Here’s the clip of yesterday’s talk with Tom Mullen, host of the Talk Freedom podcast. We mainly got into the kiboshing of the “endangerment finding” that served as the regulatory basis for the de facto EV Mandates that have – so far – cost the industry $55 billion.
And counting!

Mr. Mullen has an interesting take on the Epstein affair over at LRC.
https://www.lewrockwell.com/2026/02/no_author/the-epstein-saga-and-the-libertarian-delusion/
From article: It is much easier to embrace delusion. And so libertarians relentlessly pursue conspiracies, most of which are real, and a few that aren’t.
The Epstein narrative is of the latter variety. And even if it weren’t, it wouldn’t matter.

Fake news, wouldn’t matter. Huh. Lot of ink spilled on this site about it. Any thoughts on this, Eric?
Hi Funk,
I suppose it could be overblown. But I do not think so. Because the evidence suggests that at the very least, Epstein was hosting sex parties attended by powerfully positioned men and even if these sex parties involved only legal age women, it’d still be kompromat. Epstein was absolutely tied in with Maxwell and Wexner and they were connected to Mossad. That latter is the aspect that interests me the most because it involves the possibility of foreign control over this country’s government.
I also strongly suspect underage women and very possibly girls a lot younger than marginally illegal 17 year-olds were involved in all this because of the testimony of the victims and the known proclivities of some of these characters, including Trump – who once described his own then-sixteen-year-old daughter as “hot.”
There’s definitely something to it. I don’t think anybody thinks it will lead to a “more libertarian society.” Mullen’s essay was weird. I got a “these aren’t the droids you’re looking for” vibe off of it. Yet, there is a lot of fakery going on out there for reasons.
