President Trump announced yesterday that he is releasing the files.

Just not the files.

“I have been asked by many people about the life and times of Amelia Earhart, such an interesting story, and would I consider declassifying and releasing everything about her, in particular, her last, fatal flight! She was an Aviation Pioneer, the first woman to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean, and achieved many other Aviation “firsts.” She disappeared in the South Pacific while trying to become the first woman to fly around the World. Amelia made it almost three quarters around the World before she suddenly, and without notice, vanished, never to be seen again. Her disappearance, almost 90 years ago, has captivated millions. I am ordering my Administration to declassify and release all Government Records related to Amelia Earhart, her final trip, and everything else about her. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

What about the Epstein files? That is to say, the information the government has admitted it has pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein and his “clients”?

Forget about those. Or so Trump apparently would prefer we do. They are, apparently, a “Democrat hoax.” Sort of like the hoax perpetrated by the man who assured the people who voted for him that he would end the proxy war in Ukraine “with one phone call” and on “day one.” Now the same man says he thinks the little front man for the failed state of Ukraine – Keeeeeeeev, in the supercilious enunciation of the people pushing this – who likes to style himself a “president” (in the Idi Amin sense) must have more aid and can “win” back everything the Russians currently possess and maybe more.

But – don’t worry, say the red hats. He’s just being sarcastic. You “normies” just don’t get it!

Meanwhile, the slow-walk imposition of martial law proceeds apace and the Red Hats yelp approval. The soldiers being sent to American cities – most recently, Portland – are being sent to support the rounding up of all the unsavory Me Gustans who’ve slipped into the country. There is of course an element of truth in this; there always is. It is necessary to sell the bigger lie. “COVID” was perhaps the best example. There was a bug in the air – as there always is (especially in fall). But its threat was grossly overstated and that was done on purpose. Same also with regard to what is styled “climate change.” The climate does change and C02 is a greenhouse gas.  But the climate is not changing in an unnatural or catastrophic way on account of our driving cars with engines and keeping warm in winter.

The Me Gustans are real. There are millions of them out there. That is the truth used to spread the lie that it requires the military to deal with it. More finely, to get the red hats especially to amen and cheer the further militarization of what was once civilian police work. At the same time this is happening, REAL ID – the biometric/RFID encoded internal passport regime – is also being pushed on people and (once again) on the basis that it’s got to be done to identify the Me Gustans and to prevent them from voting illegally in our elections. Red hats lap that up like a dog going after a dropped ice cream cone. They actually believe in the good intentions of the federal government because their man – as they see him – is now fronting for it.

It’s nothing to worry about! The government would never force us to have and carry with us at all times a biometrically/RFID encoded internal passport connected to a Palanatir-based social credit system that allows us to work and to buy things with programmable, digital money, if we are good . . .   .

Just the same as Voting Harder assured the weight of the federal government would never again be used to stifle the speech of those the federal government decides are Wronthinkers or whom the man fronting the federal government just doesn’t like. Ask Jimmy Kimmel about that. Of course, the red hats dislike Kimmel because he is a partisan hack – note the kernel of truth! – and so it’s ok this time.

They’ll get a surprise next time.

Amelia Earhart? The aviatrix has been dead for nearly 100 years. Whatever happened to her all those years ago is perhaps of interest to historians and just because – but who cares, in the sense of does it matter?

Well, yes – it kind of does. In that it is yet another distraction from the files. Look! Another squirrel!

  1. It’s always irked me that government can have their secrets, but I can’t. They have to know everything about me, and lying to them about anything will get me imprisoned, while they lie with impunity and at all times.

    • I want to know what “reindeer” actually ran over Grandma. We all know Santa doesn’t exist so it wasn’t him. How much do you want to bet that Grandpa worked for the CIA and reindeer was only a cover up?

      • They say it was a lone reindeer, but I suspect a conspiracy. Everyone knows that reindeer typically operate in teams of 8-9, and co-operate with at least one jolly old elf while being monitored by NORAD. This one goes all the way up to the top, I tell ya.

    The strangest intersteller object in human history is going to flyby Mars in just a couple of days. 3i/atlas is said to be an alien spaceship by Elon Musk. Harvard astronomer Avi Loeb writes a paper on why it is. Hubble takes a picture over a month ago when it was out by Jupiter’s orbit.

    Or that it has 9 smaller satellites of equal size keeping pace, each putting off 20 gigawatts?

    • I think most of MAGA would gladly lock him up, as long as everyone else on the list (like, say, Bill Clinton) got locked up too.

      It’s not a matter of giving Trump a pass, it’s a matter of not singling him out for “special treatment” when we all know damn well everyone is guilty.

      Here’s how it looks like it’s getting sliced: Everyone goes to jail, or no one does. Personally I’d prefer that everyone goes. Realistically, the people on the list are wealthy powerful & connected enough that no one will likely go. Next-best thing would be to name & shame publicly but that hasn’t happened…yet.       • But, if you exclude unnecessary luxuries like food, accommodation and energy from the CPI, it clearly shows that inflation is well under control and Trump is correct that the Fed should be cutting interest rates to zero, and preferably even below.
        Because when ‘enterpreneurs’ like him, or Elon Musk, can get paid for borrowing money, the economy will just fly!

    • Gold is going the moon until interest rates go up high enough to lure capital back to the debt markets. Just like the 1970s. Remember Paul Volcker?

      • If interest rates went to 20%, the federal government would be instantly bankrupted and the Fed’s printing presses would melt down from the strain of trying to keep the circus on the road for a little bit longer.
        Which of course ain’t gonna happen.
        Besides, governments love inflation. It reduces the real value of all that accumulated debt as well as of the long-term obligations like Social Security.
        And because they get first dibs on the freshly created money, they get the current purchasing power, while the general public ends up being the bagholders.
        Just the way the elites like it.

    There’s no alternative worth supporting.

    I don’t support the Orange Julius or his regime. I don’t support the governor (either governor). I don’t support the mayor. I don’t support the Party, Inner or Outer. But there’s no viable way to get away from any of it. There’s nowhere to go, and even if there were it’s not affordable.

    OK, I voted for the guy, middle finger, burn it down, blah blah blah. Message sent, message received, message ignored.

    • I didn’t know all that much about Charlie Kirk before he was killed, but having watched a few videos of him debating, I understand why he had to be killed. He was very articulate and effective at neutralizing much of the propaganda that college students are drowned in. As best as I can tell, there was no Kompromat against him. There was no option to simply assassinate his character, like say Andrew Tate. Killing Kirk was the only option to shut him up.

      That said, I’ve heard comparisons to Christ. As with everything else in this world, it’s reached a level of absurdity. The powers that be are very good at getting citizens at each other’s throats.

  11. The Earhart “classified information” bullshit shows what is wrong with this country on so many levels.

    First, why would the government have classified information for almost a century on a private citizen flying an airplane over international waters?

    Second, yes it is an obvious distraction to divert out attention from Epstein, Gaza, the $37 trillion debt, etc.

    Third, Earhart herself is completely undeserving of the attention she has gotten over the past several decades. Let us state the facts plainly — she was a FAILURE. She crashed and died. She was not a very good pilot, she ground-looped her airplane on the global trip. She was an even less-competent navigator, and the expert navigator on her team begged off after the ground loop. Fred Noonan, the guy she was flying with, was a replacement.

    Earhart was, and still is, a propaganda icon for Imperial America, which is based almost 100% on racial and gender egalitarianism. Second-rate minorities and women are upheld by contemporary historians as if they were Olympic gods and goddesses, while white men are denigrated and savaged. You hardly hear anything about Lindbergh any more, a far more competent aviator than Earhart. Had he crashed and died on his solo flight across the Atlantic he would be a mere footnote in history if not mocked and ridiculed for his stupidity. But if a WOMAN crashes her airplane and dies, then she’s upheld as a heroine for 90 years.

    About the only thing you hear about Lindbergh any more is that he wanted us to stay out of World War II, which, as every schoolboy knows, was won entirely by the Tuskegee Airmen and Rosie the Riveter. Them white boys at the Battle of the Bulge? Nah…

    • This. If anything is ever released, it will be completely unworthy of trust anyway. Some inconvenient suckers will be taken out like Kucinich or Blagojevich, and the rest will be completely obscured by permanent arguments over a few frames of Zapruder film.

    I think it is quite revelatory.

    It’s an open admission that GovCo has been lying, gaslighting and bullshitting the people of this country for over 100 years…over what is seemingly a benign death due to adventurism. It didn’t start with JFK and it sure as hell didn’t start with the COVIDiocy. If they’re willing to lie about Earhart, they’ll lie about anything…and everything.

    Up to this point anyone that asserted she was working for the military was ridiculed as a conspiracy theorist. Interestingly James Corbett has put together a long, but concise, overview of this sort of duplicity on the part of our overlords. It’s worth a bit of your time.
