On Leave . . .

A video has surfaced of a law enforcer attacking a motorcycle rider. But that’s not the interesting thing about the video. The interesting thing is that after the video surfaced, the enforcer was not arrested for breaking the law  . . . on video.

Flagrant meet delicti:

He was “put on leave” instead. Meaning, a paid vacation. As opposed to a vacation in jail – where he clearly belongs, having abused the law and perjured himself in the course of an attempted railroading of his victim on top of that.

This is interesting because if it had not been a law enforcer who’d drawn a gun on someone who had not threatened their “safety” in any way whatsoever – watch the video – and then proceeded to violently assault the person – the person doing the assaulting with a deadly weapon would have been arrested and charged with several felonies. Not given what amounts to a few days off work, probably with pay.

It’s even more interesting, when you think about it, because the thug who committed these crimes – Duane Fisher – is the chief law enforcer of his township. This is interesting on multiple levels, beginning with aren’t enforcers held to a higher standard as regards use of force and “the law” – what it is and is not – than ordinary “civilians” such as the motorcyclist in the video? We are not trained to know what the law is or to know when it is legal – and justifiable – to use force.

Then again, neither are law enforcers – as this and many other such videos show us.

But that is not quite accurate, of course. The enforcers commit crimes for the obvious reason. They know they can get away with committing them. They know it is unlikely they will be arrested or prosecuted for committing them. Give a psychopath a get out of jail free card and what do you suppose he will do?

It is doubtful the enforcer in this video – who is also a “colonel,” somehow – would have pulled a gun on a guy who’d done nothing to warrant it and proceeded to physically assault the man had it not been for the impunity from consequences he clearly believed he had. Evidence of this being more than just what you see in the video – which the enforcer did not see before he made up several lies about what happened.

The video you just watched does not “seemingly contradict” what the enforcer said happened, as news coverage styles his lies. It reveals them in all their fulsome evilness. The enforcer claimed the motorcyclist assaulted him – and then “resisted.” These were blatant, egregious lies. Worse than lies, arguably. They are examples of the look what she made me do! victim-blaming of the wife-beaters in blue. It is as disgusting as it is cowardly. And there is no accountability. While the charges leveled at the victim were hurriedly dropped after the video surfaced, no charges have been filed (as of this report) against the thug-in-blue who very clearly has contempt for the laws he is paid to enforce, especially those that say it is a crime to pull a gun on someone and then physically assault them.

The district attorney, a woman by the name of Heather Adams, says the thug-in-blue’s acts “did not constitute a criminal act.” What do you suppose she would say if anyone other than an enforcer had committed the acts you just watched on that video?

“Specifically, to support a criminal charge, the prosecution would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Chief Fisher had a criminal mens rea, or intent to commit a crime, when he attempted to stop the defendant,” Adams said in her statement. “Mens rea, per the legal definition, is a person’s thinking and/or intention/purpose at the time of an incident.”

See how that defense works for you after you pull a gun on someone who has in no way done anything that could be construed as threatening and then proceed to attack them physically and then lie by claiming they attacked you!

At the very least, you’d be charged with assault and battery and also probably criminally reckless violations of firearms laws. But if you’re an enforcer, you have what amounts to diplomatic immunity (say it like the cartoonishly evil white South African character in Lethal Weapon).

Because that’s what they do have. And of course, we do not.

  1. The saddest part of all, is for every one of these videos we see, there are 20 we don’t.

For every innocent victim exonerated and made whole by a hefty settlement of tax dollars, there are dozens who are convicted by the corrupt lying liars and imprisoned, sometimes executed.

What you’re seeing is the tip, the iceberg underneath is massive. Never trust a cop, never trust a lawyer, never trust a judge. Assume they are bad, evil people, and most of the time you’ll be right.

    • Amen, Ernie –

One obvious remedy-reform in cases such as this one would be to dismiss every single case/conviction that hinges upon the “testimony” or “evidence” provided by this proven liar. How can anything this thug claims be taken as true? Not to mention the obvious intentional maliciousness of the creep. The answer is it cannot be. And the prospect of lots of “criminals” being released – and perhaps compensated for dubious arrests/ convictions – would go a long way toward assuring this sort of thing stops happening.

  2. That’s corruption for you. I swear the DAs are half the problem too, especially here in northern Illinois. Guy doesn’t deserve command, that’s basic stuff.

  3. The sad and ironic thing is, when SHTF, no one is going to bother to help said LEO’s when they might truly need it. And it will be when they really need good, decent, hard-working people to help them out for legitimate reasons. But because they were too busy crapping all over the public in the “before times”, few will bother to help, let alone save said LEO’s when the masses seize the SHTF opportunity to return the favor.

    • Amen, Shadow. We are all cogs in the wheel and most don’t realize how one treats people now will determine how they will be received, accepted, and assisted in the future. If one wants to rise each morning and be an asshole then one should not be surprised when society, family, etc. decide to return the favor.

  4. I swear that cops are often the worst, lying pieces of shit out there. You lie to them, it’s a crime, but they’ll lie to you like it’s a sport.

This type of thing is inexcusable. Wherever such a goon walks free, the people of his town should stop at nothing until he’s jobless and begging for forgiveness.

  5. This is within an hour of me.

    Not surprised it happened.

Not surprised the DA won’t prosecute, but they sure would prosecute you or I had we done something similar.

On the good side, they probably wouldn’t prosecute if you pulled your gun on, or shot a bad guy.

  6. All settlements paid for this type of conduct should be taken from the police retirement fund, then maybe, just maybe, the other officers would reign in these sons of bitches.

    • But when he comes to trial, would you like to face the challenge of finding for the truth and convicting, then being persecuted by your local LEOs for the rest of your life? Every person on the panel has to understand that, even the ones to dumb to avoid jury duty. Tough decision for one with moral values.

Like Winston’s “Do it to Julia!” in 1984, we all have a point where survival overrides morality. We all like to think “Not me!”. Hah!

      • You are correct. In many jurisdictions, uniformed police officers are permitted to populate the spectators’ gallery in courtrooms. This is an intimidation factor that police departments use to good effect. This not-so-subtle behavior “recommends” that the jury vote for acquittal.

        • The judge sets the dress code inside the courtroom, take that one up with the bench, and good luck making a dent in their pompous overgrown skulls. Where sophistry reigns, logic and sensible argument means nothing. They decide what they want to decide, and come up with justifications after the fact to make it sound good.

The system protects itself against the likes of you/us. By design. It may have been (partially) capable of reforming itself once upon a time, but those days are over and it’s closing ranks. Sooner or later reform may become possible again, but in the meantime it’s going to be pretty rough out there.

    • The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

It’s probably best to avoid all of the commonwealths, including Massive Two Shit.

  7. I would recommend the book Framed by John Grisham and Jim McCloskey. After reading that, no one should believe anything a cop or prosecutor says. I know, that’s not news to the folks here. It should be required reading for anyone on jury duty. But most jurors probably won’t read it.

  8. A little while ago a Michigan State Police undercover stakeout team in Detroit ran a stop sign and “t-boned” a driver who had the right-of-way.
The first thing these thugs did was to roughly yank the driver out of his car and handcuff him, showing absolutely no regard for injuries that he may have incurred in the crash.
These thugs almost got away with it…
Fortunately, there was a video camera mounted on a nearby building that recorded the whole thing.
This incident even made the news, but was conveniently swept under the rug. I hope the driver of the “t-boned” car got a nice settlement.
On another note, a Michigan State Police officer was killed in a rollover accident. This incident also made the media. I posted an innocuous question: “Was the officer wearing his seat belt?” The negative feedback I received for my comment was somewhat overwhelming, one being “How dare you criticize the officer–he’s dead” among many others who expressed the same view.
I’ll bet the officer was not belted as they have special privileges, like using cell phones and computers while driving because “they are specially trained”…yeah, right.

  9. “Administrative leave” is the biggest crock ever, aka paid vacation. If I f*cked up on my job I would have gotten an actual suspension, a couple days off with NO pay. Put me on administrative leave until I retire, please.

  10. Watch the episode of The Civil Rights Lawyer and find out what happened in London, Kentucky.

The criminals in charge are the cause of some very sad stories that can’t be denied.

You are outraged as you are brought to tears.

The people of London, Kentucky are fed up and sick of it.

  11. Until the bulk of the public at large stops worshiping police as “heroes”, this kind of crap will continue.

Until the bulk of the public at large stop worshiping government as their saviors, this kind of crap will continue.

There is nothing else that can be said – government and it’s enforcement arm (the cops) are not your friend.

  12. Just in case you don’t know, police departments send their cops to Israhell for training in advance tactics – because Jews rule Amerika and they consider you the enemy. All the Goy are Palestinians to them. Cops in Amerika have been trained in Israel to treat you like the enemy. Wake the fuck up!

Congress has taken AIPAC bribes and sold you down the river!

    https://x.com/BenMFreeman/status/1346951044111060993

“The Jews of America are no longer safe.

I’m devastated for them & I’m desperately hoping they understand the threat they are facing.

The Post-Holocaust ‘Golden Age’ of guilt-based acceptance of Jews is over.”

Ben Freeman is admitting the Jews are using the Holocaust to guilt trip the goy into submission!

Read Ben Freeman’s twitter feed for yourself, the insane rants of a militant homosexual Jew.

  13. You know…that prosecutor and cop both should not feel safe in their town…if that had been my kid…they would not be.

I’ve already decided…if any of my family are attacked and/or fucked over by officialdom….those individuals will not be free to roam and will be paid back. I am old enough, I just dont care if I go to prison or worse anymore…never piss off an old man with no life! Lol we just dont give a fuck!

    • I agree with your sentiments, but would not suggest ever going kinetic on them. Nobody in Manheim Township should do any business with that cop or prosecutor. No plumber, barber, restaurant, grocery store, doctor, dentist, dry cleaner, etc. They should be entirely ostracized from the community forever. There needs to be a shitlist of all such cops so that civilized people know not to engage with them in any way.

    • Agreed Andy, take some time to figure out the thug’s routine and then come up behind him with a baseball bat. These guys deserve vigilante justice for sure.

  14. I saw this video yesterday on the Civil Rights Lawyer channel on YouTube. A couple of items of note:

They threw the book at this kid including felony resisting arrest and a host of other crimes. The thug AGW perjured himself by filing these false charges. Hey prosecutor, why not start with filing a false police report with perjury?

The video was pure luck for this young man in that neither body cam nor his own filming caught the abuse but a security cam. Otherwise, his word against the AGW and guess who is going to win.

Since the police report included descriptions captured in the video which are obviously lies, the entire police report needs to be assumed as lies.

Comes down to this for all of us…our only chance to survive an encounter with armed government agents is to video the encounter. Justice (or the beginning of it) only comes when government gets bad press. Otherwise: “We investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing.”

  15. I haven’t watched the video but I do notice from the stills that there is a thug in street clothes (shorts!) and an unmarked SUV with no indications whatsoever that it’s a pork roller.

If tactics allow, (if he’s not already pointing a gun at you) disengaging and fighting back would be entirely justified here, even for a lot of boot and badge lickers.

Or if the rider tried to elude and evade that would be absolutely justified in the face of an apparent road rage incident.

I’m entirely sick and tired of this crap. They’ve made themselves our enemies, the country is now a totalitarian police state entirely worse than the late Soviet Union or national Socialist Germany, and there will be push back. The only safety holding the whole mess together is hundreds of millions of guns in private hands.

  16. It’s worse…
Israeli methods are easily discerned in American police departments, who have, almost all received “free” training in israeli methods in how to handle us Palestinians (oops, I mean American citizens).
American police officers used to be considered “peace officers” in which the citizen was held supreme, but no more.
“Escalation of force”, once a staple of American police doctrine has been replaced with israeli “command and control” doctrine which subordinates the citizen to the demands made by American police officers. This is the same method used in israel and in the occupied territories.
We are all Palestinians and Gazans, now…

  17. Power corrupts.

He may have started out as a well meaning cop, but over time, the enforcers view each other as a tight circle, versus all the perceived enemies out there. The judge and AG have their back, their buddies will hide the truth in any investigation, and you get this.

I disagree with the other commenters that oppressive politicians hire aggressive AGW’s on purpose, they’re all corrupted by power and think they’re helping. There’s no fixing this other than accepting that centralized force isn’t the way to run a society.

      • I suspect it’s worse than that – those types are desired and actively recruited. A group of cops were in my civil law course a few years back: uniformly arrogant, disrespectful bullies, much disliked by the rest of the class and the prof. They even had a ‘leader’ of sorts.

        • I agree, Cobblestones –

Only a jerk (at best) would want ot spend his time driving around hassling people over such nonsense as “speeding” and not “buckling up for safety.” Yes, I know – there are actual criminals out there. I just wish they’d be the focus of attention rather than people whose only “crime” is that they flouted the governments authority.

  18. Just as every cop is a criminal
    And all the sinners saints
As heads is tails, just call me Lucifer
‘Cause I’m in need of some restraint
So if you meet me, have some courtesy
Have some sympathy and some taste
    Use all your well-learned politesse
Or I’ll lay your soul to waste
    Mmm, yeah

    • In light of the rolling stones, I never understood that gobble gobble, except for “every cop is a criminal.” Fully agreed.

  19. Those aggressive AGW’s are a reflection of the people who hired them; the politicians in office. That alone proves they really are power hungry and hate we the people.

  20. While we’re on the topic of law enforcement…

I’ve come to notice that “crime” and “criminals” are increasingly used to mean “any activity or person opposing the government” rather than meaning “activities and people who violate the rights, property, and bodily integrity of others through violence, fraud, or gross negligence.”

  21. They are just another criminal gang with their “civil asset forfeiture” where they can take your stuff without compensation. They can murder you and largely get away with it. This lunkhead “chief” would’ve gotten away with it too if not for a video.

That’s why when I see a “back the blue” sticker on a car, I just roll my eyes. I’d back them if they went back to being peace officers, not kitted-up, roided-up goons who are the chief enforcers of a tyrannical state that never stops putting the boot to the back of our necks any chance it gets, using “elections” as a justification. As I always tell people, government is a necessary EVIL with emphasis on EVIL.

“When you decide to be something, you can be it. That’s what they don’t tell you in the church. When I was your age they would say we can become cops or criminals. Today, what I’m saying to you is this: when you’re facing a loaded gun, what’s the difference?”

  22. That guy looks like the fat, hulking, lying stupid retard he is. YOU KNOW he was the most obnoxious asshole in ninth grade.

The sad thing is that he is not only getting paid to be an asshole, he has risen to the rank of CHIEF asshole.

  23. Not at all difficult to determine who and what are the real criminals these days, they wear blue, have badges, and will kill you if you don’t obey their orders.

Don’t need to be a detective in the force to realize that.

Get a freaking life, get a real job, treat people like you should, go to work or something, be useful, not a violent sycophant.
