“Patterns of Life”

31
2201

You may have heard about how the Israelis knew exactly when and where to go after – to kill – Iran’s religious leader, the Ayatollah Khamenei. They used traffic cameras to keep track of his movements, so as to know when and where to kill him:

“Sources close to Israeli intelligence claim that Mossad hacked into almost all of Tehran’s traffic camera network, to keep tabs on Khamenei and his bodyguards,” according to the Financial Times.

“It’s unclear exactly how long this traffic camera spy operation went on for, but it’s said that Mossad spent years spying on high-value targets. The operation was intended to build a ‘pattern of life’ for Khamenei and his bodyguards, including who they were guarding, their routines, and even where they lived.”

“One particular camera was even said to give away the exact location of where his security detail would park their cars. The U.S. and Israel planned to strike Friday night, but intelligence gained by the CIA and Mossad pinpointing Khamenei’s location delayed the strike until Saturday morning,” according to the New York Times.

You may have just heard an alarm bell go off in your head.

The same traffic cameras used to ascertain the ayatollah’s “patterns of life” are also ascertaining our “patterns of life.” Remember what the proprietor of the doomsday survival store said in that great Michael Douglas movie, Falling Down?

Think about it.

Why is it that cameras are being emplaced all over the place? The benign explanation put forward is that they are just being emplaced to better manage the ebb and flow of traffic – as for example by adjusting the timing of traffic lights. That there’s a malignant aspect to it is easy enough to establish since the cameras are identifying specific vehicles – and so specific people – via license plates and (in the case of Flock cameras) more than just that. The Flock cameras note such identifying characteristics of particular vehicles, such as body damage, even bumper stickers. Obviously, such identifiers have nothing to do with easing congestion.

They have everything to do with identification – and much more than just that.

It is about collecting information about our movements on a grand (mass) scale – so that they (the people behind the cameras) know where all of us have been and when – as well as more than just that. With this information, they can predict where and when we’ll be – before we head for there. For example, I regularly go the gym in town on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays and usually around the same time, too. The cameras take note. If someone behind those cameras wanted to predict ahead of time where I’m likely to be on any given Tuesday at about 10 o’clock in the morning, it would pretty easy for them to predict it because they’d know that’s when I almost always go to the gym.

That’s how they got the Ayatollah.

It’s how they’ll get us, too.

They already are.

“Iranians aren’t the only ones being spied on by their own traffic cameras. Traffic cameras right here in the good ol’ U.S. of A are being used to spy on American citizens, too. Immigration and Customers Enforcement (ICE) has been using data from traffic cams, and even using license plate scanning mobile apps, to track citizens’ whereabouts. Third-party companies like Flock Safety are doing it, too, even though their license plate scanners keep getting vandalized. It was already unnerving knowing our every move is being monitored by our government, but it’s even more so knowing that other intelligence agencies can be watching, too.”

No doubt this is why my state – Virginia – ended what had been for decades the right to put generic Farm Use tags on old trucks and so on.

I have an old truck that wore Farm Use tags for many years. Last year, I was obliged to get a state-issued Farm Use tag that has identifying numbers on it, just like any other license plate. The reason why is obvious. To make it easier to keep track (via the cameras) of my comings and goings.

Can’t have any free range cattle.

A curious thing about all of this is that – so far as can be ascertained – none of us voted in favor of this emplacing of cameras at very street corner/intersection. Many people probably have no idea that they are literally not only being watched, but specifically watched. That their particular “patterns of life” are being recorded, with all the sinister implications of that.

It raises a question: What do we do about it?

It is not likely voting will do much. Just as voting for Trump didn’t do much to end the wars many of us thought would end if we voted for Trump.

It is not said lightly – by people who aren’t criminals – but when the state and its corporate controllers become criminal then countermeasures are warranted. These include such expedients as making yourself less identifiable – with plausible deniability, if you find yourself having to deal with an armed government worker. You had no idea there was mud obscuring your car’s ear tag – i.e., its license plate. Or that it got bent, somehow.

These things happen.

More extreme countermeasures may inevitably become necessary. In the UK, cameras are regularly sprayed over (be sure to wear your “mask”) or even Sawzall’d down from the poles on which they’re perched by intrepid, liberty minded people. Is doing this wrong? Would it be wrong to try to cut off an ankle bracelet you found had been affixed to you while you slept?

We are not criminals, after all.

  1. RE: “flock cameras”

I’ve not read of that description until today. Multiple times now, in the comments.

    That seems odd to me.

At any rate, it’s perhaps appropriate to turn the table on The Empire, if that’s possible?

It’s said, “They used traffic cameras to keep track of his movements, so as to know when and where to kill him:”

…What’s to stop the enemy from doing the same here? Therefore; those cameras on American soil are a national security threat.

“Now, when they say it’s not about controlling you…”

    • I have read where Flock cameras in La Mess, California, were being vandalized. Whoops. So sorry about that. Turning the tables on the Empire? Not a bad idea. Even if one knows they are outnumbered and outmanned, fighting back is still better than laying down and taking the tyranny. Aaah yes, it has always been about control. Today, TPTB are adept at masking control with “safety” and how great it will be if one is a slave. Ultimately, one has to decide (and once and for all), whether they are going to be a safe slave, or a free, but fighting free man, even if it costs you something.

  2. By now everyone should know where their local GovCo officials live. If not work on that. It’s not illegal to ask, and the info might come in handy some day.

Took a drive today. Sat outside, having a coffee on the iconic Route 66 corner in Winslow Arizona. looked up and there on the pole was one of these little flock cameras. Was a White version of the one in your picture. It’s pointed right at the middle of the road where everyone stands out on the street and jams up traffic for their farce/book post. The camera on the corner looks zip tied as well. I wonder if they haven’t fully committed yet. Not that it matters, since 98% of everyone happily carries their own enslavement cattle tracker with them.

Winslow Arizona, smmfh. I guess it was inevitable since the majority inhabitants have a surrender mentality. Even saw a family of Navahos/Hopis not sure which, where the grandparents were masked at lunch. The one thing I did notice more than I have lately. Many more super slow snufflufigases. I’ve slowed down a step myself, but looking around it was incredible how nearly everyone else was slower than me. Wandering down the streets, two scoop cones in hands, with not a care in the world. How is that possible? The thought crossed my mind. America is doomed. Then, the sun came back from behind the clouds, and I began once agin thinking positive thoughts and exuding joyful vibes.

  3. Why would they expose this fact, when the compromised cameras would still be useful going forward?

They are protecting human assets inside Iran, with a semi-believable cover story.

  4. I bought a vintage 1971 Oklahoma plate for my Charger I found online a few years back and it’s always on the car. I tried to register it so I could “legally” use it, but they denied it for some reason. I use it anyway.

I always wonder what info comes up when it’s read by those scanners.

  5. With these license plate readers seemingly everywhere nowadays, how long before some authoritarian government decides to use them against people who defy nonsensical diktats issued during, say, a cliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiimate lockdown or even lockdown orders during “The next pandemic”? Or perhaps even to make sure a driver and their passengers are all wearing face diapers in the event of MORE face diaper mandates or are “Up to date on vaccinations” recommended by local “public health bureaucracies”?

  6. “It raises a question: What do we do about it?”
Paintball guns. Lots and lots of paintball guns.

Also, it is time to ignore all of the evil anti-BDS “laws” (not even remotely legal or Constitutional) and boycott EVERYTHING that might have the slightest connection to Israel. As it is a spy state disguised at a country nothing that comes from that country should be trusted, not even soap.

We are all Palestinians to them anyway.

  7. The NY Post recently did an investigation into obscured license plates in the NYC area and – surprise, surprise – they all belonged to cops/AGW’s. Rules for thee but not for me, peasants.

  8. My local PD announced on FB about a year the installation of FLIR cameras. That they were needed to solve crimes and prevent them as well. Only a very small amount of the comments brought up the privacy and surveillance concerns. These people were viciously attacked by the boot licking, support the blue crowd. Most with the “logic” of “what are you worried about if you’re not doing anything wrong!” This country is DOA and everyday I understand more and more why Randy W moved to the woods.

  9. The “No Expectation of Privacy In Public” ruling did much to destroy freedom and right to be left alone. Pretty soon, TPTB can (and will be able to) put cameras through your bedroom window right on your property, because of the “no expectation of privacy”, and if you have your curtains open, whoops, so sorry for you.

    • Yep. There’s also “no expectation of privacy” on your own property outside your home. It’s becoming much more common to find “game cameras” that don’t belong to the game warden up in your trees.

  10. ‘The Israelis knew exactly when and where to kill … the ayatollah Khamenei.’ — eric

    It’s nothing new, either:

‘If you read Ronan Bergman’s book Rise and Kill First, which is a history of Israel and its assassination programs — Israel assassinates orders of magnitude more people than any other country and probably a lot more people than all other countries combined. They just love to assassinate people. That’s the Israeli thing.’ — Dr Kevin Barrett

    https://www.unz.com/kbarrett/west-asia-on-fire/

In the Before Time, the US was a victim of dirty tricks like assassination. In retrospect, after reading Ronan Bergman’s book, one can identify an obvious primary suspect in some of these killings on US soil, first and foremost the assassination of JFK.

Now, under the degenerate pedophile Trumpstein, the US helps little Shitrahell with its mafia-style rubouts. We have descended to the sordid level of off-brand humans like ‘Kushner,’ ‘Witkoff’ and ‘Netanyahu’ [not his real name]. America is over.

  11. I got caught by a speeding camera about three months ago. I got my notice in the mail just this week. At first I thought that my speeding ticket would be $100 but it was only $30. I guess when I accelerated from the stop light I didn’t go over 40 MPH in a 30 MPH zone. There are cameras everywhere.

I’m deciding whether to pay or just pretend that I didn’t receive my mail. If I don’t pay the city government can make things unpleasant for me.

    • I received a traffic cam fine from Denver a while back. There is (or was) a requirement that the notice have proof of service, otherwise it rolls off in 90 days. I did not pay and never heard from them again. Check the small print of the ordinance. If they press it, go to court and demand to face your accuser.

    • I once worked with a guy who always drove the speed limit and seemed to disappear any time a cop was around. I asked him why and he said he had an arrest warrant for an unpaid speeding ticket he got 3 years ago. He smiled and said he has to be careful for 4 more years until it’s expunged from his record.

I, myself, have thrown away a seatbelt violation ticket that was $20. I wonder if I have a warrant. Doesn’t appear so, as I have been pulled over (and let go) for other “offenses” since then. I tried to throw out a speeding ticket once, but my wife paid it so I wouldn’t get in trouble.

  12. There’s that pesky 4th Amendment in the Bill of Rights. Fortunately, the Constitution was deemed unconstitutional, so our overlords are in the clear.

  13. I go to estate sales regularly and use my Garmin GPS to find these houses and my GPS sounds like an old style video game the way it beeps at every cross street and states it’s a variable safety zone/ camera. It sure wasn’t this way when I was knee high to a grasshopper.

They claim it’s to deal with crime but from what I’ve read in the UK it sure doesn’t seem to stop any crime and when they discover the perpetrator is in a protected group they don’t do anything.

It’s to keep us in fear of GovCo at this point.

  14. Flock cameras have been popping up at every major intersection in my area of the supposedly free state of Florida. They are also at all the roads crossing county lines for my county and at least three surrounding ones. There are no less than eight flock cameras on my very rural route to work. I need to invest in a few infrared lights to blind these cameras as I pass by. For now, the middle finger will have to suffice.

  15. Terrorism is defined as the use of force (including murder and genocide) against unidentified innocent civilians by a politicized entity in order to effect forced political change, to conquer, promote and establish a society by use of force–including outright murder.
Keep in mind that the first modern-day use of terrorism was used in Palestine against not only Palestinians, but western interests in that part of the world.
Even before the 1948 “Nakba” (catastrophe), jews from Europe were forcing Palestinians off their ancestral lands using the same tactics as being used today in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, and the rest of the world.
It is JEWS who are the inventors of terrorism.
This is the reason why Queen Elizabeth II hated all jews with a passion…the jews would bomb telephone lines during their terrorism and the next day, would call the British to repair them. Chutzpah, indeed…

  16. Axon is a leader in the mass surveillance system buildout. They integrate/network body cameras, drones, apps and traffic cameras all over your city into a 24-esque fever dream of surveillance and “proactive policing.”

Watch the video linked above for a real treat. Like something out of a Tom Clancy novel, but with Barney Fife and Lt Dangle tracking bad guys (white) all over town. License plate readers, body cameras that translate automagically, private security companies “sharing” data with LEOs, drones sending real time video back to dispatch… because some white guy shoplifted some item from a poor black shopkeeper.

Not sure what’s more fictional, the criminals and victims or how all this stuff works perfectly every time.

  17. They are going around town by town putting these cameras in on traffic lights at key entrances and exits — to make money for the town. They are making a surveillance network across the U.S. They’ve done it in my town — think it’s call Flock Safety cameras.

In regard to the assassination of Khamenie. Israelis like to pound their chest, but Khamenie refused to go to a bunker/shelter because his people don’t have them–he was bombed in his regular residence (along with his family including 14 month old grand daughter). Some say he did so purposely to create a martyr and unify Iranians. He was 86. Trump indicated he could have killed Khamenie in June so maybe he figured US knew his bunkers were–or he was in his own home then too. US and Israelis also murdered the president by bombing Iranian White House. Don’t need cameras for that. Maybe they were trying to do it when he was having a meeting with his ministers (?). A lot of excuses/lies about why they had to start this attack when they did. Always seems to be going to start on Friday night the Jewish Sabbath/US weekend/Friday is the Muslim holy day.

“After Iran claimed to have targeted Netanyahu’s office, the Israeli Air Force launched airstrikes against Tehran. Republic Media Network has secured footage of the aftermath of the carpet bombing in Tehran. On 2nd March, the IRGC claimed Kheibar missiles were used to target the “office of the criminal prime minister of the Zionist regime”; however, Israeli media rejected the claim and called it “false propaganda.” ”

  18. Well, of course they “need” those cameras, goy. It’s because YOU might be a “terrorist,” just like the Ayatollah!

That’s exactly what Noem said about the lefty nutjobs who got shot in Minnesota. Two lesbians in a Honda minivan — terrorists!

That’s why Miss Abigail from the CIA says you don’t need that gun… you might be a “terrorist.”

Remember, EVERYONE the government does not like is a terrorist… and being a terrorist makes you subject to summary execution.

    To “keep us safe.”

    • Indeed, X –

And, just wait. When the “Iranians” – who are probably Israelis – detonate a dirty bomb in New York or some other American city – anyone who doesn’t begin warbling the Lee Greenwood song and “standing” with Our Greatest Ally Ever will be just that.

      A “terrorist.”

    • “Silly String”, the child’s toy can easily be used to obscure the lenses of these license plate readers.
      Just sayin’…

      • Aerosol spray rubberized undercoating has great potential also and a lot harder to remove, unfortunately the camera is in a protective housing. So if you do this spray all the fasteners and access points next to make it harder to open. 🙂

      • The most expressive method I’ve seen of dealing with Stasi-cams, is the old South African commie practice of necklacing. Put a fuel filled tire over the camera, light, and flambĂ©!

  19. As was said long ago, when they say it’s not about the money…it’s about the money.

Now, when they say it’s not about controlling you…
