Respecting Their Feelings . . .

What to make of the injunction that wearing a “mask” is a moral obligation? Not because it “stops the spread” of sickness, but rather because the wearing is said to be showing “respect for other people’s feelings?”

Pardon me while I try not to smash something.

Their feelings? No matter how irrational? No matter how evil – in terms of the cost of affirming their delusions, by pretending they aren’t?

The time has come to stop respecting their feelings. The time has arrived to express our utter and bottomless contempt for them.

Harsh? Yes. But also urgently necessary. For the same reasons it is always necessary to express contempt for people who wear white robes or armbands. And now, “masks.”

Their feelings? To reroute the eructation of Arnold Schwarzenegger – screw their feelings!

When – how? – did it become good form to truckle – to smile like an imbecile –  in the faceless face of evil? And this “masking’ business is every bit as evil as the wearing of the other accoutrements mentioned just above. How goes the saying? If they can get you to believe in absurdities, they can get you to commit atrocities.

Surely, the past two-plus years have been atrocious.

The evil lie affirmed by the “mask” has led to a worldwide trampling of the most basic liberties civilized and sane people once took for granted.

It has normalized a variant of deliberately induced, pathological hypochondria of unprecedented virulence – which afflicts those who suffer from it with the delusion that they are sane and everyone who doesn’t agree with them is not only crazy but a dangerous bacillus that must be  . . .

Well, what else do you do with a dangerous bacillus?

Their feelings? Look at what their feelings have led to in Canada. What it could lead to, here.

These feelers are the same types of people who lost their minds in orgiastic mass gatherings by torchlight all those years ago. If their feelings had been met with mass disapprobation in time it just might have stopped the spread of the things that followed in time, in the wake of those screeching torchlit rallies.

We have a similar opportunity, this time.

The time has never been more propitious for taking advantage of it. The power of the “variants” to terrorize the populace into gas-lit obedience is slipping away. The “mandates” to wear the “mask” are going away. There are relatively few places outside of airports that still require them.

Thus – for the most part, in most places – those who continue to wear them choose to wear them. The time has come to exercise our choice – to make them ashamed for so choosing.

Just as they shamed us – and worse – for refusing to wear them. For daring to question the wearing of them. For asking merely to be left free to decide for ourselves whether to wear them.

They deserve to feel what we felt.

Refuse to talk with them unless they remove the vile symbol of the evil lie. Tell them – with as much contempt in your voice as you can summon – that you cannot understand what they are saying because their voice is muffled by the stupid rag they are wearing. That it  makes their face look the bulging ball sac of a speedo-wearing European beach Guido.

Bleat at them. Baaaa! Baaaa!

Point out the sheep scat littering parking lots.

Refuse to deal with them at all – when you have the power to do so, as at home. Let it be known – tell them, directly – that “masks” are not allowed in your home. Or in your car. That you will not abide the presence of a “masked” person at your table, in your life. This includes friends and family.

Never forget who did the same to you.

This is not revenge. It is something much more important. It is recovery. Of sanity. Of morality. Of the difference between right and wrong, of objective reality vs. someone else’s . . . feelings.

A civilization cannot function when people’s feelings oblige other people to acquiesce to them. Down that road lies mass insanity. We are now at the stage Rome reached when the Emperor Caligula declared his horse to be a senator. How long before we have an equine speaker of the House? This is where the insanity of “masks” leads. Or rather, where the insanity of deferring to the deranged feelings of “maskers” leads. There are already reports of people claiming they feel they are cats – a natural outgrowth of the acceptance of the absurd idea that a man who feels himself to be a woman is one.

All of this a function of failing to curb-stomp this despicable doctrine that “respecting the feelings” of people who are out of their minds is anything less than just exactly that.

  1. At this point anyone willingly sporting the stink rag is a totally enslaved retard. I just ignore them like I would some schizophrenic wino at the park screaming obscenities at no one. It’s kind of disturbing, but at no point will I have the desire or ability to reason him out of his little episode. I haven’t had anyone eyeball me or suggest I wear a slave muzzle in a good number of months. I didn’t really care much then and care even less now.

I feel more of a pity for the brain damaged rather than the disdain I had last year.
I’m thankful to live in an area that is mostly over the hypochondriac Olympics! I felt like I was living in an open air psych ward for the last 18 months.

    • RE: “I feel more of a pity for the brain damaged rather than the disdain I had last year.”

Same here. When I see them I think, ‘they’re full of fear & likely willfully ignorant & misled by bastards. Poor miserable things.’

I’m not mean to them. It is, however; tempting.

  2. And who declared that it is their feelings that should take precedence? If it were about feelings, why isn’t about OUR feelings; or the feelings of little tykes who fear masked faces? We’ve had it poiunded into our heads for several generations now that we must capitulate to the “minority”- Well we are the minority in this matter, so where are all the admonitions to coddle and appease US?? Oh…that only applies to certain favored minorities…and even then, only if they advocate the views prescribed for them (NOT to my friend who is black and female, but counted as neither because she is a registered Republican). They only care about useful idiots. Burn and loot and rape and murder, and they will leave you alone and wage campaigns to free you immediately without bail…as long as you are in the right group and doing what is politically expedient for their agenda- if we were to dare do it, they’d probably dust off the old guillotine and subject us to Richard Simmons videos or something….

  3. Respect for feelings is a two-way street.

I don’t recall receiving a shred of respect from these people for my thoughts, feelings, principles, arguments, or opinions at any point. And that goes back to looong before the covid crapola got started.

I don’t see any reason why I should respect them now.

  4. 20% of the US population is taking some sort of prescription antidepressant.

“They also found that twice as many white people take those drugs as do African-Americans or other minorities, and fewer than 5 percent of Asian-Americans do. And most people who take them are taking them long-term, Thomas Moore of the Institute for Safe Medication Practices in Alexandria, Virginia and colleagues found.”

That’s 66.5 million people who find life so difficult they have to take medication to get through the day. I can sympathize, heck, I’ve been there. But once you give in to that attitude that your bad day or SADS is a medical condition you become a victim. Everything wrong in your life is someone else’s fault, and if only that “other” would stop whatever is causing your problem, well we know that they’ll just find some other “other” to whine about. This is the real power of religion, in that everything becomes “God’s will” and Jesus is the scapegoat for all the bad stuff that happens. Won’t fix things for the true mental cases, but for the vaguely dissatified it might help a little. And you get to sing, which aways lifts your spirit.

        • Life is not supposed to suck, turtle. It isn’t always sunshine, lollipops, and rainbows (to quote Leslie Gore), but it shouldn’t be just about getting by or passing through either. Yes, good people go through bad times, but bad times don’t last forever.

If we have people that love us, who we love, our health, a little money set aside, a roof over our head, and the suns is shining to me there isn’t anything not to be happy about.

Which brings around to the question – what is happiness if not satisfaction?

          • >Life is not supposed to suck
That is called hyperbole, RG. 🙂
Another way of saying, “No whining.” 🙂
But, some “humans” are never happy, unless they are unhappy.
            This one, for example:
            https://www.rt.com/news/550147-meat-eaters-sexism-racism/

To quote the late John Prine,
“The mentally ill sit perfectly still, and live through life’s in-betweens.”
            And, of course, Bob Dylan,
“Those who are not busy living are busy dying.”
Grow or die, is the imperative of life, AFAIK.

          • Jordan Petersen made a pretty compelling case in his book, 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos, that happiness is indeed rare (a level of misery being the historical norm) probably unobtainable even, and rather than even satisfaction, the goal to achieve or strive towards was gratitude.

            Or, so I recall.
Bionic Mosquito writes often about the meaning crisis in the western world & how it relates to what Petersen mentions.

RE: “Another way of saying, “No whining.””

Petersen gave an example in his book, two guys working together in a factory, something like: one with a bad leg, the other with a bad arm, between the two them they got the job done which neither could do alone. And, they were positive about it. Glad to just have A job.

Again, or so I recall. Been awhile since I read it.

            • All this put-on “tough-guy” rhetoric from Peterson and Mosquito is just a tissue of self-deluding coping mechanisms. The “God” they believe in is the ultimate “anchoring” device, as described by Zappfe (see my reply to eric above), by which they desperately try to avoid reckoning with the inherent horror of reality, and the sad, excruciating demise that awaits them, just like everybody else, “whining” or no.

                • Oh come now, helot. Even when one is on a nihilistic spiral, he should make use of dignified and consistent singular pronouns, and should avoid modifying nouns with other nouns.

              • Someone said if you built a wailing wall with spikes sticking out of it, people would pay lots of money to take a flying leap at it.

              • In the last 2000 years there was supposed to be one guy that made it into the kingdom of heaven…Jesus, that is a low success rate….

But remember satan made it into the kingdom of heaven too, but got booted out, a fallen angel.

              • the inherent horror of reality, and the sad, excruciating demise that awaits them,

It is transitional so you will hardly notice….

one theory is after people die they start making comparisons, as in this isn’t that much worse then before…….it’s not that bad

          • “what is happiness if not satisfaction?”

You’re right. Happiness is just the momentary sense of relief when a desire is satisfied. However, it would have been best had none of us been placed on the treadmill of desire in the first place.

Christoph Fehige coined the term “anti-frustrationism” to describe this guiding ethical principle, and he illustrates it amusingly:

“[S]uppose we paint the tree nearest to Sydney OperaHouse red and give Kate a pill that makes her wish that the tree nearest to Sydney Opera House werered – have we really done her a favour?”

This principle can be extended directly to the sin of procreation. To reproduce is just to thrust a helpless little bag of needs and desires into a nasty, painful world full of predators and slavers. The kid would have been better off just left out of it all entirely.

              • Thanks for posting, F.P.
Now we *know* time travel is possible.
The article appears to be Straight Outta Heidelberg, circa 1880. Expect Fred Nietzsche to stop by & join the fun any moment. Perhaps da boyz will get togetha and bust a rhyme or 3 following the football match:

            • RE: “The kid would have been better off just left out of it all entirely.”

              All knowing, too. I see.

…You really need to get out of that Blue State.

              • You seem to have glossed over the logical principle.

That a kid would have been better off not having been follows logically from the “Sydney-Opera-House-Red-Tree” principle illustrated above. No knowledge of the particulars and any given life-in-being is necessary to glean that being brought into this gauntlet of existence only creates interests, preferences, and desires that–at best–might be satisfied after some period of frustration. Even assuming every desire a life-in-being has is satisfied within some reasonable time, before the frustration of that preference rises to the level of outright pain or agony…said being would still have been better off never having been burdened with the desires in the first place.

I really do recommend reading my linked sources. If you’re interested enough in the topic of suffering and the value of life to argue it, you would probably enjoy becoming conversant with the methodical arguments on the topic. (Rather than the bloviating of pop-charlatans like Peterson, and authoritarian monarchists-without-a-king, like Bionic Mosquito.)

              • This is not a merely theoretical concern, blues.

Fact is, many preferences go unsatisfied in every life–most if someone is honest with himself. Moreover, even the satisfied ones cause psychic discomfiture for lengthy periods before being satisfied…only to be forgotten or taken for granted instantly upon consummation. Sometimes, these periods of prefatory frustration can reach the level of anxiety, humiliation, dread, and anguish. Imagine all the anxiety of all the Japanese schoolkids taking college entrance exams. One could quantify the precise amount of irrevocably frustrated preferences (hopes, dreams) in the number of scores below target, or in the number of kids being declined from their top choice(s), despite all the excruciating mental exertion expended on the all-important studies. This is exactly the futile existential grind that has led the Japanese people to prudently and rationally breed below replacement levels.

Americans haven’t caught up yet because they’re far more deeply deluded in the anchoring devices of “American exceptionalism,” jingoistic pride, infantile optimism, and of course: Christinsanity. These foolhardy myths are heaped upon them by their self-hypnotized parents, who at this point live in a dream world at virtually perfect variance with reality.

That’s why Americans need the euthanasia injections forced on them, while the Japanese are being left alone to bow out gracefully.

                • >anxiety of all the Japanese schoolkids taking college entrance exams.
Not only Japanese, F.P., nor only Orientals.

                  >kids being declined from their top choice
Well, it is a myth to believe your life is over @ age 17 if you did not get into [insert school of your choice here]. But, try telling that to someone who has bought in to the mythology.

                  >anchoring devices of “American exceptionalism,”
All those foam hands with one finger extended, at American “football” games. WGASA, eh?

                  >led the Japanese people to prudently and rationally breed below replacement levels.
Them, and most of Europe, from what I have read. With zero descendants, I must be “cosmopolitan,” if not downright “un-American.” So it goes…

                  >Americans need the euthanasia injections
Put them out of their misery, eh?
Ave Caesar, morituri te salutant, no doubt.

              • Great song, turtle.

Jagger is worth about $500 million today…is he still not satisfied? 😉

I think many pessimists problem is that they refuse to believe satisfaction exists. Even when they are content and have no reason for discord they still see the world through the eyes of a defeatist.

Personally, I feel sympathy for them – it must be hell to constantly believe you are in Hell.

                • Every senseless lab rat, breeding instinctually in its cage, is an optimist too…until the moment vivisection begins.

When that happens, the lab rat isn’t so concerned with the fate of its tens of offspring because the pain is too overwhelming. But every pup from every litter will, sooner or later, feel the exquisite agony of vivisection for himself, too, before the scientists are finished with their grand experiment.

(Oh yeah, and the Rolling Stones suck, and if you think “Satisfaction” is a “great song” you are beyond help. 🙁 )

                  • Hi FP,

You probably don’t like the Allman Brothers and Led Zeppelin either, do you? Actually, I have found the unhappiest people on Earth rarely listen to music at all. A tragedy, in my opinion.

There is no doubt you are a superbly brilliant man, but your cynical prophet of doom scenarios distract from your cleverness leaving many a reader void of any wisdom from your writings because the only topics covered refer to despondency and despair.

                    • Allman Bros. is pretty boring. Warren Haynes is an electrifying guitarist–I’ve seem him perform a couple times sitting in with Dave Matthews Band–but he is a boring preachy communist.

Led Zeppelin rates as “Very Good” in my book. Page, Bonham, and John Paul Jones are all spectacular, but Plant is a shit singer who can occasionally ruin what the band is doing, although usually his contributions remain forgivable.

            • The world sucks, sure.

None of us can change that.

But if we work hard, we can each carve out a little space for ourselves that sucks a little less, and make it the best that we can. It won’t be prefect, there will be bad days, but we can let it be good enough, and be happy with what we can accomplish (even if it’s only a little).

Or wallow in pain, and despair, and fear, and hopelessness, and hell.

I’ve been there. A lot of us have.

              Men of steel are forged.

That’s a choice we all have to make for ourselves.

              • >But if we work hard, we can each carve out a little space for ourselves that sucks a little less
Order from disorder, by dint of our own labor, mental & physical. Tiny and temporary, to be sure, but fulfilling to those who made it, nonetheless. A small rage against the inevitable heat death of the universe.

                >Men of steel are forged.
                Forged, not cast.

                • Hi Turtle,

                  “Order from disorder…”

Yes, I was just thinking about this – and doing something about it, too. My shed – where I keep my mowers, tractor and non-car tools, was a real mess. I have spent the past month-plus going through the mess and reorganizing everything. It has given me a little psychological boost to counteract the sight of the disorder as well as the thoughts about it!

        • Turtle, are you a Terrapin from Maryland?

“Photographs share the laughs recorded in between the bad times. Happy sailors dancing on a sinking ship.” – John Prine, Flashback Blues

Actions always speak louder than words. Justin has yet to reap what he has sown, sow the wind, reap a whirlwind. Just a matter of time.

Persecuted Christians in Rome had it better than persecuted truckers in Canada, a new communist hellhole not worth ever visiting again.

Betrayal gets you to the lowest rung of hell. JT is there now.

If the Russian Army were forming a convoy headed towards Warshington, every Warshingtonian would skedaddle and the place would be another ghost city like those in Chinkville.

Every trucker across the North Hemisphere would support the invasion and follow the Ruskies all the way.

You know what they say in the Russian Army, toughsky shitsky.

            >are you a Terrapin from Maryland?
No, I was thinking of an old Janis Joplin tune when I wrote down my “handle” for this forum.

            >a new communist hellhole not worth ever visiting again.
Interesting that in the 1960s, some young Americans headed north to avoid the draft. My, how times have changed.

      • Hey eric: What you call “focus on the former” is a coping mechanism called the “Pollyanna Principle”.

For life to be tolerable, one’s perception of it must be systematically distorted, so as to “forget” the lengths of suffering that stretch out between the brief punctuations of respite. It’s actually the prototypical version of the “doublethink” described by Orwell as necessary to flexibly function within a tyrannical and capricious state structure. Similarly, and more fundamentally, to tolerate bodily existence, one must either numb oneself with drugs (as RK describes), or continually “trick” oneself with sustained self-hypnosis.

Peter Wessel Zapffe, in his brilliant essay “The Last Messiah” breaks down those coping mechanisms into four classes: isolation (“arbitrary dismissal from consciousness of all disturbing and destructive thought and feeling”), anchoring (“fixation [on] God, the Church, the State, morality, fate, the law of life, the people, the future”), distraction (escapism), and sublimation (“Through stylistic or artistic gifts can the very pain of living at times be converted into valuable experiences. Positive impulses engage the evil and put it to their own ends, fastening onto its pictorial, dramatic, heroic, lyric or even comic aspects.”)

Full text of essay here: https://philosophynow.org/issues/45/The_Last_Messiah

Thomas Ligotti, building on Zapffe, calls this mass auto-hypnosis The Conspiracy against the Human Race in his book of that title.

Getting back to RK’s point, Ted Kaczynski very astutely pointed out that mass psychotropic medication permits society at large to become more and more dysfunctional, because it enables people to tolerate increasingly inhuman living conditions and societal demands. That’s why the technopoly is served by mass medication, because it allows the progressive, recursive mechanization and dehumanization of humanity at large, until they are just numbed zombies laboring for the good of the Machine. In other words, all the drugs allow life for everyone to be not only worse than bodily existence is in the first place, but to creep unrelentingly further into living Hell.

        • >For life to be tolerable, one’s perception of it must be systematically distorted
There was a nice rainbow late this afternoon. No distortion of reality required in order to experience a rainbow. In fact, distortion of reality would be counterproductive, in this instance.
“Chew, if only you could have seen what I have seen, with your eyes.” -Roy Batty

          >Ted Kaczynski very astutely pointed out that mass psychotropic medication permits society at large to become more and more dysfunctional
H.G. Wells beat Teddy to that conclusion, by many decades.
Wells called it Soma. Or have you forgotten? Might be the Soma…

“Is there anybody in there?” -David Gilmour

      • This afternoon the painter who was driving in front of me on I70W didn’t tie down his extension ladder. It was liberated from his vehicle and landed cross-wise in my lane. The passing lane was occupied so I braked hard and headed to the breakdown lane, but the roads were wet and the ABS decided it was better for me to continue forward.

The tire pressure warning lit up and I got off the road. Rear passenger tire was compromised. He let me take a picture of his DL and gave me some phone number, then high-tailed it out of there. Company policy is to call fleet and let them decide what the correct course of action is. Since it was snowing and wet I thought I’d just get a tow and deal with it later. But after getting tossed between deparments and being told that it was going to be way over an hour until the tow truck showed up, screw that. I began to change the tire. While I was there two different people stopped to help. Good thing too, because I couldn’t get the damn spare down due to operator error (hip tip! Ford spare tire winches want the key hole side of the jack handle, not the slot). Then a coworker came by and helped with the rest, but not that supervisor who drove on by, but did call the coworker to check how things were going…

Yea, it sucked. Wouldn’t wish a flat in a snowstorm on anyone. But I feel ok because of the good Samaritan and my coworker who had my back. I could have wilted and cried. I could have raged about the fleet guys and the supervisor but that’s not going to accomplish anything other than create more policies. You deal with adversity and move on. And along the way faith is sometimes restored.

        • Hi RK,

Glad that turned out well – rather than worse. I’m also glad to hear others stopped to help you out. I’m not so glad to hear the guy who was driving the truck with the loose ladder didn’t help – and just left you there to deal with it.

    • Dumbed down:

      group A:
blame the useless brain washing education system, flouridated water, huge percentage taking prozac, poor nutrition junk food, people buying cell phones to play games on them or watch cat videos, (government workers just surf porn all day and are very well paid)

      group B:
down to earth people who do dangerous physical work, fisherman, the highly skilled trades workers, oil field workers, truckers, loggers, miners, they are far healthier/stronger and their brain functions or they die.

So guess who runs the government? group A…….. but they say they are far superior to the people who do physical work, but all they do is surf porn all day and then get a gold plated defined benefit pension after a few years…..

  5. I can’t agree more. Another thing about crazy people is that they know that they’re manipulating people with their craziness. They really do. Whether it’s their feelings or some preposterous fantasy that they believe, they use other people’s tolerance of it to manipulate them.

While you can’t really cure truly crazy people (that I know about), you can reel in their craziness by letting them know quite firmly what they’re not going to be allowed to get away with.

Like a fish in a fish tank, the crazy expands to fill the space. The more leeway you give them the more they will try other forms and blends of crazy.

“You being crazy doesn’t mean that I gotta do jack shit.”
“Don’t bring your crazy to my house.”
“You can be crazy as you want on your time but I’m not having it.”

It’s time for “tough love” for YOURSELF. It’s hard to draw the line and keep it, especially when they manipulate so skillfully. That’s the hard part. Put your foot down for your own sanity.

    • You have the right idea but I want to warn you and others on here about medicalizing or psychologizing the actions of others. Beyond a small percentage of truly clinically, physically or mentally “ill” people, such a diagnosis becomes obviously political in and of itself. The same tactic can and will be used against you and “they” control the “accredited” diagnosers backed up by the guns of the state.

  6. Joseph Biden, lord of the flies; A most moral man (har de har har) virtue signaling the morality of a most immoral act. Demanding someone live their life for the benefit of another. I will not comply with the demands of moochers. No one owns my body, but for my creator and I.

My new mantra; I walk the earth at will. I live and breath freely.

Anyone who expects or demands otherwise of me is my mortal enemy. They know where to find me.

    • Same here, Norman –

I harm none; I ask only that none harm me. But that is apparently too much to ask. I must accept being harmed for the sake of those I’ve not harmed – and they have the audacity to claim their right to do so. Such people are lower than common street thugs, who merely – honestly – steal. They do not insist that you “owe” them money or that the violence they use to obtain it is anything other than what it is.

  7. Nice diatribe, Eric.

I wish I could feel as feisty or pugnacious these days, but I’m still not feeling back to normal yet. I have experienced some better days lately, and I used one the other day to try and paint and replace some siding for the house. That seemed to tax my body more than I expected. Whatever is wrong with me, it’s a long, hard road back.

  8. Another great rant.

“How long before we have an equine speaker of the House?” I would contend that we already have one- one displaying all the north end characteristics of a spavined old nag, while displaying the scents and output of the south end.

“The time has come to stop respecting their feelings. The time has arrived to express our utter and bottomless contempt for them.” You could very well have stopped with that line.

Though I am coming around to pity, they are hopelessly deluded and they have taken the injection, they will be suffering early and/or lingering unpleasant ends because of their embrace of lies and lack of faith.

  9. I don’t call them “masks” anymore. From now on, I call them SFPOSR’s (Stupid Fucking Piece Of Shit Rags). Gotta like the campaign bumper sticker I saw once for 2020’s election – Trump 2020 – Fuck Your Feelings.

  10. I figure any day now they’re going to announce the AlphaOmega variant; the treatment is to curl up in the corner and suck your thumb.

  11. Many years ago I was talking to my dad about how part of the experience of dining in mom and pop Italian restaurants was witnessing the occasional shouting match that broke out between mom and pop. He said something that left me speechless. He said, “But at least they’re communicating.”

This everybody-has-to-be-nice-to-each-other BS is what creates Marie Antoinette imbeciles like Trudeau that are completely detached from reality. Calling people out sometimes is important. What’s the phrase; “Iron sharpens iron”. Iron doesn’t sharpen iron without sparks flying.

I’ve never burned a bridge before. Well, not before last year. When I lost my job for refusing to join the cult I made sure my (now former) employer knows exactly where they stand. Profanity. Insults. I didn’t hold back. I channeled some Italian American fire and brimstone on them.

And I don’t regret it one bit. Somebody has to stand up and speak the truth.

    Great article, Eric.

    • Thanks, Anon!

I had a small bout of that with my sister; she came to visit our mom with me at the prison for the elderly. As we approached the door to the joint I saw her reach in her purse for the rag. I told her, “put that goddamned thing away.” I’m her older brother and sometimes that sort of thing is warranted. She did. But I realized she probably would have worn it if I hadn’t slammed her for it.

  12. Nine Potential and Proven Dangers to Muzzling Yourself

    1. Cavities: New York dentists are reporting that half their patients are suffering decaying teeth, receding gum lines and seriously sour breath from wearing masks. “We’re seeing inflammation in people’s gums that have been healthy forever, and cavities in people who have never had them before,” Dr. Rob Ramondi told FOX News.

    2. Facial Deformities: Masking children triggers mouth breathing which as been shown to cause “long, narrow faces, narrow mouths, high palatal vaults, dental malocclusion, gummy smiles, and many other unattractive facial features,” according to the Journal of General Dentistry.

    3. Acne Vulgaris: Moisture and germs collecting in the mask cause “facial skin lesions, irritant dermatitis… or worsening acne” (according to Public Health Ontario) which stresses the immune system, can lead to permanent scarring and has been linked to depression and suicidal thoughts (according to the Journal of Dermatologic Clinics). Children also develop impetigo, a bacterial infection that produces red sores and can lead to kidney damage (according to the Mayo Clinic).

    4. Increased Risk of COVID-19: “Mask use by the general public could be associated with a theoretical elevated risk of COVID-19 through… self-contamination,” states Public Health Ontario in Wearing Masks in Public and COVID-19. “By wearing a mask, the exhaled viruses will not be able to escape and will concentrate in the nasal passages, enter the olfactory nerves and travel into the brain,” theorizes nationally recognized board-certified neurosurgeon, Dr. Russell Blaylock, MD (in an article at The Centre for Research on Globalization).

    5. Bacterial Pneumonia: At an Oklahoma Press Conference, Dr. James Meehan, MD testified: “Reports coming from my colleagues all over the world are suggesting that the bacterial pneumonias are on the rise” as a result of moisture collecting in face masks.

    6. Masks are often worn by criminals trying to hide their identity while perpetuating an offence (theft, violence, rape, murder, etc.).

    7. Germophobia: Masks create an irrational fear of germs and a false sense of protection from disease, leading to antisocial (or even hostile) behaviour towards those not wearing a mask
Medical Doctor Warns that “Bacterial Pneumonias Are on the Rise” from Mask Wearing

    8. Toxic: Many (if not most) masks and face coverings (including cloth) are made with toxic and carcinogenic chemicals including fire retardant, fibreglass, lead, NFE, phthalates, polyfluorinated chemicals and formaldehyde that will outgas and be inhaled by the wearer

    9. Psychologically Harmful: “I believe the real threat right now is what we’re doing to sabotage the mental, emotional and physical health of… our children, whose development is dependent on social interactions, physical contact and facial expressions,” writes Dr. Joseph Mercola “Between mask wearing and social distancing, I fear the impact on children in particular may be long-term, if not permanent.”

Six Proofs Masks Do Not Reduce Infections

    1. Insubstantial: A CDC-funded review on masking in May 2020 came to the conclusion: “Although mechanistic studies support the potential effect of hand hygiene or face masks, evidence from 14 randomized controlled trials of these measures did not support a substantial effect on transmission of laboratory-confirmed influenza… None of the household studies reported a significant reduction in secondary laboratory-confirmed influenza virus infections in the face mask group.” If masks can’t stop the regular flu, how can they stop SAR-CoV-2?

    2. Unreasonable: “Evidence that masking as a source [of] control results in any material reduction in transmission was scant, anecdotal, and, in the overall, lacking… [and mandatory masking] is the exact opposite of being reasonable,” ruled a hospital arbitrator in a dispute between The Ontario Nurses’ Association and the Toronto Academic Health Science Network.

    3. Ineffective: “Oral masks in healthy individuals are ineffective against the spread of viral infections,” write Belgian medical doctors in an open letter published in The American Institute of Stress, September 24, 2020.

    4. Unsanitary: “It has never been shown that wearing surgical face masks decreases postoperative wound infections,” writes Göran Tunevall, M.D. in the World Journal of Surgery. “On the contrary, a 50% decrease [in bacterial infection] has been reported after omitting face masks.”

    5. No Protection: “There were 17 eligible studies.… None of the studies established a conclusive relationship between mask ⁄ respirator use and protection against influenza infection,” concludes a research review in the journal Influenza and Other Respiratory Viruses.

    6. Unproven: Dutch Minister for Medical Care, Tamara van Ark, asserted that “from a medical perspective there is no proven effectiveness of masks” after a review by the National

Five Ways Forced Masking is Immoral

    1. Reckless: “By making mask-wearing recommendations and policies for the general public, or by expressly condoning the practice, governments have both ignored the scientific evidence and done the opposite of following the precautionary principle,” writes Denis Rancourt, PhD in his 2020 paper Masks Don’t Work.

    2. Manipulative: Dr. Andreas Voss, member of the World Health Organization expert team and head of microbiology at a Dutch hospital in Nijmegen, on July 24, 2020, told I Am Expat that masks were made mandatory “not because of scientific evidence, but because of political pressure and public opinion.”

    3. Fear-Mongering: “In fact, there is no study to even suggest that it makes any sense for healthy individuals to wear masks in public,” write Drs. Karina Reiss, Phd and Dr. Sucharit Bakdi, MD in Corona, False Alarm? “One might suspect that the only political reason for enforcing the measure is to foster fear in the population.”

    4. Totalitarian: “If you look at the history of totalitarian regimes… they all do the same thing, which is they try to crush culture, and crush any evidence of self-expression…” explains Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. in an interview regarding face masks. “And what is the ultimate vector for self-expression? It’s your facial expressions…. [Yet] we’ve all been told to put on the burqa and be obedient.”

    5. Virtue-Signalling: “Masks are utterly useless,” testified Dr. Roger Hodkinson, a pathologist, certified with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, at a city council meeting. “…masks are simply virtue-signalling… It’s utterly ridiculous seeing these unfortunate, uneducated people — I’m not saying that in a pejorative sense — walking around like lemmings, obeying without any knowledge base, to put the mask on their face.”

  13. If your self respect is dependent on another abandoning their own, you deserve no respect. How much of the aberrant behavior endemic to the culture is born of a lack of ridicule? Absurd crap should be ridiculed. You can pretend you are of the opposite sex all you please, just don’t even start to expect, much less demand I pretend with you. If you do I will laugh at you, rest assured.

  14. Hi Eric,

I respect your anger. I have felt the same way over the last few years, but there is no cure for sickness and that is what these people are…sick. They are afflicted mentally and morally. No amount of shaming or arguing will cure them. The best thing we can do is ignore them. We are increasing our own blood pressure to try to rationalize with the irrational. Let them stay in their bubbles. Let them remain in LaLa Land.

Did they label us conspiracy theorists, science deniers, and Grandma killers? Yep. Did they make a simple task such as grocery shopping hell on us? Yep. Did they refuse us service? Yep. Did they make every episode that we had the misfortune of dealing with them one of extreme discomfort and alienation? Yep. Did they even wish harm and death upon us? Double yep.

We will have the last laugh. They threw away their integrity, dignity, and pride. They wished harm on another human being, because that individual refused to succumb to society’s (and the world’s) expectations of them. I hope every single one of us took notes during the last two years. Remember the businesses that refused us service, the persons that made us feel less than adequate, the governments that turned our worlds into some strange Bizarro Universe in which none of us recognize. Karma will find them and will deal with them accordingly. It always does, sometimes not as quick as we want, but she always makes an appearance.

For us, we move on. We deal with the likeminded. We ignore those who couldn’t see their very own freedoms being destroyed, because fear paralyzed them. We should sleep well at night, because we didn’t concede. Our anger and hostility will not alter their views. They are weak. Why relinquish our health and sanity in the meantime? They aren’t worth it.

    • I think Eric was pretty clear that the actions should be taken in situations and settings where you have a say in what people do, i.e., your home, business, property. None of this requires wild eyed screaming or any type of rationalization or even any explanation, though you might wish to note such things if you feel like it.

I don’t rule out that some of the folks we’re talking about here are mentally damaged or… sick. That being said, many of these types are acting 100% politically. It will become apparent quickly who is who as there are, as folks on here surely know by now, several tells, the most obvious being the type of mask. Those big, honking gov issued ones tell you all you need to know. These folks are used to their interpersonal political actions being one way street with the gov bullies on their side. They need to know, in uncertain terms, that you know about them, you disagree and disapprove of them, and you will not stand for their bullshit anymore or ever again… period.

      • By doing what, Anon? I am all for not having to deal with people (that I pay money to) that don’t share my politics, but how deep into a conversation do we dig into with the electrician at our door? I will be the first to state that no one has walked into my home with a mask on, but more than a few have shown up wearing one. I usually, tease, “this is a mask free home” and more often than not they will take the dirty diaper off, but am I going to kick him to the curb if he walks in with one on?

I believe there are a handful of virtue signalers out there (usually higher ups and the uneducated), but most people wear it for fear of humiliation from their peers. It is insecurity, not politics.

I have made further headway with people offering them alternatives (actual science – healthy eating, sunshine, herbs that reduce lung exposure, etc.) than condemning someone for masking. Education goes a long way in changing a narrative. The majority of people have no idea where to find it though.

If you are dealing with a virtue signaler or someone up in your face then I am all for tearing them a new one, but they are far and few. Many are just trying to find some type of clarification on what is going on around them.

        • This notion of folks just wanting clarification of what is going on around them… I’ve heard it before… in another context on here…a few months ago… Struck me as condescending in the extreme then as it does now. Perhaps such a notion is possible but it shouldn’t be taken to the point of absolving folks of scienter with respect to their actions. Anyway, it’s not my job to educate or play footsie with fools or enemies. Take off the mask or leave when on my property or in my domain. Based on my personal experience with tradesmen and other independent business types throughout the past 2 years, I find your hypothetical highly unlikely. If it did happen, I’d hire another electrician who isn’t a commie. We don’t allow masked humans in my home or around my family. You diminish and downplay the political element in all of this at your own peril.

        • In my urban area I would change that handful of virtue signalers to a shit load. They were the same ones with the BLM signs on their lawn. They get their marching orders from the liberal MSM.
