This report concerns sickness – of the physical kind – and the way mental illness has altered our perceptions of it and reactions to it. I herewith speak for myself but suspect I speak for more than just a few.
Before three years ago, when you caught a bug – you caught a bug. Or at least, that’s all it was for me.
No one (other than the mentally ill) gave it much more thought. You felt yourself feeling not quite right; one of your nostrils was closing up (maybe both) and you just knew you were going to be riding the Kleenex Express for a few days. But no big deal, other than it being a big pain in the ass.
That is just how I felt Monday. By Tuesday it was clear to me – and everyone around me – that I had caught a bug. Nothing different about it this time than it was the scores of others times going back to childhood when I caught a bug and had the sniffles and generally felt off my game for a few days (hope it hasn’t been too obvious).
Except for the one difference, this time.
Even I, alert as I am to the way hypochondria – a debilitating mental illness – has been egged on by people who aren’t just mentally ill but evil – can’t help having what are probably (diagnostically) hypochondriacal thoughts as I blow my nose into yet another Kleenex.
These do not prompt me to do actually hypochondriacal things, such as fly with my wings flapping like a hysterical chicken to get “tested,” which I know would be stupid because pointless as well as dangerous because it would probably place me on some kind of watch list or otherwise paint me on their radar. Better to fly under it and – besides – what person in his right mind would go to see a doctor at this point in the game, for anything other than a serious physical injury and only then in spurting artery extremis?
The medical profession has about the same credibility at this point as a Mah Jongg fortune teller only it is far more alarming because these white coats have it in their power to do things to you, physically, once they get their hands on you.
Ergo, best to not go near enough to allow them to.
The crazy thing is, they have gotten their hands on our minds. Well, mine. It is no longer just a bug and a few days not-feeling-so-great. I think about what it might be. Is it the bug? I know, of course, it’s not a big deal because it is just a bug, after all. Even if it is the bug. I didn’t die the last time I got it, either – as was true for about 1 percent shy of 100 percent of the people who got it who weren’t also very old or already very sick.
And even then.
My mom – who is in her ’80s – got the bug and survived. It says something about how much most of us had to fear from it beyond a wastebasket full of used Kleenex. But that isn’t the point because those are rational things and this report is about what you might just call the seepage of irrationality into more general circulation. If you doubt it, summon a fake sneeze while standing in a checkout line and watch the way at least a few of those around you will assume a nervous demeanor and perhaps even sidle away from you. This kind of thing almost never happened before three years ago.
You still generally see something in the vicinity of 5-10 percent of the general population wearing the identifying accouterments of the pathologically hypochondriacal. These people are an enervating sight. They keep the mind focused on pathological things, even when you make an enormous effort of will to not allow that to happen.
It . . . seeps in, anyhow.
I know it’s just a bug. I know it’s almost worked its way through my system, that nature has taken its usual course. My sinuses are still plugged up like a catalytic converter with 350,000 miles on it, but the drip has abated and the tubercular coughing is waning. By tomorrow, it’ll probably all be gone.
But I don’t think I’ll ever be the same again.
I don’t think any of us will ever be. Not ourselves, not our civilization, which is damned near wrecked. We ought never to forget that. What they did to us. It will help us keep our minds in the right place, even if sometimes our thoughts have a tendency to wander in unhealthy directions.

Funny isn’t it how the New York Times, along with much of the rest of the media, smears RFK Jr as some “Kook Anti-vaxxer”. However, when it comes to vaccines, he’s challenged people to a debate on where he “Got it wrong”, but nobody has ever taken him up on that challenge. As for the media’s smears against him, it’s likely because most of the establishment media gets a considerable amount of advertising dollars from Big Pharma. Not only that, those who are smearing him must be afraid of him. Why, from what I’ve read elsewhere, even the Democrat Party isn’t too thrilled with him running, and some of his own family aren’t too thrilled either. It will be interesting though to see how much support he gets from not just Democrat voters, but also Republican voters, as well as a voting bloc that the media is clearly worried about whom they call ANTI-VAXXERS.
I find Kennedy’s run interesting given what we’ve been forced to endure the past few years, and that he’s one of the few DEMOCRATS out there speaking out against what the U.S. Government has been doing and continues to do to the American people, such as lockdowns, mandatory vaccinations, pushing for CBDCs, etc. Kennedy may also become the first Democrat to whom I ever contribute or vote for President, as all the other Democrat presidential candidates in my adult life have been terrible, and so far it appears that Donald Trump may well become the “R” nominee for President next year.

I will take this opportunity to rant against one of the most ridiculous aspects of the COVIDian hysteria: closing off public drinking fountains. This has mostly ended now, but was common in 2020 and 2021. And was stupid, IMO. Dehydration is a greater risk to most people than COVID. And staying hydrated will probably help prevent sickness. What proof was there that drinking fountains could spread COVID?

I hated the decrees by government of what constituted ESSENTIAL or NON-ESSENTIAL businesses and ESSENTIAL vs NON-ESSENTIAL employees. Large big box stores and large corporations were deemed ESSENTIAL and could stay open during the draconian lockdowns, while small Mom & Pop stores or small businesses were deemed NON-ESSENTIAL and had to close down. It was almost as if the dreaded ‘Rona magically avoided LARGE big box stores and only spread like wildfire at small businesses.

Viruses are real, and well studied and categorized. Virology and immunology are actually pretty advanced. This isn’t the 19th Century anymore.
Viruses can be manipulated and essentially custom built. They are often used to deliver genes to be reverse transcribed into the genomes of target cells for research. I know. I’ve done.

Which is a good thing. The worst thing you can do to your immune system is not challenge it. It’s like a muscle, if you don’t use it, it will quit working. Decades ago I watched a documentary about long term space flight, as in years, perhaps to Jupiter or Saturn. Part of the payload was pathogens, to occasionally introduce to the crew for the express purpose of exercising their immune system. Such would be considered heresy now.

A confession.
I got on my knees and wore the mask to keep my eyesight. Not for long, but wear it I did. I’m still weighing the cost/benefit analysis of that. However, in my left eye I now have 20/20 vision, which I haven’t had for 20 years. That’s a pretty hefty benefit. Which will also give me a lifetime of shame for masking as a cost.
On the bright side, when I get my right eye fixed, I might return to my previous high level of hand gun accuracy, and iron sight rifle accuracy. If I can get my arthritis to cooperate.

The upper limit for all adults is 2,000 mg a day. Although too much dietary vitamin C is unlikely to be harmful, large doses of vitamin C supplements might cause: Diarrhea. Nausea.
25 to 50mg of zinc per day is more than enough.
Zinc absorption can be improved with a quercetin supplement — they usually include vitamin C.
Add 1000 to 2000IU Vitamin D a day and you have our homemade “Covid Vaccine”
Happy to report we (both of us are old) have had no Covid, no Omicron, No influenza, and no common colds in the past three years. I have never had influenza and my last common cold was over five years ago. In spite of a poor diet and lack of exercise.
I am not a doctor, so you CAN take my “Covid vaccine” advice seriously – it is simply the nutritional elements that help the immune system fight respiratory infections.

No, Vitamin C at gram levels is what your body would be making if not for a corrupted gene. Most animals manufacture their own Vitamin C. Exceptions are humans, other primates, and guinea pigs. Which are also the species that are allergic to poison ivy. I have found that taking 6 grams of C per day has made me immune to poison ivy.
Humans, unlike most animals, are unable to synthesize vitamin C endogenously, so it is an essential dietary component.
You must be thinking of Vitamin D.
I am allergic to poison ivy but have avoided it since 1987.
That does not prove any food supplement pill I’m taking reduced my allergy. After telling me she had never had poison ivy, despite being an avid gardener for over 40 years. Then she got the rash. Twice in the next ten years.
Vitamin C is a natural anti-histamine and helps to reduce swelling, so it is also useful as a poison ivy treatment.
I do not believe there is any scientific evidence that taking large vitamin C doses will prevent poison ivy.
Richard, you are way off base on your C and D3 notions. You MIGHT get by on 500 mg of C, if you take it in 3 or 4 doses, since you piss it out almost as fast as you take it. I take 1000 mg of delayed release C twice a day. You will know if you take too much, because you get diarhea. D3 is entirely subjective. Dependent upon your complexion and sun exposure. A dark skinned person at Northern latitudes may need up to 60k IUs. Since I don’t get a lot of sun exposure, I take 10k IUs per day. No ill effects. But that’s just me, and my subjective situation.
Have your Vit, D blood level checked. I increased (tripled my inter dose) to 15000IU a day when Covid hit. My Vit D blood level rose to well above the recommended top limit. Too much Vit D does have negative side effects.
We get Vit D from some foods, and the sun, along with Vit C from some foods too. I’m just talking about supplements (pills) in ADDITION to the vitamins in the foods we eat, and Vit D. from the sun that hits our bare skin.
Too much Zinc will make you nauseous. Typically I double my dose, and that of D3, for one day upon the advent of symptoms. Also a tumbler full of colloidal Silver, which I make myself and keeps forever. Works pretty good for a fast recovery.
Listening to leftist also causes nausea.

I think you have a lot of courage for admitting that all the years of hysteria have gotten to you. Even you! Luckily, I think that sneezing and the sniffles are actually pretty rare symptoms for the Kung Flu, so that’s probably not your ailment. Also, after the end of 2021, most strains of the ‘Rona are pretty mild, like the one you experienced.
That said, I sure as fuck don’t want it again, either, with what I experienced, but I haven’t altered my life to avoid such a fate, either.
It’s better one be aware of their weaknesses, lest they succumb to them.
Also remember this the start of allergy season and the tree pollen is bad this year. And the older we get, we become more susceptible to stuff that never phased us in our youth. I guess the bastards at the pharmaceuticals will be coming out with the allergy version of the clot shot next!
I will never take a COVID test. Not only are they phoney-baloney, with huge numbers of false positives, but in my state, Ohio, if you test positive, you are entered into a police database. So the cops know, when they scan your license plate, if you are a dreaded pestilence-carrier. At least that was what was reported in 2020, when the hysteria was at its height. I don’t know if that is still the case.

They forget all common sense about natural immunity to a sickness upon healing and say things like “I got it 3 times over 3 years.” We’re to believe there’ll be colds, flus, and now a third thing, coofy-doof-19, forever, and that, while none are bacterial infections, the one from 2020 was made in a lab in Chy-na and can be cured by an anti-parasitical drug. You make a very valid point. Only with COVID have I ever heard people say “I got it 5x so far”. How we ever heard anybody say “I just got my 62nd head cold or my 7th flu”? Will be we ever go back to the days of just talking with someone and saying “Yeah, I got some type of bug that put me out of commission for a few days, but I am feeling better.” And then it is forgotten.
The whole “one virus” thing is/was a fraud. The “variant” aspect of it was unbelievably fraudulent, right out in the open.

That people even mention they had a “variant” of “it” blows my mind. I think the content of the link is why they dispatched with the variant story and people reverted to saying they were getting the 2020 illness over and over, which is ludicrous. The whole thing was/is a pack of lies. COVID 19 variant sysmptoms are almost identical
The exception is Omicron, which is not Covid — it is just a coronavirus common cold with the same very low infection fatality rate (IFR) as any other coronavirus common cold, and lasts 2 to 7 days.
Actual Covid19 has a MUCH higher IFR and lasts one to three weeks.
Antibodies from one Covid19 varient infection protected against other variants for an unknown amount of time, but did NOT protect against Omicron.
Omicron is most likely a distant variant that developed in a person simultaneously infected by Covid19 and a coronavirus common cold.
Omicron had 32 spike protein mutations versus half as many for Delta Covid versus Alpha Covid. That’s why the symptoms of Covid19 and Omicron are VERY different.

Most people have had many respiratory infections in their lifetimes. How often did they find out EXACTLY what virus had made them sick? Never in my almost 70 years on Earth.

The tests for the past 3 years were a fraud to convince people an imaginary virus existed that required all that followed. Do you have no recollection of the incentivization of “COVID”? The way doctors/hospitals were rewarded, financially, for jotting down “died from COVID” on death certificates? Among the most egregious examples of the latter being the case of the Florida motorcyclist – a guy in his 20s, apparently – who wrecked his bike and died of his injuries. But his death was listed as “because COVID” because his corpse “tested positive.”

I caught the covid twice. Prior to getting that, I hadn’t had a cold that lasted more than a day in 11 years. I began regular chiropractic adjustments in early 2009 and continued weekly ever since. I had never felt better.

Again in late 2021, I had a bout of the shits. It lasted 4 days. A friend told me it was viral an told me to take black seed oil. I took lots of it and was better. I had the same symptoms of lack of energy and headache, so I thought it might be a different form of COVID.
The third time was in 2022. I had the black seed oil. I had grapefruits and all the rest. I took them and it lasted 3 days. On day 2 and 3 I had lost my sense of taste and smell. It took a little for it to come back, but I felt it come back.
The bottom line, this thing is pretty strong, but it is not responsible for people dying. I believe that the vax created these weird variants. Regardless, if it’s the sniffles, it isn’t covid, even if it is, it’s not worth 1/100th of 1 percent of the freedoms we have left. Throw it down the drain

Covid causes death by a failure of major organs. But the CDC decided in March 2020 to call Covid a cause of death. That contradicts their instructions to NOT call influenza a cause of death on death certificates.

I don’t know if you already knew this, but there was someone who did the calculations of COVID mortality, and overall it turned out to be LESS than 1% for healthy people under 70. Not only that, the younger people were, the odds of them DYING FROM COVID got ever closer to ZERO. As for people older than 70, they still had about a 95% chance of SURVIVAL, though the ‘Rona tended to be more problematic if they had an existing health problem such as obesity, heart disease, or diabetes. For a virus that had such a high survival rate, it was totally unnecessary to run the MASSIVE experiment known as “locking down” the entire human population, shutting down world economies, and implementing all the other draconian COVID measures that ended up being a “cure” WORSE than the disease itself. Doctors & scientists who tried to speak out were “canceled”.
As for COVID patients who went to a hospital,
hospitals were using treatments on COVID patients that turned out to be DEADLY; i.e. putting them on ventilators and/ or giving them the “Tony Fauci recommended drug”, Remdesivir. Hospitals also got paid extra if a patient’s death was listed as “Died FROM COVID”, even if that patient actually died from something else. As if what humanity has been forced to endure in 2020 wasn’t crazy enough, the government and the captive agencies known as the FDA & CDC, along with the media, started pushing that experimental mRNA jab as “The savior” for what we’ve been forced to endure in 2020 & 2021.
Given what our government and certain governors around the country, along with hospitals and other governments around the world did to innocent people, we may never know how many “COVID DEATHS” were actually people who died from something else or were MURDERED by government and/ or faulty protocols. As for the COVID jabs, last I checked, in the U.S., VAERS has reports of death at over 35,000, but there was a study around 2010 indicating MASSIVE UNDER REPORTING of vaccine injuries and deaths, so the actual number of deaths from the “Miracle COVID vaccines” could be as high as 3.5 MILLION just in the U.S.
VAERS gets no more than 10% of people reporting, based on the most positive study of the database. But many reports are just coincidences.

I’m not guessing that there are 3.5 million vaxx deaths, but there was that life insurance company who said non-COVID deaths among working age people are up 40% from Pre-pandemic levels, which just happened to coincide with the rollout of the “Safe and Effective” COVID jabs. The media also concocted new terms to explain the staggering numbers of athletes, celebrities, and ordinary people who collapsed or dropped dead right in the middle of playing sports or engaging in normal living……”Sudden Adult Death Syndrome” or “Died Suddenly”.
The CDC also implemented a new COVID vaxx smartphone app called “V-Safe” where people who got vaxxed could report any reactions they had after getting jabbed. However, they tried to keep data in that hidden from the public until a lawsuit forced them to release the data while keeping the identities of people who made reports confidential. Any other experimental pharma product that had the amount of reports the COVID jabs had would have been pulled off the shelves long ago, but the Biden Thing, plus the CDC & FDA, continue pushing COVID vaccines AND boosters, and now the biotech industry is even looking at injecting mRNA vaccines into poultry and cattle.
US all-cause deaths went up +19% in 2020 and remained high in 2021.
Life insurance companies cover only half of adult Americans, and no single company covers more than a small percentage of the total US population.
The deaths of middle age Americans was unusually high in 3Q 2021 — but to focus on that one quarter is data mining.
There is no indication that 3.5 million Americans died from Covid vaccines. And no evidence that 300,000 died either, other than wild guesses.
I am trying to be polite and yet still warn you that claiming 3.5 million Americans died from Covid vaccines will result in you never being taken seriously on the subject.
Covid vaccines should never have been released after only two months of testing and should have been cancelled after a few months of adverse side effects reports that were 50x worse than prior vaccines for the most serious side effects.
Influenza is not a CDC APPROVED CAUSE OF DEATH for death certificates. So the flu deaths are a computer model estimate. There are no lists of actual names for flu deaths. Most doctors believe the CDC estimated flu deaths are too high.
There is no doubt that flu death estimates were reduced during Covid for political reasons. But social distancing does reduce flu nnfection spread.
The death WITH Covid statistic sounds completely wrong at first: Any death within 28 days of a positive PCR test, from any cause, it assumed to be a Covid death??
But the numbers collected with that strange methodology were similar to estimated US excess deaths and Covid was the best explanation for the huge jump of excess deaths in 2020.
In 2021, the Covid vaccine became a possible cause of excess deaths.
The deaths WITH Covid numbers appear to be in the ballpark of a deaths FROM Covid estimate.
There were a lot of elderly people near the end of their lives — their Covid infections just pulled ahead the end date.
But as of March 2020, the CDC said Covid could be listed as a cause of death on a death certificate. While influenza still could not be. If the CDC wanted to show a lot of Covid deaths, they would start with a low flu death estimate. I am assuming the CDC does not lie about total all cause US mortality, but the cause of death could be “massaged” for political reasons.
A lot of elderly Americans died from Covid in 2020, so excess deaths should have declined in 2021 for that reason alone.
Even more if the vaccines worked in 2021. In fact, excess deaths did not decline much. The Covid vaccines were obviously having little or no effect on all-cause mortality.
We had lots of excess deaths om 2020 and 2021. That should mean below average all-cause mortality in 2022, especially as the almost always non-fatal common cold Omicron crowded out much the more deadly actual Covid 19. Excess deaths did decline in 2020, but not very much.
So we have a big problem:
— Why did US excess deaths not fall rapidly after Covid19 “culled the herd” of the most vulnerable elderly Americans in 2020 and 2021?
We would need lots of autopsies to be sure, but one possibility is that multiple Covid vaccines have harmed the immune systems of too many Americans. That’s my best guess.
The computer model CDC estimate of flu deaths each year is so small relative to total all-cause mortality that it barely affects excess death estimates.
The Covid epidemic in 2020 increased all-cause mortality +19%. That is huge. Almost like the US being attacked by another nation. Unprecedented since the 1918 to 2020 influenza epidemic.
The fact that this so called “new and improved” virus presented an average age of death nearly identical to the pre Covid average life span, and often significantly older, pretty much sums it up.
That statement means only that the oldest Americans with the least effective immune systems were most likely to die from a SARS-2 infection. The average number of years of life lost to Covid was not high because young and middle aged people rarely died.
The statistic does not “sum up” anything else.

The year 2020 began (and ended) as an average rate of passing until the CDC (in January 2021) decided to back track and dump a large amount of excessive deaths onto the total. I would be curious how many of these were natural deaths vs hospitalized deaths where a respirator was forced onto unwilling participants.
How convenient that December 2020 also happened to be the the same month that the vaccines were shipped and people all across the USSA rolled up their sleeves. Vaccine? Excess deaths in December? Things that make you go umm…

A very large number of elderly Americans died in March through June 2020. The increase in all-cause mortality was huge and unprecedented. The biggest increase since the 1918 to 2020 flu epidemic.

You do not factor in the fact that people were murdered by the white coats, as by crowding the old folks together, as by placing people on ventilators and shoving Remdisivir into them. No mention of the effect of delayed diagnosis/treatment of serious illness due to “lockdowns” and so on.

The only deluded person in this conversation is the one who continues to insist that drugs that neither prevent infection nor stop transmission are “vaccines.” A drug that “reduces symptoms” is a palliative. It is why there is a word for that – and another word for something else.
Few, if any, would have chosen to take the drugs pushed on them as “vaccines” if the pushers had said up front: Taking these drugs won’t prevent you from getting the infection or keep others from getting it (from you). We’ve had doctors who said that this pandemic could have been ended quickly and countless Iives SAVED if doctors had just been allowed to use inexpensive drugs (such as Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin) that have been around for YEARS and have a good track record for safety. There have been numerous studies showing those drugs were an EFFECTIVE treatment for people sick with the
‘Rona, and doctors who still practiced medicine saved who knows how many lives by using those drugs. However, the government and many hospitals around the country effectively prohibited the use of such drugs via diktats, and even pharmacies wouldn’t fill prescriptions for those drugs due to diktats from local, state, or federal public health departments. Not only that, but from what I’ve read elsewhere, the heavy censoring of those drugs was done in order for the pharmaceutical industry and federal public health agencies to get “Emergency Use Authorization” for the COVID jabs, as the jabs wouldn’t have gotten EUA if there were already effective treatments out there such as those the media smeared as “Trump’s dangerous drug” (Hydroxychloroquine) or “Horse Dewormer” (Ivermectin).
The attack on Ivermectin was a disgrace — the medical profession severely tarnished their image by doing nothing of value for people who were infected … except telling them to check into a hospital if their Covid got worse.

I think plenty of people died of COVID. Now, “How many?” is a different question. I think many may have succumbed to medical malpractice via the use of respirators, remdesivir and whatnot. But, we know that people die of the flu, and hell, even the common cold causes pneumonia and kills people. The ‘Rona most certainly did.
Just think of that experience you had. Now, if you were fat and weak, or had bad cardiovascular problems, mightn’t it have killed you?

I remember when I first started dating (around 15 or 16 years old) and I went out on my first date with a guy and we went out to the movies and a restaurant for the evening. At dinner the waitress brings the dessert menu and he waves it away. He then tells me he hates dessert. What!?!? That was our first and last date.
I went to a meeting in Denver yesterday. Specifically a meeting that took place in a “work-share space” in the RiNo Art District neighborhood down by Coors Field. Lots of scooters, a few bicycles, and more Teslas than in Aspen, at least in raw numbers. And masks. At least half a dozen just in the building. Not old ladies and their henpecked husbands (they probably don’t know this neighborhood exists), but Manbuns and purple hair freak girls too. Most of the more *ahem* fit millennial girls were barefaced, which was good to see on a fine spring day.
That said, this week the aspens are pollenating. I could probably use an N95 mask. This wet winter was good for the plants. But when they all dry out we’ll get more fire too.

Some good news for the Mask Sheriff
Commenting on last diaper report, I stated my wife was not required to wear a mask when visiting her doctor in early April. Yesterday my doctor’s office had a sign that masks were optional after April 3. So no mask for me, of course. It appears that mask wearing in Michigan is finally not required anywhere except for some times in a hospital, such as doctors doing surgery, WHICH MAKES SENSE, and patients with respiratory symptoms, which makes no sense.
The doctor I visited yesterday was still wearing a mask BUT some of the staff were not. I told my MASKED DOCTOR FIVE WEEKS AGO that I read five scientific mask studies in early 2020 and none said masks had any effect on respiratory aerosols. That debate ended after he admitted the 50 cent masks that his patients wore did nothing, but his own N95mask was useful. I was about to tell him all five studies I had read were of N95 masks — pre-Covid no one cared about 50 cent masks — but I decided to hold off on the argument. This doctor gives me an injection every five weeks, and I want him in a good mood before he does.
The mask issue is important not because I was forced to wear a mask at doctor’s offices for the past two years. It is important because it reveals how many people trust their government 100%. They never do independent thinking, which is easy with the internet.

They believe Covid vaccines are safe and effective
They believe global warming is a great danger
They believe Nut Zero will save the planet
They believe Ukraine is winning a war
And they believe masks will protect them
All the above beliefs are the false beliefs of people who let their government(s) do their thinking for them … which is the enemy of personal freedom.

I should add that with some digging, you can find government data that CONTRADICT all those false claims I listed. They assume no one will fact check them, because the mass media does not. And they are usually right — few people have the time to fact check government / politician claims.
