If you want some insight into Donald Trump’s modus operandi, set aside about 90 minutes to watch The Apprentice. Not the reality TV show. The movie.

It’s about Trump’s formative years – back in the early ’70s, when he was apprenticed to Roy Cohn. The latter was one of the (perhaps the most) Machiavellian characters of the mid-late 20th century. A ruthless, amoral lawyer who cared most about winning at all costs and even when he knew he (his client) was in the wrong, legally as well as morally speaking. He was the eponymous shyster unbound by any code of ethics other than coming out on top. No matter who got hurt.

Cohn taught young Trump the Three Rules:

Rule Number One: Attack, attack, attack.

Rule Number Two: Admit nothing, deny everything.

Rule Number Three: No matter what happens, no matter what they say about you, no matter how beaten you are, never admit defeat.

“That’s how you win,”  says Cohn in the movie.

A review of the movie – and the relationship – had this to say:

“Cohn instilled in Trump a set of enduring tactics that would define his career in business and politics. These included: never apologizing or admitting wrongdoing, always counter-attacking critics with greater force, using lawsuits as weapons to intimidate and exhaust opponents rather than to seek justice, manipulating the media to control narratives, leveraging fear to influence public opinion, and demanding absolute loyalty from associates.”

 

The apprentice is now the master. Trump exceeds Cohn in effronterous audacity. A fine example of this being his recent lauding of Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, pusher of the “beautiful” drugs that Trump pretends not to know have caused the deaths of thousands of people (very possibly tens of thousands or even more than that) as well as many more life-altering injuries. This in addition to the despicable evil of all-but-literally forcing people to take these drugs, a crime if you go by the Nuremburg laws under which a number of National Socialist docktors were sentenced to hang by the neck until dead.

A few months ago, I wrote an article about this. Specifically, about the singer John Rich’s conversation with Trump. The latter pretended to wonder why he gets boo’d every time he mentions the “beautiful” drugs his emergency decree “warp speeded” into existence, that were then pushed on people via heavy-handed threats of loss of employment and worse-to-come. Rich explained to Trump – who pretended to listen – that the booing people were furious about having had drugs pushed on them and were angry about the deaths and injuries caused by them, often to people known personally to them.

Trump feigned surprise. As if he did not know. To cause Rich and other useful idiots (as Trump no doubt regards them) to believe that.

Of course, not only has Trump done nothing in the way of apologizing for the “mistake” many useful idiots believe he made in good faith, acting on the very best of intentions in the middle of an emergency, he has taken a shit in their faces – by praising Bourla and awarding Pfizer another lucrative government deal. It’s so in your face it’s difficult for most psychologically normal people to believe it just happened – and that is the art of Trump’s deal, as transmuted to him by Cohn – the “conservative” Republican best-pal of Richard Nixon who was also a notorious homosexual who denied the obvious truth about that with a brazen insolence that was effective for just that reason.

Trump is no longer the apprentice. He is the master now. Only Trump could tell the rubes that if they voted for him, he’d end the war in Ukraine on “day one” – and then smear the shit in their faces a few months after he got elected by cozying up to Zelensky and urging him to win at whatever cost (to us). Only Trump could tell the rubes he was going to put America first – and then put AIPAC (Israel) first. Only Trump could ride the understandable resentment of millions of Americans over the federal government going after people who disagreed with the government into office and then use the government to go after people who disagreed with his government.

Only Trump could run on a promise to get to the bottom of the Epstein Business and then – once elected – declare the whole thing a “Democrat Hoax.”

Hot shit – sprayed right in our faces.

America voted for Trump because they thought they weren’t voting for Harris but they got her just the same. Oh, there are superficial differences, such as the lack of openly flamboyant  homosexuals of the Sam Brinton and Rachel Levine variety in positions of authority.

Roy Cohn wore a suit, too.

Trump – only Trump – could slow-walk the country into martial law and get away with it because the people who would have objected to it had Harris been the one doing it cheer it when Trump does it. They may rue there cheering when the definition of “insurrectionist” encompasses them.

The surest indicator of a truly pathological personality is the inability to acknowledge one’s mistakes – and mean it. Which is another way of saying acknowledging the harm done and evincing regret and desiring to make it right, to the extent possible. Implicit in this is a genuine desire to not make the same mistake again and to re-establish lost trust by actions.

Trump – like Cohn – is incapable of such all-too-human self-corrective action because it would be contrary to winning. And winning is everything to pathological personalities.

Watch the movie. Then you’ll know who’s running the country.

    • Once again today, both the Democratic and Republican continuing resolutions failed to achieve cloture in Senate votes. So the US clowngov remains partially closed, in defiance of Article I, Section 9: “No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law.”

      Counterfeit ‘Federal Reserve Notes’ aren’t actually money. Only gold and silver are. So maybe our partially-closed, still-spending clowngov is ‘all legal.’ 🙂

    • Gold is not really up. The Dollar is going down down down as our political class destroys our economy and our fiat currency. Dollars are on their way to buying nothing while Gold will still have real value and will buy a whole lot when everyone must sell what they have to buy food. It is sad that Gold is “rising” and a scary omen.

        Narcissism much? Like the US quarter, this ‘dictator’s dollar’ would be a sandwich coin made of copper, nickel and tungsten cowhide, without a microgram of silver. But give the inflate-or-die US clowngov another few years, and $50/lb copper might actually make that sheet sandwich coin worth a greenback dollah.

  5. I’ve been noticing how Trump is getting more brazen and evil as he is busted for his lies and deceptions. The snake Trump is a conman playing a game with his MAGA base. Slowly, but surely, he has been outed – and here is the danger – I surmise Trump will drop his pretense and go full antichrist. Once Trump is fully busted, he may drop his act and just rule as a despot.

    According to some Christians, like Brother Paul, Trump is THE Antichrist as predicted by the last chapter of the Holy Bible, Revelations. Antichrist 45 is a popular Youtube channel documenting Trump as the Biblical Antichrist. I find this terribly interesting. Revelations was written by Domitian, and is about the 1st century AD Roman rulers. Revelations is past tense, already happened – so how can Trump be the antichrist of Revelations?

    Here is where reality is stranger than fiction. Humans create their reality with their thoughts and intentions. Because so many Christians believe we are in “end times” they are manifesting the end times. This might seem incredible but once you learn this reality is actually a holographic simulation, it is not so hard to understand. Creative human consciousness is program code instructions being sent to the Matrix supercomputer. What we believe is made manifest.

    Matters rather heated up last night, with federal judges issuing injunctions against Donnie’s deployment of ‘federalized’ National Guard troops to Democrat cities.

    ‘National Guard forces are normally under the control of the states, with governors serving as commanders. The California troops sent to Oregon overnight were taken under federal control during the summer after scattered protests broke out in Los Angeles.

    ‘Judge Charles R. Breyer of the Federal District Court in San Francisco ruled last month that the troops sent to the Los Angeles area had been used illegally as a “national police force.”

    Here we have the Party of Lincoln doing what it’s done best since 1861 — annihilating state sovereignty.

    And it’s not just the sovereignty of California and Oregon being violated. Donnie Bone Spurs wants to send the Texas National Guard to Chicago, over the vehement objections of the Illinois governor. No objections from the lickspittle Repugniclown who runs Texas, though:

    “You can either fully enforce protection for federal employees or get out of the way and let Texas Guard do it. No Guard can match the training, skill, and expertise of the Texas National Guard.” — Gov. Greg Abbott

    Yeah, well, I grew up in the great state of Texas. But in this case, I think the citizens of Chicago would be justified in shooting back at Abbott’s asshole cowboys, if federal judges don’t curtail their mission first.

    As Eric states, Donnie Fubar has placed the USA under de facto martial law, with troops in the streets. In turn, the federal judiciary is in open conflict with an administration that defies their orders at will. This is civil war, and it bodes ill for all of us. Be grateful that Donnie hasn’t deployed Israeli troops to shoot at us (yet).

    -The problem is that they’re ALL this way. Are Bill, Hillary, Obama, Kerry and Biden any different? If these traits define psychopathology, then you are a choice between Psychopath A and Psychopath B. You HAVE to be a sick narcissist to succeed in politics.

    OK, maybe Massie is the the only exception, but he hasn’t run for president, and if he did the Sanhedrin would crucify him quicker than you can say “Jesus Christ…”

    As I write, 23 Americans, including U.S. veterans, have been arrested by Israel and are being held as terrorists (because they support Hamas) in the infamous Ketziot Prison in the Negev.     • Jews have been using torture (for their own pleasure) for a really long time. The jewish bolsheviks who took over Russia behaved in such a manner, not being satisfied with seizing power, but torturing and humiliating their captives as well, evoking their own pleasure in doing so as well. Extremely grotesque torture methods were used on those who did not capitulate to jewish bolshevik demands.
      Let’s not forget the israelization is USA police departments, replacing “escalation of force” with israel-style “command and control” methods in which absolute and immediate compliance (actually obedience) is demanded.
      What the jews are doing in occupied Palestine, the West Bank and Gaza, they have the same thing planned for the rest of us (goyim).
      Observe the steady erosion of Constitutional principles (such as freedom of speech), all put in place to serve and satisfy jewish interests.
      Utilizing military troops for domestic law enforcement purposes is but another violation of Constitutional principles.
      When almost all of Congress defers to jewish interests over “what is good for the USA”, we have a real problem.
      As a closing question, is there anything that jews are good at that benefits all of humanity? I think not…

        What no one talks about is how faith is causing evil. Christian faith in the Holy Bible is animating the evil in Israel. Christians support Israel because they believe salvation is by the Jews. It is the selfish desire for eternal life which makes the Christians blind to the suffering they cause by supporting Israel.

        Some people love the Holy Bible, I do not because I understand what the Bible actually is – Jewish propaganda that makes goyim their willing slaves.

You might try reading it for yourself sometime and you will see that not only are jews NOT ancient Israelites or Hebrews – which (((they))) admit in their own writings – but the Bible consistently WARNS us of the jews. Jesus said that (((they))) were of their father the devil! The whole book of Esther is a warning about their duplicity.   10. If Cohn is the little cartoon devil on Trump’s left shoulder, Norman Vincent Peale is the little angel on his right. Peale’s power of positive thinking pseudo-religion-psychology was preached directly to him for years. Fred Trump bought into the whole idea and I’m sure Donald soaked it all up. Trump’s famous book, The Art of The Deal, was titled very much like Peale’s “The Art of Living” book and radio show. Peale officiated Trump’s first marriage.

    Peale’s message dovetails nicely with Cohn’s attack dog strategy, at least if you believe God is working through you and the ends justify the means.

    * Peale taught Trump to believe in his success while Cohn told him to never admit losing. Trump’s rhetoric dovetails nicely with both of these concepts, especially calling shenanigans over the 2020 election.
    * Peale’s “Ignore negative thoughts” doctrine morphs into “Admit nothing, deny everything.” There was nothing wrong with the magic vaccines, and even if there was (which there wasn’t), that’s someone else’s responsibility.
    * Peale’s commandment to “keep your mind on faith, not fear” means any loss actually, in the long run, didn’t happen. Of course not. He’s not dead right? Any day you wake up on the top side of the grass is a win… whatever happens after that is a victory.

    I wonder why this isn’t pointed out in the media? Perhaps they can’t be bothered to look at even 60 years in the past, maybe because taking on the myth of Peale is a third rail to the few remaining viewers who might recall him as a nice preacher man who promoted positive thinking, and how could that be wrong -even though I doubt many people recall his books or message, just that the title looked good.

  11. Did anyone catch the 60-Minutes segment on the federal vaccine court last night? The CBS reporter deadpanned (or hid their glee) that the Covid “vaccine” was not on a list of vax’s with known and very bad side effects.
