Today’s Clover! 12/22/2025

Here’s today’s Clover – in the rearview mirror. I passed this Clover on the right and tried to film him in my rearview as he remained in the left lane. He never moved over. This behavior is appallingly common and because it is common, greatly worsens the blocked-up traffic situation we all deal with every day. If most people would practice the ancient and lost art of lane discipline, traffic would flow more freely and we’d spend less time in traffic.

But try explaining that to a Clover!

  1. Another is “clover clues”, my example this morning a small SUV in front of me, their rear wiper running on a dry rear window, sunny day. I could understand somewhat if on intermittent you might not catch it quickly. Nope, on continuous block after block.

From your video, leaving the traffic light how quickly everyone moved up to speed. Never happens here, especially LH turn arrows. Three cars make it when five should. Once certain no red light runners then get with it, sheesh.

The only left lane defense on your 5 lane highway is if someone is coming up on their left turn navigation. However, miss two left turn opportunities then it’s the clover brand for sure.
