using drones for the very thing you described — namely, enforcement of “stay-at-home orders and social-distancing guidelines”.

Lots of drones in use around here; the insurance mafia use them to look over your property and decide if they want you to trim back trees near the house or if it’s time to replace the roof. The cops use them to monitor large gatherings, i.e. protests, sports events, etc. I am sure there are some kamikaze drones available to take out anyone who is guilty of wrongthink.

Well, there was that father in Kentucky (2015) who shot down a drone that had been hoovering in his back yard where his teenage daughter was (in the garden). The father’s charges of “wonton endangerment & criminal mischief” were dismissed. A rare, sane judge ruled the father had every right to shoot said drone out of the sky, because it was invading his privacy, and was over his property. We need more of these types of judges, because the lunatics are rapidly taking over the asylum.
This is the “Drone as First Responder” program. Driven mostly by Skydio but there are others, this is placing drones throughout a city, especially in so-called high crime areas, where someone is sitting in the 911 dispatch center in front of a console that can launch a drone, fly it to the situation and help make an assessment and relay information to the squad cars in route. Another variant is that there are drones in the back of squad cars that can be deployed by “anyone” and flown by a central pilot back at the barracks, so that the sergeant can make the call.
Skydio’s solution is pretty much turn-key at this point. They get the necessary waivers from the FAA, they determine the best places to deploy the landing docs, they help get grants and other funding. They have retired LEOs on staff to help with sales and training. They feature the happy ending stories about how they found the lost puppy/child/grandma, that the drone was able to locate the getaway vehicle with thermal imaging, or the “bad guy” surrendered to the drone (chuckle).
Skydio is probably going to go public pretty soon. Their C round funding came from A16Z (Andreessen Horowitz) and this is really when the DFR and utility remote monitoring plans really gelled. My guess is that they need to get at least $400 million out of the company, and likely a lot more. Not only that, but In-Q-Tel (the CIA investment fund) threw in some cash and tech transfer in 2019. Now that the Chinese drones are banned it will clear out the sky for Skydio to take over the police work.
