“You Are Free to Go Whenever You Answer My Questions”

Here’s another video from East Germany – whoops, the United States – of a “border” checkpoint inside the United States!

The man taking the video hasn’t left the country – and isn’t trying to get back in the country. He is traveling within the borders of the U.S. when he is forced to deal with a BDU-suited and Hut! Hut! Hutting! thug who demands that he answer questions else be “detained.”

This is an interesting evolution in American law. One used to be free to remain silent; to not be compelled to answer questions posed by armed government workers. Particularly when no crime had been committed and there was no palpable reason to suspect one had been committed.

Now, it is considered “suspicious” – palpable evidence of criminal intent – to refuse to answer questions, to express annoyance about being questioned and detained at the whim or armed government workers.

Now, the armed government workers can and will assert their ownership of you – or rather assert the ownership of their masters, the people who control the government over you – for the “crime” of refusing to answer their obnoxious questions.

The armed government worker shown here is the typical low-IQ cretin who is “just doing his job” and can’t understand why anyone wouldn’t want to be “cooperative.”  Listen to him. No capacity for principled, conceptual thinking. He is an automaton. Exactly the same type who manned the checkpoints in East Germany; exactly the type who will shoot people when they “disobey” his orders.

Remember: They are not “police officers” – much less peacekeepers. They are armed government workers – and they do not work for you.

  1. Here’s my standard response strategy that I posted here years ago:

In a consensual conversation with a cop, my answer to any question is, “What can I tell you?”. I may also ask, “Can I go now?” or “Am I locked up?”. I always say these things pleasantly and calmly.

Cop: “Where are you going today?”

Me: “What can I tell you?”

    Cop: “Answer my question, sir.”

    Me: “Can I go now?”

Cop: “I asked you where you’re going”.

    Me: “Am I locked up?”

Cop: “Do you want to be locked up?”

Me: ” What can I tell you?”

My daughter was taught at a young age to respond to anything a cop asks her by saying, “Call my Dad.” The truth of the matter is that you don’t have to talk to a cop even if you are “locked up”. Cops don’t keep their jobs or advance in the ranks by any other means than arresting people. They lie routinely, especially in court, and are not to be trusted under any circumstances.

Why help them convict you of a crime? Clam up, or compose a few simple short questions or comments that you’ll repeat to the cops, never deviating from them.”
