A New Jersey man who was driving on Burlington Road in Southampton had a very personal run-in with armed government workers who claimed they smelled marijuana on him, according to a report.

It all began on the pretext of a minor traffic violation.

In a dashcam video published by open government advocate John Paff, two armed government workers are seen ramming their hands down the pants of Jack Levine during a traffic stop.

“If you think this is the worst thing I’m going to do to you right now, you have another thing coming my friend,” one of the armed government workers, identified on the video as Joseph Drew, tells Levine before beginning the cavity search.

The armed government workers were ultimately unable to locate any marijuana and cited Levine for tailgating. Their interaction with the motorist was reported by New Jersey 101.5 radio.

“Did you find it? Did you find it? Yo, you guys are really ridiculous,” Levine says in the video. “You might as well ask me on a (expletive) date.”

Levine filed a tort claim noting his intention to sue over the incident. In the claim, he alleges the   State Police delayed his attorney’s requests for the dashcam videos. After finally watching the videos months later, he alleged that both armed government workers violated him.

“It was the most humiliating experience I’ve ever been through, also due to the fact people were driving by very slowly, watching him with his hand down my pants,” Levine said in his motion.

    • “and all the cops are criminals and all the sinners saints”……and the entire “just us” system is made for all the willing participants.

  1. Gives new meaning to the phrase “dick” weed. You know the courts are only going to dismiss any and all evidence against their own “agents”. It is no longer a matter of being “allegations of wrongdoing” anymore.
The “Injustice System” is now in the business of justifying blatant misconduct thuggery and murder in a vain attempt to legitimize their criminal employees. The Rodney King beating had and entire city in riot, and the nation in an uproar, but now police brutality is so commonplace it is being routinely, and openly ignored by “authorities”.

  2. Cess pool Baltimore now has a scam of their own coming to light where heroes robbed the poor and homeless and resold their drugs. But boy are they brave?!

  3. “It all began on the pretext of a minor traffic violation.”

THAT….That right there has become the seed of so much evil and thuggery: The minor traffic violation.

When we allowed, so many years ago, the concept of “implied consent” to take hold, we made a grave mistake. It led to the insidious “driving is a privilege, not a right”, and made your vehicle a mobile, constitution-free zone.

As for this particular video, it only supports the truism that cops are psychotic sadists.
