AGWs Protecting AGWs

Here’s news coverage about the firing – for once – of five AGWs who watched one of their own beat the crap out of someone without so much as asking their ex-AGW amigo (who had to quit being an AGW over making threats and “loaning” his AGW pistol to a cousin)  to “chill out.”

The AGWs were at a bar owned by the ex-AGW, who got into it with a patron who wasn’t an AGW. The AGWs filmed the beatdown, though.

This resulted in a firing – but no charging.

But then, it’s a fact that AGWs have no “duty” to protect anyone; their job – per unelected autocrats of the Supreme Court – is to enforce laws. Of course, there are laws against beating the crap out of people; and macing them, too – which the raging ex-AGW also did.

But there is also the unwritten law that AGWs are above the law.

It is rare to the point of exceptional for an AGW who witnesses a “brother” (or “sister”) AGW commit a criminal act to intervene to halt the crime and even more exceptional for one AGW to arrest another AGW.

Which is among the many reasons why AGWs are feared and despised by the rest of us.

  1. This is why I am totally against giving AGWs “special status” when it comes to criminal behavior committed by ((them)).
If and when cops are granted “special rights” not available to us ordinary citizens, imagine this scenario:
A drunk cop gets in a fight with an ordinary citizen in a bar. The ordinary citizen is minding his own business, yet the cop keeps goading him, itching for a fight. The ordinary citizen finally has had enough and fights back, cold-cocking the cop. Mind you, the cop is not in uniform but in ordinary street clothes, unrecognizable as a cop.
The citizen is then arrested by the rogue cop’s associates and given “enhanced charges” for “attacking a cop”.
If this scenario has not already occurred, I would be surprised.

  2. Doing a crossword today I had a clue for “law-enforcement officer” that began with G. For some reason goon was the first word to pop into my head…

  3. “The whole good cop/bad cop question can be disposed of much more decisively. We need not enumerate what proportion of cops appears to be good or listen to someone’s anecdote about his Uncle Charlie, an allegedly good cop. We need only consider the following: (1) a cop’s job is to enforce the laws, all of them; (2) many of the laws are manifestly unjust, and some are even cruel and wicked; (3) therefore every cop has agreed to act as an enforcer for laws that are manifestly unjust or even cruel and wicked. There are no good cops.” ~Robert Higgs
Yet they keep on hiring them. Evidently, their employers aren’t any better.

    • A disturbing video in ways I can’t begin to fathom…

This is the sort of “message” sent to drug-dealing kingpins like the fictional Frank Sanchez (Robert Davi) in the Bond film “Licence to Kill”. Sanchez wasn’t just a big-time drug kingpin, he was a murderer and psychopath…who had his mooks rape and then kill the newlywed wife (Priscilla Barnes) of the CIA agnet, Felix Leiter (David Hedison), whom himself is partially fed to a ravenous shark (“He disagreed with something that ate him”). I’ve no problem with a notorious public enemy being delivered a message with the menacing picture of four masked men, presumed ready to pounce.

But this isn’t whom this Chief Bully-with-a-Badge is threatening, and he knows it. Rather, he’s threatening some 73-yr old woman who spends her days wracked with pain, whom, after her doctor refuses to prescribe enough pain meds so she can have some semblance of a life, turns to “doctor shopping” or even spending precious dollars, of which she’s not a lot, to get some any way she can…or, in some effort to be “law abiding”, be condemned to spend her days in AGONY.

However, aren’t Florida Sheriff’s ELECTED? So, good citizens of Lake County, FL, why do you tolerate this ASSHOLE?

Now Uncle and his political sub-divisions tell you to “suck it up” and LIVE WITH THE PAIN. All to satisfy their power and that they’re “Doing something”.
