Today is selection day in Israel. The day when Israelis vote to keep the current genocidal maniac or replace him with another. In this respect, selection day in America resembles selection day in Israel in that no matter who you vote for, you end up with a genocidal maniac. It has been this way in America since Nov. 22, 1963 – when the last American president who wasn’t a genocidal maniac was de-selected and replaced by a genocidal maniac (Lyndon Johnson), who handed the baton off to Richard Nixon. Jimmy Carter was an aberration; he wasn’t supposed to be selected.
Things got back on track when Reagan got selected. Then Bush the elder, who genocided the Iraqis over “aggression that will not stand” that had been tacitly approved of (i.e, the Iraqi incursion into Kuwait) followed by Clinton (whose ATF and FBI immolated the Branch Davidians at Waco; a small-scale genociding). After him came The Chimp and “weapons of mass destruction” the Iraqis never had. Obama inherited that and continued it. Trump came along – and has come back – and doubled down on it.

The two candidates are the same candidate. They are of one mind. A genocidal one. Trump loves “Bibi” and “Bibi” loves Trump. It is a match made in Hell. 
“Bibi” may lose, of course – and so also the GOP come the midterm selections. It is doubtful it will make much difference because the same interests control the outcomes of both (and all) selections. If “Bibi” is replaced, someone much like him will be his replacement. It will certainly not be someone meaningfully different – just as it was almost childishly naive to believe that Trump was someone meaningfully different. Meaningfully different people are not allowed to be candidates for selection. That would be contrary to selecting them. They are first selected for us and then we are allowed to select from among the selections. It is something like the way you’re allowed to select from what’s available from among the vehicles we’re allowed to buy – but not allowed to buy the vehicles we’d like to buy. 
In any event, “Bibi” – even if not re-selected – will still be prime minister of the state of Israel for at least a month and possibly much longer, if there is a new attack on Iran (more accurately, if “Bibi” precipitates another attack on Iran) and declares himself in charge for the duration, as his simpatico in Keeeeeeeeeeeeeev has done. Trump – who is also simpatico with the little man in Keeeeeeeeev – might very well do the same, once the midterms are over with, if they do not go favorably for him. Of course, it hardly matters – because no matter how the midterms go, the outcome has already been selected.
Only the colors will change. Nothing meaningful will change – at least insofar as regards the homicidal and genocidal congruence of the people we’re offered as our selection.

The Democrats running for office are running on an Anti-war platform. However, they’re not REALLY Anti-war; they WANT war, but with Russia if not with Iran as well. Many Democrat politicians and voters STILL belieeeeeeeeeeve or are STILL pushing the “Trump-Russia collusion” narrative from 2016.
Considering that many of them are as eager to go to war with Russia as many European politicians are, if Democrats retake the House and/ or Senate, I expect that they’ll give Zelensky MORE MONEY under guise of “Democracy for Keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeev”, and Americans will be given short shrift again.
It goes back even further:
-It was Eisenhower who publicly called out the “military industrial complex”—which he wisely did on his very last day in office. (If he had done so a day earlier, it would have ended badly for him.)
-I need not say much about FDR and Truman, but Truman was the first president to not really win a war.
-Woodrow Wilson was perhaps the first president to overtly deceive the public with respect to WW1–He was elected on the idea that “he kept us out of war.”
-But it all began with Abe Lincoln, the first Republican, who said to the Confederacy, “If you leave, we’ll kill you.”

Try to imagine a US analogy, in which the D and R parties represent white people, while a third ‘AA’ party explicitly represents black people — and is constantly threatened with sanctions and expulsion.
Israel is an apartheid colony. Its system of segregation is far more extensive than Jim Crow ever was in the US South. Segregated schools, sure — but segregated, Jews-only roads as well, and segregated political parties too.

As far as Waco is concerned, it was planned under HWBush and executed by Clinton, et al. Remember, the massive invasion of the Branch Davidians happened five weeks after Bubba was sworn in. That’s not nearly enough time to formulate the massive attack that included both fed agencies and national guard. HW also gave us the attack on Ruby Ridge.
HW also gave us the Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990, which makes it a federal felony to possess a firearm within 1000 feet of any school unless the firearm is unloaded and in a locked container, or the individual possessing the firearm is licensed to do so by the State in which the school zone is located. No exception for so-called constitutional carry states; if you carry without a state-issued license — even in a state does not require a license to carry — that will get you five years in federal prison if you drive within 1000 feet of a school.
