Why Don’t They Care?

It is said that the Thing shuffling up to the podium to rail against the Second Amendment and attempting to read the script blaming Putin for the effects of his “executive orders” on energy (and so, food) prices via the closing down of gas pipelines is that out of touch, because he is no longer fully aware. There is more than just the obvious evidence this may be so. There is the fact that he is nearly 80 years old and that is several years older than the age at which most people are no longer alive – and a majority of the rest who still are reside in rest homes.

Those of Boomer age want to be eternally 28 – and think of themselves that way. But almost 80 isn’t the new 40. Or 60, for that matter.

But what may matter more is that Joe doesn’t seem to care – about the politically disastrous unpopularity of his policies – and neither, apparently, do those gently directing his gate-ataxia’ing path to and from the podium.

This is interesting given a major election is now only months away. An election that – if even remotely un-fixed – is likely to douche away whatever remains of the Thing’s political support insofar as Congress is concerned. And that ought to be concerning to those in Congress who have banked their futures in politics on not losing elections.

Yet none of them appear to be particularly worried that they are about to be douched out of Congress. Sweating that the Thing could shortly become an impotent laughingstock whose memory will cause people to forget anything they ever thought funny about the Carter years.

So, why don’t they – the Democrats, generally – seem to be especially worried about the election that’s looming? Why doesn’t the Thing care that he is despised by two-thirds of the general electorate and can barely muster a third of approval among his own supporters?

The possible answer is alarming.

Maybe these things don’t care because they know there won’t be another election, either shortly or ever again.

Yes, it sounds extravagantly crazy, almost. Until you reflect upon the craziness of the past almost-three-years now. Who among us would have thought – three years ago – that Election Day would become Election Months and that millions of votes would be cast without anyone actually appearing to vote.

Nor the votes vetted, prior to counting them?

Who would have believed that the entire country would be transformed into a state of paralytic-hysteric fear over a “virus” that didn’t kill 99.8-something percent of the population yet 100 percent of the population was “locked down,” forced to wear “masks” and pressured to take Jabs?

Now consider that the same people who were behind all of that are now behind the economic evisceration of the country. Caused the double-soon-tripling of energy prices and thereby, assured a food crisis. They sit safe behind the iron fences they erected in the imperial capital, where they govern according to edict and evince incandescently obvious contempt for the electorate.

When you tie these threads together, it is highly suggestive of their confidence that the electorate no longer matters. At least, not the electorate that might not vote for more of the same, which is about a third of the electorate (these can be readily identified as they are invariably still “masked”).

Do they know something that gives them the confidence to not care? Are they planning for something, to assure they won’t have to?

Like a food-shortage-caused panic/economic collapse that would “justify” martial and the suspension of elections?

Yes, again – it is difficult to even entertain that such machinations could be in process at the very highest levels of the government. But remember – again – who is in control of the highest levels of government and what these things have already done. And why they have done it. They want power, not elections. And if elections threaten their power . . .

To scale it down some, think about the grifter mechanic who gypped you into buying a new transmission for your car which you later found out it didn’t need. What do you suppose this grifter mechanic might try to sell you if you took your car back to him? Now add the pathological lust for power – rather than merely money – that characterizes political grifters, such as the gate-ataxia’d old man who has been grifting everything and everyone within range of his power to do it to them. Then factor in the psychopathic unconcern for the victims of such grift that defines political grifters such as him – and all of the rest of them.

There is literally nothing these things wouldn’t do, if they thought they could get away with doing it. They already have, several times before.

What makes anyone think they won’t try it, again?

  1. They don’t care because even if they lose, they still win.

They still get their golden parachutes, Cadillac health plans (and I mean Eldorado Biarritz, not Cimarron!), and pensions paid for by you and ne. Plus, they still can make money in other ways we can’t.

Take Shrillary. She can go to almost any college in the country and be paid a quarter million dollars for a 10-minute speech on graduation day. She can write a book that is utter drivel and doggerel and publishers will fall all over themselves to publish it. Companies likewise will fall all over themselves to get her on their boards. Ask Hillary if she worries about paying the bills.

They will still get paid come hell or high water. Just ask Nancy Pelosi if she’s enjoying her $12-a-pint (that’s $96 a gallon) ice cream.

They don’t concern themselves with the things we do. Ask George W. Bush when he last went grocery shopping.

But all of that could change on a dime. Ask King Louis XVI, Czar Nicholas II, and Shah Reza Pahlavi.

    • Hi Bryce,

“But all of that could change on a dime. Ask King Louis XVI, Czar Nicholas II, and Shah Reza Pahlavi.”

Yes, exactly. Of course, what followed in their wake wasn’t so great for the average Frenchman, Russian or Iranian. And so it will likely go for us Americans, too. This is what comes of having a country run by such creatures as the foregoing. The people are driven insane – not all, but enough. And then insanity rules.

  2. I agree with your post, Eric. The Democrats stole the 2020 Presidential Election, and saw that Americans did absolutely……nothing. Therefore, why not steal the mid-terms, as well? I have serious doubts that we are going to make it past the 2022 mid-terms. This comment does not apply to readers here, but sadly, for many other Americans, they are going to have to feel and experience real pain and suffering before they finally decide to do anything. And by then, there may not be a country left.

    • Hi Camille,

Given the way the Thing and those behind him are provoking the Russians, it’s certainly possible – thoughI would not be surprised if the nuke that detonates is one of ours meant to cast blame on the Russians for doing it.

They will do anything to hold onto power – and that entails never being held accountable for the ‘Rona Business. They will use economic despoliation/food riots/unrest and other tactics to distract/control the population, perhaps impose martial law. And if that doesn’t work…

      • The political terrorists in DC/Brussels/Davos will blame it on Russia…That is a given.
Just for fun, try and guess which USA city they will incinerated.

Political Terrorism 101: Create starvation and enslave the survivors. It works every time.

  3. When you allow a murdering/thieving mafia called “government” a counterfeit money racket, they will eventually own everything and everyone by legalizing murder and theft for themselves (they call this socialism/communism). Mentally retarded psychopaths with guns and jails and unlimited resources…What could possibly go wrong? What does the average dumfuck expect?

  5. “Why don’t they care?” The uni-party will get you over the cliff one way or another. Sure leftists may have their foot floored on the accelerator, but the Republicans will put on a cowboy hat, strap on a rifle for the photo op of course and walk you off that cliff slowly while whistling Yankee doodle. Regardless they are bent on the destruction of America and the principles it was founded on.

I’ll be utterly shocked if I don’t witness first hand the total dissolution of the federal government and the balkanization of several regions into their own independent nation states inside of the next ten years. The US will cease to be the Global milotary and economic empire it has been since post WW2.

  6. Joe was born in ’42. He’s a war-time baby. He’s not a Boomer, which began in January of ’46 and runs to ’64. I’m an early Boomer from ’46, making me 76. I live alone. Easily maintain my home and yard. I m not vaxxxed. Am a Vietnam Vet. Due to my ornery disregard for masks, I am not welcome at the VA clinic unless “diapered.” Thus, I remain unwelcome, which is fine. I am active and will prefer to die either shoveling snow or pushing my mower to keep the one acre somewhat manageable. The thought of dribbling on my shirt in a rest home’s wheelchair doesn’t enhance my cheery outlook on life. I just thought I might add a counter-weight to your misunderstanding of Lunch Bucket, and your generation-generalization.

  7. Over 30 agencies will partner up to conduct a “major radiological incident exercise” in Austin this week.

It’s called the Cobalt Magnet 22 exercise, according to the National Nuclear Security Administration. The administration said local, state and federal agencies will all be involved to “ensure preparedness against radiological threats.”

Austin to hold exercise simulating a ‘radiological incident’ this week

    Hmmmm……….

With the press and Biden Administration “pushing” for nuclear conflict with Russia the past several months, blowing off a nuclear weapon in a major U.S. city, in the near future, would be a very plausible reason to declare martial law, suspend the Constitution, and cancel/postpone the November elections.

    • Hey Frank,

The drill is a run-through for the scam. They keep running drills over and over until the Deep State decides to “flip it live” meaning: pretend this one’s real. The real trick is that there doesn’t even need to be a detonation. They just need to have to cordon off some area—as part of the drill—and then SAY that there was a nuclear attack. Some special effects on the TeeVee would probably also be in order. SAYING there was a nuclear attack will give them all the powers you mention, to declare martial law and suspend the Constitution (even more), etc. Then they can justify evacuating/detaining a whole metropolitan area, due to the “Fallout”.

I call this a Tabernacle Hoax, named after the grandaddy of all such hoaxes, as described in this recent post:

      https://www.ericpetersautos.com/2022/06/09/when-we-got-to-see-if-we-were-looking/#comment-839659

As long as the government has enough power to clear a geographical location by threat of violence, the government can then go on to SAY that something is happening at that location that can justify any action they want to take. You name it: nuke blast, massacre, terror attack, alien invasion, Return of the Moshiach…anything. Once the land is declared “out-of-bounds” the possibilities are endless for weaponized narratives.

  8. Eric,
I’ve been thinking the same thing: these people are behaving like they never have to run for election ever again. You would think 5-months ahead of an election they would knock off the soviet show trial for a while. Or modify a policy here or there to get some relief to oil production, baby food, etc..

We saw last night the first installment of what is to come: outlawing the opposition political party. The soviet show trial is the starter mechanism to claim any and all who were within 1000 miles of DC on January 6th and are now running for election with an (R) will be arrested by the FBI. Make a statement that the election was fraud and running for election a an (R); will be arrested by the FBI for passing dis-information is coming next. It was interesting timing that the Michigan governor candidate (R) was arrested last night…the night of the soviet show trial went primetime. You would think the FBI and Garland would try to keep this on the down low and from people making the connection between the two events, but just the opposite; they are sending a Sicilian message: your time is near.

  9. 80 doesn’t automatically make one infirmed/doddering either physically or mentally.

To quote Tom Petty, “If you don’t run, you rust.”

Like a car that just sits, Biden has been in stasis for 50 years as a political hack. Get elected/raise money/rinse and repeat. He’s not been working his brain for decades in this mode. Handlers, advisors, staff members just bring him stuff and he reguritates it. It’s the perfect recipe for mental decline.

As long as you keep challenging yourself you don’t lose the mental capacity and if you work your body you can maintain a level of physical fitness. Ron Paul is 86 and is in great condition mentally, I’m not sure about physical but, he looks to be in good shape. I’d vote for him again if I had the chance.

OT: Gas and diesel prices have doubled, as we all know. But, have you noticed kerosene? In early ’21 it was the same price it had been for years, around $4/gal. I noticed yesterday that it has gone up to $5. Why only a 25% increase instead of 100%?

    • Hi Mark,

In re: “80 doesn’t automatically make one infirmed/doddering either physically or mentally.”

True. But it is more likely. And in Biden’s case, it appears to be certainly…

      • I live here in SW Florida, and I know a lot of 80 year olds. Hell, I’m not that far away myself (73). No, they’re not all senile, but I don’t know any that I would trust to run the country. Most of them can’t even figure out how to answer a text. And their world view is out of whack with reality. They’re from a different time, when overt racism was OK, marijuana was an evil killer, and queers should be shot. Most are smart enough to keep their mouths shut about such things nowadays, but I guarantee their thoughts haven’t changed.

        • I’m half that age and I mostly agree with the old men you know and speak of.

You shouldn’t trust anyone to “run the country”. Let alone anyone who would seek the opportunity.

Answering texts is not a required life skill, it’s a trend that will soon be obsolete. Face to face communication is the optimal means of communicating with fellow humans. Extensions of this act via gadgetry is a fleeting, evolving trend, and I have nothing but respect and admiration for those who are able to bypass technological crutches in favor of real world reality based communication techniques. I held off as long as I could, for years, getting sneers from my colleagues because I didn’t yet have a sail fawn.

If you understand libertarian principles, you are aware that overt racism is perfectly acceptable. The individual is morally justified in making personal decisions about whom he will/will not associate with for any reason.

Nobody I’ve ever known of that era ever expressed to me their belief that marijuana was an evil killer. In fact, I’d be willing to bet that they’d probably have better historical knowledge of the propaganda campaign waged against hemp by the cotton manufacturers.

I also don’t think they’d consider queers as deserving death. This is not the middle east. Socially shunned maybe. No argument there from me. When I’m walking through the city, I make sure to give ample space to the mentally deranged I see on the street. I pity them, but don’t wish to harm them. Unless they try to spread their filth to my kids.

Keeping the mouth shut (suppressing truth in the face of lies) is not an admirable trait, or indicative of intelligence. It’s cowardly. And some of the best people I’ve ever known of that era were notorious for not doing so.

          • You are correct, Philo. Ideally, no one should “run the country”. And yet, here we are. There’s going to be a president, Speaker of the house, 9 Supreme Court judges, a hundred senators etc whether you want ‘em or not. And they are running the country, and our lives, whether we like or not. I’d rather they weren’t a bunch of 80 year olds. Maybe texting isn’t a required life skill for everyone, but computers and phones are an integral part of modern life. It’s how younger generations communicate, it’s how businesses operate. It’s how the world works today. People in positions of power, who are making decisions that affect us all, decisions about the economy, finance, foreign policy, education, communication, on and on and on, should have some proficiency in how the modern world works, doncha think? You post here, so you obviously use the internet. You want to leave the policy making of say, net neutrality, to a geezer who doesn’t know how to text or download an app?
I understand libertarian principles quite well, and I strongly believe in the right to associate, or not, with whomever you please. I believe that you have the right to discriminate against anyone you want, for any reason you want. That said, decent people don’t judge anyone solely on the basis of their skin color. Virtually every member of the “greatest generation” that I have ever known does exactly that.
As for marijuana, you’re young, so perhaps you never heard of the propaganda film back in the thirties called Reefer Madness. Look it up, and realize that a lot of 80 year olds still believe that shit. As libertarians, we believe that what people put in their own body is their business. Individual states are legalizing weed, but it’s still a federal crime, and you can bet that it’s because the dinosaurs like Pelosi and McConnell and Maxine Waters are driving that bus.
I won’t comment on the queers. Except for death, (which was a bit of hyperbole on my part) I think your post aligns with the views of my older friends and that tells me all I need to know.
As for keeping the mouth shut, we can agree to disagree. Smart people know when to keep quiet. Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
Everyone likes to talk about term limits, but I think we should be looking for age limits as well. We all decline, physically and mentally as we age. And we are all a product of the moral and social climate of when we grew up. Someone born in the thirties has a very different world view than someone born in the sixties, who is very different than someone born in the nineties. The future doesn’t belong to Grandma and Grandpa, it belongs to you and your kids. So maybe Grandma and Grandpa should bow out and let the younger generations run the show.

            • Pyramid of World Power

at the top the controllers the elite nobility in the background, always hiding, nobody talks about them, the control group. 17 royal families in europe, they are working with the billionaires and others in the commitee of 300.

one elite example……..Prince Phillip, late husband of Queen Elizabeth II said ….“In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation.” He said the population should be reduced to 1 billion his son Charles agrees, he hired Claus schwab to run the WEF. Charles talks to plants.

2nd level the Rothschild banksters provide financing for the elite nobility
3rd level more 2nd level banksters

4th level down the administrators, gates, schwab, etc..

5th level the political prostitutes in the foreground, corrupt , bribed, owned by the elite
the politicians just follow orders from their bosses the elite.

              6th level down the enforcers

at the very bottom the little people, the common people, paying for everything, used and abused.

quote from byrne……….(when you get your new bankster/nwo/ccp/un/.0001% government) “In 10 years, there’ll be prison camps with organs being harvested just as there are in western China,”

The Chinese regime has been killing Falun Gong practitioners for their organs for more than 20 years, according to a panel of experts who attended a virtual conference hosted by the advocacy group Doctors Against Forced Organ Harvesting (DAFOH) on Nov. 19, and independent investigations.

        • To me, the irony of making such assertions while claiming to be a libertarian or individualist smacks of collectivist ideology. The values of individual 70 to 80 year old most likely vary as much as those of any other age group. It’s useful to point out that Biden, Clinton, Pelosi, Feinstein, Schumer, McConnell, Romney et al as individuals hold odious values and use violence and coercion and fraud to cement their power whilst maintaining a level of corruption not seen since the days of Caligula. However, that has nothing to do with their age and everything to do with the system they embrace and game. Rest assured that there are similar individuals of every age willing to take any action necessary to attain or retain power….corruption knows no age limits.

  10. Why don’t they care? Because they have a lock on power, and once they get total power why bother with the pretense of caring.

Remember Bill Clinton – “I feel your pain”?

Government policies like inflation cause pain. The clever politician takes that discord and turns it 180 and says he’s on your side, he feels your pain at the pump. But now, after creating 2000 mules to stuff the ballot boxes, there is no need to pretend they care.

They never cared about anything but power.

  11. But if they didn’t have an election show, the people would realize that they have as much say in the goings-on of the running of the collective as a student voting for class president has in the running of the government school, and then they might actually cease worshiping their psychopathic gods and actually start doing something and become unmanageable and uncooperative- Then who would they get to do their lower-level dirtywork?

Why would they possibly care if the actor on the stage has an R or D after their name, or where they stand on abortion or or saving the whales, so long as you pander to each side alternatively every few years, to keep the public docile and participating and even asking for more, while being blissfully unaware of how the country and the world are really run? Just keep the actor on the stage, and the show continues. They gain absolutely nothing by canceling the show- then the people might want a refund

It would be a like a magician letting you see the strings and hidden compartments.

Quite the contrary- if the people seem disinterested or alienated from the political show, they just have to create some controversy- like making it obvious that an election was rigged- to bring people back to wrassling arena with renewed fervor for their guy.

Vote all you want. It has accomplished exactly zero for liberty in the last 100 years. We all know that The Clintons and Trump were always holding hands under the table, just as all the rest of them were/are. What the hell good is an election when one doesn’t even know where a candidate stands on the real issues, and where they have zero accountability, and no constraints at all to do what they actually say?

If one votes, they demonstrate that they believe lies, and that they actually believe that by choosing prick A over prick B to run the collective that it will somehow result in reforming or diminishing the collective, despite the fact that a few centuries of history prove that it does no such thing, and the collective just becomes larger and more intrusive with every subsequent admin.

Want to foment a phony revolution to break up a big diverse country into more manageable and opposing factions? It can be done via the show. Want the people to grudgingly accept things which would make saner people rise in arms? Just have one side’s actor do it, and all that will happen is that the show-goers will vote for the ‘other side’s’ actor next time, and so on.

Our elections are no different than those of China or Soviet Russia…or Canada (Yeah..how’s THAT working out, eh?) Vote for Al Capone or John Dillinger- what difference does it make?

THIS is the problem: The rulers of this world are not as stupid as the masses- they realize that it does no harm to have an election show…because it is utterly meaningless, but does much good to keep those masses playing along. Your only choices to vote for are the guys who work for *them*- so elections pose no threat to them. Who actually beleives that Democrats or Republicans actually have any say in the running of this world, which is already being administered at a global level?

The only one I would vote for is Ronald McDonald- as aty least he shows some unusual honesty, at least in that he dresses appropriately for the part he would be playing if he were to run.

    • Nunzio,

I not only believe that we’ll have elections in November; I believe that the Rs will be allowed to take over Congress, so as to convince the Sheeple that elections still matter. See, the GOP won now! How can there be fraud? Your vote matters for the “most important election evah”! So yeah, we’ll have elections, and the GOP will take over both houses of Congress. Once there, they’ll do nothing, of course, and as usual…

      • Choosing between one psychopath and another is hardly “democratic”.
Politician: One most adept at getting the most people to believe the most preposterous lies the most often. Usually a sociopath if not a psychopath.

      • Exactly, Marky & John!
No election show? They lose the audience. It costs them nothing to keep the show going, and is the best distraction they could ever hope for.

It’s an amazing thing. A person will support their guy, and point out all the lies and nefarious things the other party does….while not noticing the lies ‘their guy’ tells, nor the broken promises (even if never keeps a one!) nor the fact that he does the very same things as the opposition.

The R and then later the D print up TRILLIONS, but the R’s ignore the fact that their guy did that, while only blaming the D for the resultant inflation, and the D’s ignore that their guy did it, and blame the R who also did it. It’s amazing. Talk about cognizant dissonance! (“But if we get our guy back, he’ll solve all the problems which he helped to create and it’ll be paradise!”)

  12. Maybe they don’t care because they plan to have their crew in Keeeev send a US-made long range missile into Russia. And then, Game Over.

  13. The opposing party usually takes the house during the midterms. It’s part of the act. Who cares? Republicans won’t do anything.

And if they don’t take it, well, just more evidence that this is the way things are now. Elections are done. Not real.

  14. I’ll take ‘Insouciance’ for 2000, Alex. The Daily Double, your wager? All of it.

For all of the money in the world, it is a rather large bet, here’s the answer: He is also brain-dead.

Who is Joe Biden or the Thing?

    Correct!

However, we’ll have to empty every bank account in the world, it’ll take some time. We’ll start with the Freeland chick in Canada, then Klouse is next. All your money to us belong. Just the way it is.

    Way to go, John Snowden.

Be happy you didn’t say Nancy Pelosi, the most despised woman on the planet. Well, in a tie with Hillary the Beast from Hades.

A new mass shooting in Maryland, another great day in America. Sow the wind, reap a whirlwind.

Joe Biden doesn’t care about anything, you are last on his list. He is on his last legs.

Same for Trump, the Warp Speed perpetrator, the culprit, got suckered into the greatest scam ever pulled.

They are all doing it for a shitload of money.

    It ain’t gonna work.

  15. No one running the Biden thing or currently in Congressional leadership expects much to change if the Republicans retake the House by a dozen seats and narrowly shift the Senate.

    What really changed in 2010?

  16. Remember when the mall was new? Remember how cool it was? We all spent a lot of time in that mall.

Then, after about 20 years or so along came The New Mall. It was even better! Food court! Even bigger arcade and all the games were bright and new! More stores! No one goes to that old mall anymore, it’s tired.

Well, almost no one. Now that the chain stores vacated it opened up space for a more “diverse” store selection. Chris Rock said it best…

Broadcast/cable TV, newspapers and retail have become “The Black Mall.” White people moved on to Netflix, Facebook and Amazon. Old media has given up on attracting white people. Pretty soon they’ll be the media equivalent of the “antique mall” flea market where people just rent out shelf space. Considering the number of press release stories and “sponsored content” they run per day I’m sure it’s already happened at some networks. The local broadcast news’ only constant viewers are the 60+ demographic. Every so often I will check out the Denver morning yak and jiggle shows and the fact that some of the same anchors (Male anchors. The female anchors look like strippers) from the 1980s are still there just proves my point. They have become local institutions. I just wonder if the set has that old people smell?

Now imagine you’re in congress, and you can barely run an iPad. Staffers still print out your email for you. Staffers run your social media accounts. You hang on to that old high security Blackberry because it gets noticed in the Member’s dining room. You still get your news from the Times and Post and CNN or Fox News. CNN and FN overplay any negative story about online media because they are desperate to keep you watching them. You watch the Ex-CIA (who really ever retires from the CIA?) pundit who was in your office last month talk about the war, or the former FBI guy who testified in committee a few years ago talk about domestic terrorists. Why, that’s creditable journalism. Not like that spy Julian Assange who put lives in danger! Or those bloggers and podcaster losers! Why, they don’t even get press credentials.

And remember, no one in DC has ever held a real job. Except maybe the Capitol janitor, and even he gets a solid-gold pension. They all got into the DC system as interns, so that’s all they know. The DHS tells you everything you need to know, the Pentagon is the military, the Chinese ambassador is a real straight shooter. And without Washington DC the rest of the country would be dead from COVID.

  17. The answer may lie in the fact that Brandon is old & infirmed. He is easily manipulated by his handlers and doesn’t realize how bad his reputation is.

The handlers are more than happy to wring every last commie EO and regulation out of him, then cast him to the dustbin of pathetic politicians.

Everyone knows he will not repeat in 2024 (if he is even coherent by then), so use all the juice now.

  18. Nice one, Eric. After 2020, it was pretty obvious that 2016 was likely the last straight-up election we’ll ever see again. Even Naomi Wolf has predicted there will be no election this fall. As the saying goes, “You can vote yourself into communism, but…”

  19. The rinos seem to think there’s going to be an election. They’ve poured untold millions into Alabama to ensure a firebrand constitutionalist (Mo Brooks) is upended by Shelby/McConnell handmaiden (Katie Britt). Of course, orange man threw both Jeff Sessons and Mo Brooks under the bus –you don’t tell the emperor something is unconstitutional, illegal, or immoral.

  20. Perhaps they got theirs, now they’re getting out before the worldwide arson they’ve sparked turns into the firestorm these cretins seem eager to ogle. And why not? The west has been strip-mined and they’ve all got multiple citizenships, private islands, doomsday bunkers-the works. Why stay around and risk holding the hot potato? If repugnicans or true patriots are at the helm when the ship goes down it’s all the better for the globalist scum. See why your nation and soverignty is bad? Look what happened! Never mind who partied and captained the ship full speed towards the reef to the point of no return.

  21. Whatever the Psychopaths In Charge may do to remain in power, one thing is for certain. I won’t be shocked. Their capacity to do so expired long ago. For God’s sake, they murdered a sitting POTUS almost 60 years ago. As Eric states above, there is nothing they won’t do if they think they can get away with it, and apparently there is little they CAN’T get away with. Both parties, and all three branches work in unison to keep us all enslaved, and stupid. The only difference between the two parties is the speed of the handcart to Hell we are riding on.

    • There is a handful, by which I mean five or less, in congress that show any concern about some things, but not most things.

  22. The Left is attacking/intimidating the Supreme Court now, too. Everything they did during the renamed flu scam was illegal. They did it anyway. The court ruled against them and, aside from stopping the crime being committed, nothing has, as yet, happened to the perpetrators. So they are emboldened. To do the same in other contexts. To rule by emotionalism, fake consensus, decree and mandate on speech and guns. Abortion is just a smoke screen.

  23. “Why don’t they care?” “The same people” who did this crime did that crime, etc.

The answer to it all is well explained in my comment on your (Eric’s) previous article, titled “When We Got to See….”

Now, let me say that I don’t expect Eric, likewise Scotty Kilmer, and others with much to lose, to name the problem people. It would result in ruin. Hinting would be nice! But commenters, especially anonymous, ought to help raise our population’s awareness of the vital, actual Truth.

  24. ‘Maybe these things don’t care because they know there won’t be another election, either shortly or ever again.’ — eric

It is odd. Democrats remain in their outdoor bar seats on the foredeck of the Titanic, cheerfully clinking glasses and passing around the binoculars as they observe the approaching iceberg.

We should not dismiss the possibility that Kongress Klowns are just as ossified and frozen as the Biden Thing. The average age of Clowngress (59 in the House, 64 in the Senate) is at a record high, and still rising. Chart:

Like pea-brained dinosaurs, Nancy Pestilosi and Chuck Schumer imperturbably munch on ancient trees, staring uncomprehendingly at the approaching meteor streak.

Shifting back to Eric’s speculation, the only feasible way to cancel an election is for The Thing to declare martial law in connection with a dire war emergency. Say, widespread blackouts and food shortages, with trucks halted after “Biden” empties the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

Or paint a mushroom cloud on the horizon, if you want to wheel out the ultimate deus ex machina. That’s our Joe, goin’ out in a blaze of glory!

  25. Stalin summed it up nicely: “it matters not who votes, only who counts the votes”. That’s where the USSA is today.
